I love this place for quite a few reason. The first of which is that in my opinion there aren’t very many good wing joints in the area. Wing Dome? No thanks! Secondly the food is pretty good especially when you factor in the convenience/price I typically order the boneless wings. Especially Monday/Tuesday because they’re half off! I find on the boneless wings the seasoned wing such as Louisiana Rub/Garlic Parmesan are better than a lot of the glazed options. Although I also really enjoy the Hickory BBQ/Lemon Pepper, but typically avoid Teriyaki/Mango Habanero. At times they pull their wings a little too quickly out of the fryer so they can be overly greasy. The fries are extremely delicious and hard to turn down when I stop in. It seems like they season it with something a little sweet possibly sugar. They go excellent with the Ranch dipping sauce. The convenience is usually pretty solid. I like being able to order online and come pick up. The service can be a little shaky at times. As others mentioned there are some employees that are especially friendly and go the extra mile to make your experience great such as Robert. On the other hand there are employees who don’t seem to care whatsoever. A lot of times the food won’t be ready when I schedule to pick up at a specific time, especially when I add fries to the order. I think that’s because they don’t want to give you soggy or cold food so I can’t be overly frustrated about that, but be aware if you order ahead and you’re in a hurry that you may want to consider somewhere else.

I didn’t like the cheese fries they put to much seasoning and the seasoning wasn’t good in my opinion.

This Wingstop is… Eh… This is the second time I ordered wings to go and I probably won’t again. I picked up my food and drove home in about ten minutes, I pick up my bag and my hand is instantly covered in grease and oil. This also happened the first time as well. The bag shows it all… I have NEVER had this problem at the Southcenter Wingstop, the only reason I settle for the Landing Wingstop is because it’s closer to home. I think driving the extra ten minutes to the Southcenter Wingstop is definitely worth it because they actually drain the chicken after it has been fried.

I used to like this place. But I had a bad experience Super BOWL day. I ordered wings for a specific time 1pm at 10am in the morning then when I arrived they said it would be 2hrs longer. Never got my food thank God for pizza Hut saving the day. Wings and pizza within the hour saved my superbowl party. I just went there again after I told myself I’m not going good back. Arrived tonight at 1049pm to order wings and the girl was to lazy to take my order said classic wings take 15 min and refused to make them. She said only boneless or strips. 2nd issue. No more business from me.

This place never lets me down when it comes to the food. I mean if you never been here what are you waiting for! Like seriously… go now! The only minor problem it’s tiny. The maximum occupancy is 32 so if it’s packed you might want to get yours to go besides that the customer service is amazing! You’ll love it I guarantee it

Wingstop is my go to place for chicken wings. Being going to Wingstop for a long time since back in California. You can’t never go wrong with lemon pepper with the side of ranch

I’m very pleased with my service. Every time I come in, I look forward to seeing Robert! He is a great guy and a hard worker. Even when I know he is working a long shift. I can still tell, and see he is willing to give me his best service! Not really familiar with Washington, being from California. I get a good vibe eatting here vs bww! Keep up the good work Robert!!! Thanks for your wonderful service!

One of my favorite things to eat is a good chicken wing! I can’t seem to get enough of them and when there is a restaurant nearby that serves some good wings, you can pretty much bet that I’ll be a frequent customer. If I would have one recommendation is to ease up on the oil, possibly letting the wings dry a tad longer prior to serving. I also like a good french fry, and this place has some really, really good fries! I tend to order them without the seasoning to ease up on the sodium. They are always perfectly cooked and hot! On top of the good food, when you receive great customer service every time, it’s a huge bonus! Every time I come to this Wingstop, I receive some of the best service in the area. Everyone is welcoming and courteous! Robert has been great and will always greet you whether or not he is at the counter. This place can get hectic at times and the staff always seems to ensure the establishment is clean. You will always see someone cleaning! Not sure why they don’t have trash/recycle receptacles for customers to handle, but it would be nice.

Wings are delicious but the wait is beyond ridiculous. We place our Oder at 6:12pm and finally got it at 7:01!

We ordered online two days before the Super Bowl to allow plenty of time and preparation for both parties. Received our confirmation about order time – only to have them tell us it’s not ready and did not offer any kind of incentive for us to come back. We left without the food. BADSERVICE.

I have been coming here almost weekly since they opened. I have had great service, delicious wings and fries every time I come. The staff are very friendly and they get my order right every time. I have even occasionally asked for special preparation of the wing toppings(because of my son’s food allergies) and they cheerfully accommodate this. Tasha and Robert have especially provided excellent customer service, even calling me(and other regulars who come in) by their first name. I feel very welcomed here. I usually order on line or call in my order and it is always ready when I arrive. The wings are the best(and I have tried wings and many other restaurants)…my husband and I really look forward to our weekly«fix» of yummy wings(especially the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper) and the fries are sooooo good!!!

On gameday, don’t even bother with this place. They have 2 people working in the back and 1 listless employee working the front(even though no one is ordering. Everyone is just waiting for their order). I ordered online. The site said it would be ready for pick up at 1:30. I gave them plenty of time. I showed up at 1:50pm. Twenty minutes later, a fourth employee magically appeared to give me my food. I asked what took so long. She gave some BS about how try don’t start fries until I get there. Why? Why don’t you just have the food ready when it was promised? Why did it take an extra 40 minutes? Thank you, Sidney Rice, for owning a crappy Wing Stop.

