It is a very nice place to go sight-shopping and the selection of husky´s items it´s pretty cool. BUT if you intend to really buy something be aware that things are super expensive.

Of course I’m gonna rate this place 5 stars… I’m a husky! I think their selection is decent and good enough to get last minute gifts and what not. There’s free gift wrap at no extra charge. However if you think that it is like the actual book store on the ave where books can be rented and resold, you are wrong. It is across from top pot donuts and next to the vino. Parking is super easy and it is totally easy to find!

When you call yourself a University bookstore I expect that you might actually have books for those in school… however this is not the case! This is more of a place where you can get UW fan gear, like sweatshirts, stuffed animals, etc. The bookstore section is more like an abbreviated Barnes and Nobles. If you’re looking for a place to grab items for your children or you just want Husky gear stop by hear if you’re in Renton Landing. If you’re actually looking for bookstore items make the trek to the actual bookstore.

The store is a lot smaller than I am use to for a University of Washington Bookstore but the help was great. It is handy for local residence to get a U Of W something but too small a selection for me.

I just discovered that they opened a U Book Store at The Landing! My sister and I are UW Alumnus and while Seattle is not too far of a drive(30 — 40mins out for me), I love the fact I can get my Husky fix in 15 mins any time I have the need for a new Husky item. While the UDistrict is still the bigger store, the Renton store was not lacking in the Husky paraphernalia. I am pleased with the selection. And they also told me they can send anything they have up from the UDistrict down. Go visit, you will not be disappointed! I have spread the word to my Husky friends and other alumnus that live down here at the south end! Go Huskies!
