Wells Fargo Bank

They strive for top-​notch customer service but it’s three stars due to the location. It’s a shady neighbor hood, drivers will do 30 mph in the parking lot and not yield to pedestrians. The cameras are not aimed in the right direction to get a license plate for a hit and run. The inside is awesome and their customer service is excellent. Wait times vary from long to short depending on staff. I hear customers try to sweat talk them selves into a deal that may or may not work out. They get mad if it doesn’t work out to be and rave on the review on Unilocal.Most employees will listen to you if you’re willing to listen back and not give them sass.

I am a huge supporter of my local wells branch to the point where I avoid other branches like the plague but when you’re out of town for the day and something comes up you gotta do what you gotta do. Andrea (I really hope I got her name right) was amazing!!! She’s the store manager and believe me when I tell you she deserves that and more. She’s an angel and I nearly cried out of sheer gratitude when she told me she’d fixed my problem. Thank you Andrea!!!

It does not matter the day of the week. One can always count on there being a long line at this branch. Yes, the employees are friendly and helpful, but they are not very efficient. Moreover, the fact that there is limited parking makes it a nuisance to visit.

We came in here to get a replacement debit card. We were in Seattle just for the holiday to visit family. All we wanted was a replacement debit card. This 3 foot tall asian c*nt named Kristina would not let my husband leave the table until he had signed up for a credit card. I had to step in and tell her to eff off. We wasted an hour at that bank because she was trying to up her numbers or something. She didn’t even ask if we were in the process of buying a home or refinancing or anything and didn’t want our credit checked. Such a selfish little brat. Horrible service.

Before moving here I had the best banking experiences in two different branches of Wells Fargo. It was always top-​notch service and always extremely friendly. Would I have the same luck here…
First of all I have been in this branch multiple times and wanted to get a feel for it. The staff have always been friendly and polite but to be honest, not as much as the last two branches I have been in. :(
I sometimes feel they could stand to open up another window when it gets busy, but alas… that is not the case. Once I waited in line for what felt like an eternity (not really an eternity, but you get the idea) only to be in not the greatest of moods when I got to the window. They are still nice though which helps make the experience better.
Today I had the pleasure to deal with Andrea who was both professional and polite. She was patient with me and walked me through what I had to do. When she gave me my cash they offered to give me an envelope and they do the same if you get a bankers check.
As far as the parking lot… I have seen arguments in the parking lot between customers and/​or people in another car. I’ve never seen anything like that inside. Also I have seen people park in the handicapped space without a handicapped parking tag. I guess finding another space to use the ATM would take a few extra moments of your time… Done people are so lazy!
Good bank branch… But not as polite and friendly as my last two branches!

Most inconsistent bank around. One time the will deposit a check no problem, then the next time if your name is not exact on the check they won’t do it… Then what do you do… Wait you go back and talk to another teller later and they will process it no problem. The other inconsistency is around swiping your card and entering your pin should validate you but on top of that I had to show my ID for a $ 4.22 check… Really???

I do not normally write reviews for banks, especially banks that I do not have accounts with. I go to this bank to make deposits for work, and from the very first time I stepped into this particular location, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile, and kind conversation. Every single teller has made an attempt to get to know me, and never once pressured me to open an account with them. I usually dread going to the bank, but it’s not so much of a bother, since I know they will greet me with a smile and «Hello!»

Loc is a good personal banker to visit. He knows the products and patiently gave an online banking demo to prove how it was just as good as another national bank. He efficiently signed me up with free online banking after noticing I had two relationship products. Just like most banks, need to have three in order to qualify for certain perks. Nice branch, just wish the acoustics allowed for more private interaction.

Of all the banks I’ve banked with (American Savings, First Hawaiian, Bank of Hawaii & Bank of America) this is one of the best!
Great customer service at this location. I think the teller who helped me was named Ahn? Or something Vietnamese, I think. He asked me if I wanted to set up a direct deposit since I was depositing my check and asked me about my other bank. He was so nice and friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job. He should get a raise!
There also wasn’t really a wait.
Oh, and the monthly maintenance fee if you don’t have the min bal or DD is $ 7 unlink BofA’s $ 12.
Their debit cards are nice too, and you can design your own online.

I have a Wells Fargo HSA Debit Card that I could never remember the pin number for. I called customer service and they told me I would have to go down to a branch not unless I wanted to wait for one to come in the mail. I opted to go down to the branch. Upon my entrance into this financial institution I was greeted promptly by a representative who asked me how I was doing. Which I replied great! I told him my situation and he informed me that his associate will assist me as soon as she’s off the phone. The associate called me over after about 2 minutes before she even had time to introduce herself the transaction was over. All she did was swipe my card had me put in the PIN I wanted and 5 seconds later we were done.

No, no, no, and no.
Just no.
I signed up here. Granted they had a new person do everything, but it was pretty unprofessional.
I went back here later on, to walk in and do a simple withdraw. There were 3 bankers handling customers and the line was ridiculously long. I was in a decent spot, about the 4^th one in line. I stood there for 25 minutes I kid you not. I thought it was going to be at the most 10 minutes. My husband came in to check on me to make sure I didn’t get lost.
Then when I look at my statement, they clearly took my money from the wrong account. I had to go to another Wells Fargo to have them fix it.
This place blows.