Short version: salty sodium bomb. Avoid. Longer version: I was excited to try this place out, but it was not a good experience. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, but I’ll never come back because of the food. It seemed like things were off to a good start — you can order wings, boneless wings, or chicken tenders. There are a variety of flavours, and side dips. I was shocked to see how much sauce they put on my boneless wings, but thought, hey, they’re the pros. I should have known better. The teriyaki sauce was so salty I nearly gagged, and the wings were just slathered in sauce. I tried to wipe off as much as I could, but the breading made it difficult. The hickory smoked BBQ was less salty, but the wings were still over-sauced. My wife had the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan; hers were pretty good she said, though again very salty. I don’t know that I’ve ever left a chicken wing un-eaten on my plate(boneless or not), but I left a couple teriyaki wings that day. I just couldn’t absorb any more sodium! The french fries were fresh and quite good, but also salted extremely heavily. My son liked them(he didn’t have any of the chicken). I saw people at another table with these delicious-looking buns coated in melted butter, so in an attempt to salvage this terrible meal I ordered two of the buns. They were terrible; the outside was warm and covered in melted butter, but the inside was cold and try. So they must be frozen and heated up on-demand. Whoever prepared the buns for me must have been in a hurry. I might be willing to try another Wingstop in the future, but I’ll never go back to this location again.

This is a tiny place. Only a few tables and the line was out the door on a weekend night. Grab a table when you can. I don’t understand the no trash cans in this place… hopefully those people will take the trash to the front staff for you… So the wings. Bone or boneless. Lots of flavors to pick from. I like the large options so families can get several kinds and flavors. Fries are GOOD. Always comes with veggies and ranch/blue cheese to dip. The food is ok. Not stellar. It always takes awhile to get your food. Bring your patience. Until we find another wing place we will be back, but it’s just okay.

I have wings at Wings Stop Dallas and they were pretty impressive. However this one at Landing is totally sucked. We asked for few varieties and nothing came out right. We are very disappointed. So go to other Wings Stop if you are crazy for wings.

So I wouldn’t say these wings are great, but with how bad the PNW does chicken wings… it’s not a bad option. I’ve never eaten inside(seems kinda small), but each time I’ve ordered online the food has been ready for pick up with no problem. The mango habanero is definitely my favorite, their regular hot can be pretty plain and kind of sauce less.

I Have been to this Wing Stop on several occasions, its owned by former Seattle Seahawks receiver Sidney Rice. The Wings are really good, especially love boneless! The various flavor offerings are great as well. I highly recommend the Lemon Pepper & Louisiana Rub flavors, simply the best! The wings are made to order, expect to wait 15 – 20 minutes for your food if you don’t call ahead. The location is on the small side, maybe 12 tables in the entire place. The thing I found odd when I first went here was they do not have trash cans, just leave it on the table. The place is kept really clean, and is conveniently located in the Renton Landing shopping center next to Jimmy Johns. If you like quality wings, I would highly recommend giving this place a try, Just not on game day… You’ll be waiting awhile!

I don’t recall if i’ve ever been to one before… but hearing Rick Ross rap about lemon pepper chicken wings made me want some wings. And after my experience I can’t say that I’m a fan. Friendly service and fair prices doesn’t automatically make a place a 5 star joint. You got to have food quality and goodness. I had the mango habenaro wings and the serrano chili — both of which were listed toward the top of the hot scale. Neither of them had any heat to it. Neither of them had enough flavor to distinct which was which. I will say the cheese fries were on point though — but outside of that — nothing was impressive. Much better choices out there.

You know, for all the crap people give all the wing stop chains, it’s still a hell of a lot better than super loud and overly obnoxious Buffalo Wild Wings, and Sidney Rice owns these franchises chains so what’s not to love about Wing Stop. Sure they can beef up their staff and decrease wait times, but wings are made to order, so I don’t mind waiting for hot and fresh wings, ya know? My boyfriend and I always order the customizable wing combos which include your choice of 6,8,10 or 15 wings, a regular side(seasoned fries($ 1.30 extra for a large fry), baked beans, cole slaw, cheese fries($ 1 extra or $ 2.30 for a large), potato salad, dipping sauce and a 20 oz. drink. The wing/fry sauces they have available are: Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Serrano Pepper Glaze, Mild, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Teriyaki or Plain, whew! I personally like the lemon pepper, original hot and the Louisiana Rub, nummy!!! Their rolls are also super delicious and baked in house so they are warm and soft, great if you’re craving something other than just fries. Well, speaking of fries, they are good however their seasoning it a bit sweet, so it caught us off guard. Sometimes I feel the fries are over seasoned as well. Overall, I love this place if you don’t want to deal with Buffalo Wild Wings. I also feel they have bigger wings than BWW and more options for sauces/rubs. We have been wanting one closer to Puyallup without having to travel to Tacoma, Tukwila, Bellevue or Renton.

Small location tucked into The Landing in Renton. Very small inside, maybe five tables? Obviously meant more for take out — which is fine. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I’ve tried the BBQ Chicken Fingers(the bbq sauce is very good — got a kick to it!), and I have also tried the Lemon Pepper Boneless Wings(dip them in ranch — yum). My boyfriend says the Louisiana Rub is his favorite flavor. Don’t complain if your food takes long — it’s being made FRESH. So it is not just pre-made sitting under a heat lamp — it is SO worth the wait. Seriously. If you’re really in that big of a hurry, order ahead of time online. The staff is very friendly, always smiling upon entry, and friendly throughout the ordering process. No trash cans, kinda weird, but whatever. It’s clean inside, and the employees stay on top of keeping it that way(I’m sure it’s different when it’s busy, just as it is anywhere when somewhere is busy, people can’t be everywhere at once). Overall, I’d certainly recommend this place to eat for a good snack, lunch, dinner, even bring some food home for the Seahawks game — duh! Also…just gonna say this… if you order wings on a game day OFCOURSE they are going to take a long time. Wings kinda go with football… so…if you order on a Hawks game day, don’t be surprised it if takes longer! Just kinda common sense…
