I’m writing this review on my bf’s behalf. The sales rep was horrible and sluggish at taking orders. Not to mention, he didn’t ask for his complete address and hung up on him before he had the chance to do so. He called 6 times and no one answered but the very last call some kid answered and he appeared to be disoriented. Well I’ll stop there…

I’m usually pleased with this Pizza Hut location. The staff is friendly and professional and my order is usually perfect. However, tonight when I went in to pick up my order I viewed something that made me sick to my stomach, and I will consider never coming back. While I watched the kitchen staff working I noticed a young man repeatedly wipe the sweat out of his hair and off of his forehead. That part I understand. It’s hot outside and I can only imagine how heated the kitchen gets. But after wiping his head, this young man then picked up a bucket of sausage and transferred the sausage from the bucket to the prep line WITHOUT A GLOVE! He then stirred the sausages around with HISBAREHAND! I am so disgusted. I ordered sausage pizza for dinner tonight which makes me even sicker to my stomach. That is a huge violation of health code! Do the employees not know general sanitation and food safety rules? Is there no manager to tell them when they are doing wrong? I am shocked, disgusted, and want to let the general public and the manager know how this establishment is being run…

Apparently it’s a requirement to sit on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes at this location. After I was on hold for about that long I gave my order to the guy working and I said olives– which he misheard as sausage. I corrected him and made sure to clearly repeat the order. Got there and waited a while, he still got it wrong. Not wanting to wait another 45 minutes we just took it and left. They gave me a $ 20 credit after I complained which I thought was nice. Trying to use the credit I was put on hold for another 15 minutes and ended up hanging up. It’s impossible to get an order in or talk to anyone here! Pick a different location.

Ordered pizza, received a confirmation e-mail that said my food would be delivered in two hours’ time. Tried calling six times to check on my order and see why it said it would take so long, but nobody ever picked up. After trying to call for half an hour, I finally walked in. There were only two people working, one of whom was making a social call on the business phone. I told the guy to cancel my order, but then he realized my food had already been made. I still had to pay for it, and everything was cold. I get how difficult it is when understaffed, but this was completely unacceptable. Pizza Hut offered me a coupon, but it’s unlikely I’ll be returning with my business.

Do not order from this location! My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza online on our way home from a Seahawks game. It said it would take 50 minutes. No problem. 30 minutes after our delivery time we finally called the store. Apparently someone who wasn’t the manager used a managers password to cancel our order. They apologized and said they wouldn’t charge us when they delivered our pizza. Another 30 minutes later we called again. Supposedly it was going to take another 20 minutes. We finally drove the 3 minutes to the store, and our pizza wasn’t even made yet! They did give us an extra pizza and a credit, but it was not worth waiting a total of 2 ½ hours to finally eat!

I can’t even tell you how poorly this place is being managed and the manager, Hailey, is ill-prepared to be a manager. She needs to learn how to make her customers a priority, i don’t really want to go into details because this place is the worst and they know it too… I don’t expect anything more out of this store because i have complained in the past and they haven’t changed at all. Now, it’s just time to cut pizza hut out of my life, for good, i would rather not eat it than get sick off their pizza. Unilocalers… BEWARE.

If there was an option to rate this store, NEVERAGAIN, that would be the option I would choose. Avoidence of customer service is routine, in my experience, at this store. Literally, most of the employees seem to have difficulty with eye contact. It leaves me wondering if customers, like myself, are often frustrated by some of the employees not able to be truthful. I would much rather be disappointed that the actual time for pick up was going to be a wait, than waiting in the store way beyond the time of pick up. Avoidence is also served up, again in my experiences here, when there is a mistake on the order. Mistakes happen. However, to avoid what the customer is trying to share is a problem. Besides avoidence, I do like my pizza to be cooked completely and in some cases, it hasn’t been. I enjoy pizza hut pizza, but no longer from this particular store.

Ordered placed at 948pm with special instructions to call/text DONOT knock, was given a 54 minute delivery time by guest website estimator, had to reload web browser and LOST delivery estimator window, called store at 2244hrs to confirm delivery **NOANSWER after many rings(more than 2 mins), called again at 2306hrs **NOANSWER ** TRANSFERED to automated system… Called again 2310hrs got Kyle? very unprofesional, answered phone«hello…» I communicated my name for him to look up order, was immediately given unqualified excuses«uh, driver had problem with address. errr the driver tried to contact you» my reply what was the number on record for my contact… wrong number recited back. I thought I had given the wrong number BUT after the second set of steps to contact PIZZAHUT via web form the PHONENUMBER was preset and it was correct I WAS lied to and I better get not only a refund but a earnest apology from the GM for my trouble .HAD the store answered the phone and/or the website had a cache/cookie for that url all would have been avoided. I am done with Pizzahut and I will seek business with those companies who really deserve my hard earned money. Sorry for the rant but the wound is fresh and I’m still worried they might not rectify this problem since I left the conversation thinking it was my fault…

