I just had one of my best meals ever at Applebees. I was really surprised. I even sent a note to the chef to say so. Pork Chop laying in baked apple bed, excellent string beans, and the best sweet potatoes I ever tasted. They had maple butter on them and sprinkles of pecans. I tipped 25% in thanks… My hat is off to the management at this Applebees for an all around good experience. Even the citrus scented bathrooms were an added nice touch. Thanks for a very Nice lunch…

The staff was pleasant. We have eaten at many Applebee’s and never had such bad food. Chicken Caesar Salad had undercooked chicken. Oriental Salad was served with cold crispy chicken and a thinned down dressing.

I don’t expect much from applebees but this location is horrible. The server had an attitude and clearly doesn’t care about the customer experience. Food is still going down hill… cheaper and cheaper. Stay away– if you HAVE to go to an applebees go to South center at least their servers have personality.

It’s only ever worth it to come during lunch time happy hour, IMO. This location is exactly what you’d expect from an Applebee’s; Nothing special about it. Anyway, the prices during happy hour are hard to beat. Decent selection in beer. The cocktails are a crap shoot and service is almost always a little disappointing. No matter what time I go and what area I’m seated in, I feel like I’m in there for way more than I want to be. Call in your orders if you’re carrying out. Don’t even bother with the online system. I once tried it out and had sat at the bar for an hour waiting for food that I saw sitting on the counter the whole time. Not organized enough to know what’s going on I suppose? Happy Hour. That’s it. Even the 2 for 25 deal is whatever, just… Happy Hour.

First time at Applebee’s! At first I wasn’t sure about this place but they did so great that I really recommend it. My server was Chris, although he mentioned that he’s new, I would have never guessed because of the outstanding customer service he provided. He made sure my party had a full cup. Thanks for everything! Food was very good! I had the quesadilla burger! Something different but very delicious.

Came here on now 3 separate occasions in the last week. Lol. But it’s really good if you want Happy Hour. That’s all I really need here. Lol. Long Island & a plate of wings or quesadillas! Feels like I’m going deaf sometimes with the loud music. I have to say«Huh?!» on numerous occasions. Lol. Oh well. But come find me here one day!

Prisha was a great bartender! It was crazy busy for happy hour but she was very attentive. The peach sangria was quite tasty. Happy hour was a good deal here.

I wrote off Applebee’s about 5 years ago as they were getting worse and worse. I just moved to the area, needed to kill a few hours while waiting for tire repairs… and decided to get lunch here. I was VERY impressed! The service and friendliness of the staff and manager was great. Very fast, accurate. The quality of the food was very good. Everything tastes fresh. It was brought out quickly. The food looked exactly like it was pictured on the menu. The restaurant was super clean. At one point, we saw the manager walking outside picking up a few pieces of debris that the wind blew over. One word to sum it all up… PRIDE. You could sense the pride everyone had here. Good job!

This place is terrible! I’ve always had average experiences at Applebee’s, but this particular restaurant has caused me to consider never eating at an Applebees again. I came during weekday lunch, and it wasn’t too crowded. Our waitress only had 2 – 3 tables yet took 10 minutes to take our order. I ordered the Lunch Pick 2. I asked about soup choices and the waitress spent 3 – 4 minutes looking it up… I then specifically asked if the Tortilla soup was spicy, as I cannot eat spicy food. She assured me that it was not spicy, so I decided to order it, along with a sandwich. Food came out fairly fast. I took one sip of the soup and immediately started crying(due to the spicyness). I asked the waitress the next time she came to our table(probably took another 10 minutes) if I could switch it out to the chicken Caesar salad. She consulted with her manager(another 10 minutes) and brought out a regular Caesar salad. I commented that I had wanted a salad with chicken, and she proceeded to argue with me that they don’t even have chicken Caesar salads on their Lunch menu. Seriously?!! I had to grab a menu and show them that there was indeed, a chicken Caesar salad. She finally went and replaced it with the proper salad, but then charged us for the difference!($ 3 extra) At this point, I didn’t think it was worth sticking around to argue that charge as we had already been there for over an hour, and left. Sidenote: we asked for a water refill about 15 minutes in… and never got a refill. What a horrible experience.

We came here the other night as a large group and it was pretty good! We had two babies with us and a larger party and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Our server was attentive. It’s evident that their appetizers are all pre-made and reheated but what else do you expect at Applebee’s? They have a good selection of healthier entrees with the calories listed. We shared the salmon with spinach and veggies. I think it was $ 12 – 13 and it was pretty good! If I were to be here again, I would order that again. It was a good portion for sharing considering we weren’t too hungry. Overall, the food is nothing to write home about and you’ll get a lot of pre-made items but people come here because it’s kid-friendly and it’s reasonably priced, not because it’s gourmet fare.

