Domino’s Pizza

It’s alright pizza. The new «specialty chicken» is just the same deep fried nuggets covered with whatever. And for some odd reason, the penne pasta with alfredo sauce and chicken comes dry. Even if you order «extra» sauce, and you call and let them know that you really don’t want it dry, it still shows up to the door, dry noodles with cheese and chicken. I’m not sure if they understand what a «SAUCE» is. (This has happened multiple times, I give up.)
I do like their wings though! And their service is always very polite.

When I lived in Texas I had a really bad experience with dominos. So I had an aversion to it for the last 6 years! But recently I was left without a car, and I really hate paying the delivery fee. So, husband and I walk there and grab a pizza. I love that they have a place to sit and eat. I’m sure not many people actually sit and eat but we did.
We got a carry out special, so our pizza was really cheap. I don’t know if the recipe is different because we live in a new state now, or if it’s different because it’s been 6 years now. But it is totally delicious now. I actually prefer it over papa johns now.
The employees were a little weird, and the music they were playing so loudly was a bit obnoxious, but I suppose that’s okay since they don’t really expect people to be dining in?
Anyway, thanks for turning it around Dominos!

Store #7162 — Delivery
Ordered a Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich and 8 piece Plain Wings with Habanero Dipping Sauce. What arrived was a Pineapple Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich and NO dipping sauce. The wings arrived, along with two Ranch dipping sauce.
I also ordered an additional 14 piece wings with BBQ sauce. Those arrived OK, but only one BBQ sauce.
Order was placed at 621pm. Driver arrived at 755pm. Over 1−½ hours???
I understand the store was busy because of Sunday Night Football, but this was beyond acceptable. The store should anticipate busy nights during football season and staff accordingly. Additionally, it’s apparent that the term «Quality Check» does not apply in this situation.
Come on, Domino’s…YOU HAD ONE JOB!

This Domino’s has the best staff of anyplace I have visited. The weekday employees are awesome, upbeat, very fun and friendly! You are always greeted with a genuine smile and a hearty ‘Hello! Welcome to Domino’s’! They seem happy to be there and more than happy to help you. The food is great, with a huge selection that will satisfy almost any taste. The open ‘theater’ type store allows you to watch as they make your order. Entertaining for kids and adults alike.

Ok so here is my issue… took me SIX tries online to place an order and getting kicked out before I was silly enough to call in our family order tonight. The initial recording is a major pain to listen to when you just want to get to a live person, but the gal who came on the line was pleasant enough. HOWEVER, my issue is the fact that it took not once, not twice, not even EIGHT TIMES of me repeating our card info for pay, went for her to get the numbers right!!! And then she «forgot’» to charge the delivery fee so we had to go through the whole process all over again! You have got to be kidding me!!! Please tell me this is not how it is for everyone else. If my pizzas don’t show up in 30 – 45 minutes, I’m going to literally have some major issues with someone at Dominos after all this. I have a seriously hungry seven year old and husband to feed. I don’t have time to waste on all this!

Convenient, fast, and great pizza! We ordered the Hawaiian with a thin crust. AWESOME!!!

My last two orders have been screwed up. I ordered 2 pizzas and received one an hour later then another hour after that I got my order. Last time I ordered it and got the wrong pizzas at 1030pm n then they return with my correct order at 1230 am. That is my last time I order dominoes. Just horrible!

Ordered double toppings and extra sauce, and paid extra for this — got a dry, sparse pizza. Stingy, Stingy, Stingy!

I ordered one medium pizza with 2L bottle of soda. This cost me $ 23 plus a decent tip for the driver came close to 30 dollars for my order. I made a «build your own» pizza. You would think for this amount of money that the toppings would cover the top of the pizza but there were scant amounts of any one of the toppings most of which were veggie. I also ordered garlic and instead of chopped garlic the pizza was dusted with garlic powder. I think I will stick with Little Ceasars, Papa Murphy’s and for delivery Papa John’s from now on. Also for dine out Vince’s in the Renton Highlands is my absolute favorite pizza. Pizza is one of the fastest and cheapest fast foods to make and to put out this poor of quality is completely unforgivable.

This is really good stuff! Probably one of the best and most consistent pizza places I’ve ordered from. We are doing a kitchen remodel so this place has been great for food in a pinch.
I like that they have more than just pizza — in fact, several of our orders have been boneless wings, pasta, and parmesan bites.
A+, gold star, and 9 thumbs up! Keep it up!

Ordered pizza online, arrived hot, within the promised time by a very professional and super upbeat delivery driver. He apologized for the delay (there was none) and wished us a meet Christmas and happy New year, and he meant it. Pizza was super delicious, and really made our rainy night great. And, by the way it was pouring and he delivered to our apartments. We have ordered here before, and will be back again.

I decided to give Domino’s a try again after a couple of years break from them. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised on a couple of counts:
1. Their weekday carryout special of 2 large pizzas with three toppings for 7.99 each really rocks, and is a perfect cheap pizza meal for our family of 4. They also have some «all-​the-​time» specials, one of which we used the following weekend, because we enjoyed our first pizzas and wanted to go back.
2. The pizza was pretty good, on both visits, with the caveat noted next. I strongly suggest sticking with the «hand-​tossed» crust. The 2^nd trip there, I made the mistake of trying the «Brooklyn» style, and it was bad. The crust was soggy, and there was very little cheese on it, despite us ordering extra cheese. But the hand-​tossed was better than some much more expensive pizzas that I’ve had elsewhere.
3. The customer service at this particular location is exceptional. It’s a big, bright beautiful Dominoes (I know, sounds weird, but it’s true). The people working there actually seem happy to be there, and were joking around with each other and having a good time while they worked. They were also very friendly to us customers.
So, I’m sure I will be back!

I order from these guys at least once a week. I have NEVER heard «Oh, you guys again!» And for that reason, I will always go back.
The food’s good, the drivers are awesome.
I only ever order via app, so I can’t tell you what phone orders are like, but I assume they’re good there, too.

It’s been years since I have had Domino’s pizza, so when I moved to my new place and saw that they delivered to my complex. I couldn’t wait to have one of their delicious pizzas. It did not disappoint. So good!!!

Online ordering or through app makes it quickly and easy. Always good deals. Thin crust with white sauce are good options for carb-​conscious. Gluten free crust available. Speedy service! We’re regulars so they recognize hubby when he walks in to pick up our order.

Knocking my rating down a few stars because of the crap service I got over the weekend. I order frequently from this Dominos, and when my order didn’t arrive after 45 minutes I called them. They «couldn’t see my apartment number» from the online order. I usually order from them once a week.
If there online system isn’t working, that’s something they should note. The person on the phone was rude and didn’t offer me a discount after I had to wait. I’ll think twice before ordering again.

Had not had Domino’s pizza for years & sister suggested it for Sunday nights dinner. They have a special going on now when you order 2 of more medium pizzas you get them each for $ 5.99 with 2 toppings. We picked canadian bacon & mushroom for our 2 and added our own sliced black olives at home. My sister picked them up instead of having them delivered so they didn’t travel in the special pizza bag that keeps them warm. They were just so-​so. I think I’d prefer a Papa Johns pizza next time.
