I just made this Unilocal account because I’ve never experienced such genuine customer service. They were thorough, efficient, friendly, and ensured that I was satisfied with all their work throughout the process. I had to take my Elantra 2013 here after I got rear ended, and within 24 hours, they had not only fixed the scratches and dents, but courteously cleaned my car! They also warranty their work for life, and gave me this cute gift bag (like seriously, so cute). They had a nice system where insurance, service shop, and car rentals are working together that proved to flow with ease. After any other accident, I would come here again, and would recommend this place to anybody else as well.

I brought my 2015 Mazda6 iSport here after having a run in with a cement support beam in a parking garage. My door, fender and rocker were crunched, and the door hinge was seriously damaged to where I couldn’t close my door. I made an appointment that day and got it in by the end of the week. They went over the whole process with me of what they would have to do, and was consistent in following up with me the whole way. They gave me an estimate that it would take about 10 – 12 days to get all of the parts, repair and paint the damage. They then followed up with me a few hours later and said it would probably be closer to 8 days. Then on the 7^th day they called me and told me it was all ready! I was little worried considering the time it took was nearly half what they said, but when I went to get my car, it looked immaculate. You couldn’t even tell that it had ever been wrecked! I would definitely go back here in the future (although hopefully I won’t need to :-))