Happy hour is 3−6pm &9pm-close. You have to order a drink to get selected appetizers for half off. A Long Island for $ 4 is a pretty sweet deal along with some bar snacks, but if you are actually hungry, you might be better off ordering something from the regular menu and regular price and settling for a water at the same price that it would cost for a an alcoholic beverage and happy hour snacks. I like Applebee’s, their nachos was off the hook… but they changed their nacho recipe and on top of that, it’s no longer an item on the happy menu… or the sliders. Great spot to grab a quick bite and catch up with friends around the area though because it is one of the few that opens late hour. I’ve always received excellent service at this Applebee’s, bless the servers that are working these late hours for hungry peeps like me. Also, there are this cool new devices on the tables now! You can order appetizers/desserts off a tablet and play games on it, pretty cool. Makes me wonder if humans are still going to interact with each other in the future, but convienent inventions!

I hadn’t been in Applebee’s for many years until last year on vacation in San Diego. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, service and value. I love salads. Caesar, chop, louie, spinach… but new favorite is the wedge. So over the last year I have had wedge salads at many different restaurants, dome quite expensive. Theirs is the best! Crispness of the lettuce, bacon, green goddess and bleu cheese really work great together. It’s a 5 star wedge. The overall dining is a very good 4 star at all of their locations. Yummmmm

The commercials make everything look, sound delicious! So when told going here for a family dinner was excited to try the new menu items. I will say everything on the vast menu sounds great, but nothing is ever as great. Got the new turkey stacker sandwich which sounds anything but bland and yet it was super bland. Had to get buffalo sauce to cover it to make it have some flavor. They now offer bottomless fries yay but the fries are nothing great! Everyone else said food was decent but no one was overly excited about their dish. Service was pretty decent. Sat quickly for out large party. I wouldn’t mind coming back for happy hour. But for regular food just don’t expect amazing.

I come here mainly for Burger Happy Hour on Mondays after 4pm, and my regular waitress is very good, hence 2 stars. Other than HH, these place is not worth your visit, unless you have a soft spot for greasy Mac & cheese, and tasteless main courses, meat is always tough, chicken is tasteless, salads are okay. Plenty of parking, and free wifi. One last note, on Memorial Day, they serve free meals to veterans all day, which is very nice, they do charge for soft drinks, coffee, iced tea, or lemonade, which is not nice.

They just changed their nachos to pulled pork and I didn’t like it at all. I asked for their bone in chicken wings and that’s not what came out… I had something that was like chicken poppers. I loved coming here for a drink and for happy hour food… Just not that great anymore.

I have mixed feeling for Applebee’s in general. This visit definitely helped push my opinion towards the positive side. Applebee’s is a fine family, neighborhood restaurant. You are not going to get the newest, fanciest dishes; instead, you will be served nice, predictable meals. Its great for a quick business lunch or family dinner. Today, our meal was very enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, the service very friendly, and prompt. The prices are reasonable. The only miss, my pasta was not overly hot.

What happened to you guys?! Last time we came in we had the best service we have ever had. Last night — TERRIBLE. First off, the menus have changed since we were last in less than a month ago. Prices have been raised, and portions have decreased. We always get the 2/$ 20 steaks with mozzarella sticks. They have changed that to the 2/$ 25 menu, and it is also $ 3 extra now to make it a 9oz instead of $ 2, and now you get one less mozzarella stick(usually get 9, now 8). We also ordered the green bean crispers, it seems like the price on those went down, and the portion size GREATLY reduced. Sad. The hostesses were not friendly, no smiles. We had to awkwardly stand up front with one of them staring at us until we finally said something. The server, Andrew R, was the slowest person I have ever met. It felt almost like he was afraid to put anything on our table or even talk to us. We had to ask multiple servers for things we had requested when we ordered(that he actually had repeated to us, so we knew he knew). Drink refills took forever. He only had 3 tables, so it wasn’t like he was in the weeds or anything. Our appetizers(green beans and mozzarella sticks) came out at separate times. The steaks we ordered came out fine, had to ask again for the sauces. Our server never checked on us until we were basically done. Even the cleanliness of the restaurant was bad this time. Multiple tables sat dirty our entire visit while the servers walked by and nobody touched them. Sad day. We were really hopeful with our last visit that Applebees had taken a huge turn toward success. We really love the steaks, and used to love the product we got for the value we paid. Probably won’t be back for awhile now.

I have been here for happy hour many times through the last few years. On Monday nights you can get $ 5.99 pitchers of domestic beer and $ 8.99 for any else but Budlight and Coors. We came here at 7:30. The place was pretty packed in the bar, but nothing unmanageable. It took forever to get out menus and then twice as long for our drinks to come to the table. I asked for a glass of water, but didn’t actually receive it until our dinner was almost over and I had to ask another server. I enjoyed their new sharable bar eats that they have, but our entrees… I got something of the lighter side menu, the picture and description looked great. When it came to the table no no. The steak was over cooked, the spinach was wilted, and the rice literally tasted like dirt. My boyfriend agreed. The lack of serve and entrée presentation and taste makes it hard to come here again. Maybe for a drink, but that’s pushing it.

Went for HH on Tuesday, we were on early side. Service was ok. They didn’t have HH cards out as they were just switching specials, that was annoying. The remodel looks great. The table-side thingys made it super duper easy to split the check! Wish the games were free. It’s applebees, we’ll be back!
