Arrived around 9 on a rainy Saturday Halloween morning. Friendly, fast; Café D’Arte coffee, which is flavorful and hot. Convenient. Barrista looked neat, attractive; had a nice conversation.

I have been coming here daily, and would’ve given 5 stars a few weeks ago. However, the owner apparently made a staffing change, and now there is a different M-​F morning person. The previous person had memorized my order from the second time I visited, was fast, friendly, and got my somewhat picky order perfect, time after time. I looked forward to my morning coffee, but now, not so much. My order hasn’t been right since the new person started, and I’m thinking of finding a new coffee place. My employer has a coffee stand that is 20% cheaper (with tips prohibited!), but I came here for the service, which has sadly declined with the staff change.
Please bring back the previous person.

I have had several poor experiences at this stand. I usually don’t complain but, very difficult to get an iced americano. Had very little ice, it wasn’t cold, so I asked for a new one that was cold and she fills a 32 oz cup with ice and dumps mine over the top. I asked if that was watering it down, and she ignored me. It tasted terrible and dumped it out. I wasted my $. Thanks!

Friendly baristas. Fast service. When you use a card to pay it prompts you to tip, which seems awkward to me. The mochas are decent, but the espresso shakes are excellent!

Honestly one of my favorite coffee places to go. I’m addicted to their white mocha blended coffee. But their coffee are amazing! Great staff in the morning. I would say I would go here than Starbucks!

I frequently stop off here on my way to work as they’re one of the few places I know that has white coffee which I love. They are really quick, always recognize you and know what you order (even though I order a few different things, they always ask which I want) and the coffee is always good and spot on; not like some places where you get a different taste depending on the day of the week and shift you go through at.

i’ve only been here once but it was a pleasant experience. it was a saturday afternoon and the girl working was very friendly. i’m not much of a coffee drinker, but i’d definitely come back here. they do have tea, but not a wide enough selection.
my only complaint is my americano was way too hot and she filled my personal cup to the brim, so i had to pull into one of the parking spots with an open cup in one hand to pour some out to put the lid on.

I go to this espresso stand every so often because its a drive through and sometimes I just don’t feel like getting out of my car to walk into Starbucks. Everytime I go I’m reminded why I’m not a regular customer! The barista in the morning is rude and snappy. She really has no customer service skills at all! So it will be another 6 months before I drive through there again if I decide to return at all.
