Went in for a brow wax and the service was very rushed. It seemed like they were just trying to get me in and out so they could help the next person. Brows were individually shaped well but not symmetrical.

I got a pregnancy massage and brought my mother-in-law along for a body scrub, pedi, facial, and massage. The massage was great. The girl I saw was nice. My mother in law enjoyed her time there. She liked all the services preformed except the scrub, they could have spent more time on it. Staff could have been more personable. It just didn’t have a WOW factor to it.

I got a massage, facial, mani and pedi. The spa is cute and spacious and also has a salon. This could be the perfect one-stop shop if everyone who worked there was equally talented and customer-service oriented. The lady I saw for my massage — I genuinely question if she is a licensed therapist. It was the most awful massage I’ve received in the 3 years I’ve regularly received massages. The facial was by far my favorite service. You shouldn’t dismiss this spa if you’re in the area and come across a fantastic deal but it just wasn’t a good fit for me.

Been going here for over 6 months now. Usually go to a black barber shop as I am very particular and anal about how my line up and side burn lines are(shadow fade 1.5 up top 1 on the side, tapered side burns). I moved up north to Bothell so Tacoma is a bit far for a fade every 2 weeks. I still drive from Bothell to Renton just to get a hair cut from Michelle at Venus. She can cut and fade clean lines and can do work with a straight blade. It’s a little bit more than a ‘hood barber shop but you get women and a hair wash/scalp massage. Hate having hair on my white t-shirt when I go run errands after. For ultra clean lines get your side burns waxed and plucked for extra. Fresh to death when I leave!

the place is really nice and the person that i saw for a mani and pedi was really friendly. Answered most of my questions. The downfall… the mani and pedi only lasted for 2 days. Manicures usually don’t last that long especially since i use my real nails and as a RN i wash my hands alot when dealing with pts, but i went to this nail salon where i got a french mani, it lasted for 2 weeks! no joke, why i didn’t go to that place? i don’t know, lesson learned. The pedicure on the other hand, does typically last longer, but not with this one. After 2 days, it started to chip off. So overall, A+ for the place and friendly service. D for the outcome of the manicure and pedicure. And i should add, it was walk in service. They at 8, so they had about 1.5 hours to get me pampered, but when they did my manicure they were rushing to get me out; or at least that’s how i felt like. oops