We ordered pizza for an office lunch– wanting to make a change from the usual Jimmy Johns. We ordered quite a few pizzas and mini salads. The mini salads were just delightful– they don’t do family size salads. The pizza was good. It’s not papa murphy’s, it’s much greasier and traditional. We wanted pizza at 11:30 — we are an early bird office and they couldn’t get pizza here before 11:40 because they don’t open until 11 am. And they couldn’t accomodate us– although it was a fairly large order… I would consider using them again, service was good. Food was good.

It was a pretty bad experience. Came in and got seated right away which was good. Asked for a couple of minutes to look over menu to order. Then they forgot to take our order and never came back until we said something 10 minutes later. I specifically asked for one pan of meaty marinara pasta and one pan of Alfredo for the 2 pan family deal. They gave me two orders of those and it came to us 25 minutes after along with our pepperoni pizza with thin crust when I asked for hand tossed. Took a while to get our check to when I went up to them a couple of times to ask for it. Overall terrible experience. They at least fixed the check about the pasta which was nice. Don’t expect too much from this place.

Do not get take out! Was told 25 minutes and 45 minutes later finally got our pizzas. For the wait on carry out, order delivery instead. Asked the guy at the register a couple questions about the specials he seemed pretty clueless.

I generally don’t hold high expectations for chain places like this, but even this was pretty poor. We used the online ordering to order the new chicken bacon tomato garlic parmesan pizza and an order of boneless wings with buffalo sauce. I placed the order at 8:30 with an estimated deliver time of 9:30. Not outrageous for a Friday night. 9:55 the delivery guy showed up. The pizza was luke warm and didn’t appear to be made correctly as we were expecting marinara sauce since when we were ordering the only sauce option listed was regular. There was also no buffalo included with the wings, which were also like warm. Mind you, we live virtually around the corner and normally pick up out orders but since it was a Friday night and there had been some drinking already at this point, we opted to have it delivered. Clearly a mistake. I called and spoke to the manager on duty, who was super nice and explained to me that for the pizza, the sauce was a parmesan sauce and it was causing a lot of confusion with people. He wasn’t sure why there wasn’t any buffalo sauce with the wings. He said that they were actually out of the hand tossed pizzas and offered to have a fresh batch of wings sent out with sauce with the next set of deliveries. I thanked him and said that would be great. Needless to say, we never got them. We did hear a knock on the apartment across from ours at one point so if they got the wings, I hope they enjoyed them. I appreciate the effort the manager tried to make, but I was left with an even worse taste in my mouth than the lukewarm food and lack of sauce initially left.

I wish I could give zero stars. My Dad and I stopped for lunch today. Immediately upon walking in, the cashier(a woman, around 5’3−5’6, gaunt, looking to be in her mid to late 30’s with brown hair in a pony tail under a Pizza Hut cap), without even looking up at us, ranted«Hi, what can I get for you?» so fast and so brashly, it was nearly indiscernible. She was very obviously being passive-aggressive and did not want to be serving customers. There was only one other set of customers we could see in the dining area(with her demeanor, I can see precisely why). We said we’d like two buffet lunches, and she continued her rapid, unfriendly demand for information with a «What are you drinking? Water or something else?». We asked what options there were, and she began rapidly firing off the list of Pepsi products, still not even looking at us. My father and I looked at each other in shock and just walked out, driving up the street for a different restaurant. I still absolutely can’t belive what we experienced. Will not be back ever, even if it was the only place with food during a zombie apocalypse.

So I decided to slum it for pizza tonight. Ordered online and picked up 15 minutes later. The order was accurate and had a healthy portion of toppings. I agree with the other reviewers that this location seems dingy. But you’ve got to know that when you’re dropping $ 12 for a large pizza, Pizza Hut isn’t going to be focused on having a polished, trendy dining room. If that’s what you’re into, and you want a Serious Pie, I know a spot you can check out…

Great pepperoni pizza, but the place is an utter mess. There are very few people here, yet many of the tables and booth seats are covered with food all over them. We come here about once a month, and always get the same thing. This time, the pizza wasn’t the same, and I couldn’t even get through one single slice. Horrible. Their salad bar was filled with veggies that weren’t fresh. They don’t offer much of a selection either. Plus, there is one woman that works here, and we assume that she’s the manager because she is always barking orders at everyone. She also has a really loud voice and you hear her no matter where you’re sitting… even more clear than people sitting in a booth next to you. Make for an unpleasant visit, over all, this time around. Not sure that I’m willing to come here again.
