Worst experience I’ve ever had. First, it took almost 2 hours for my order to be delivered, then when it arrived it was cold. I called and the woman on the phone argued with me and told me I was wrong. I told her that I was unsatisfied and she informed me that I could get my money back if I gave her the food back. I have no car, that’s why I ordered delivery. So 30 $ for bad customer service, cold food, and extremely rude service. The woman on the phone then went quiet, and then just hung up on me. This is unacceptable, don’t go here.

They delivered in a half an hour. The food was hot. My son really liked the wonton soup, which was a little different than typical Wonton soup. The beef and peppers wasn’t chewy, it was nice and tender. Not the best Chinese food, but not bad. Super convenient.

This place warrants negative stars! By far the very worst attempt at Chinese food that we have EVER had. Ordered lomein and Kung pao chicken — ramen noodles would have been better! There were 2/two pieces of celery in the Kung pao and everything else was canned vegetables – I mean really, no knife skills in an Asian restaurant? The chicken tasted old and off putting. The sauce tasted of flour and salt… sick. Do the world a favor a close your doors! Be afraid, be very very afraid!

Worst Asian food I have ever had! Ordered from Grub Hub it took over an hour and a half. Super small portions, cold and tasted awful! I couldn’t eat it. Wasted a lot of money.

Top Ramen would have been better choice. Ordered wonton soup, vegtable fried rice, and vegtable chow mein; $ 40+. Took an hour to be delivered, if it took this long in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon we would have expected it to be a lot better. The vegtables on the wonton soup were not even washed. Not sure what kind of place they are running over at the wok but will not be ordering from them ever again. I hope we do not get sick. Avoid this place.

I’m giving it 3 stars. The service was subpar. I’ll just leave it at that. Don’t want to go into details. The food was okay, but very convenient for those late nights with no dinner ready. It’s right behind my son’s karate place. So, that’s a plus. I’ll buy again.

yeah. So where to start. Got a menu on the door thought i would give it a shot. Im from California(S.F) and have not found good Chinese food since i have moved here. I ordered a lunch special. Mongolian Beef with steamed rice and paid extra for what I tought would be Won Ton soup. Ok here we go. Mongolian Beef… I was given chicken ordered beef and it tasted boiled and old. did not finish it. there was cabbage and bamboo in it for a filler im assuming. The onions were not cooked correctly, way to raw. There was a funny taste i could not figure out what it was and it was not spicy. its been over 2 hours since i ate and cant get the funny taste out of my mouth. Lets hope im not sick later. The rice. old and hard. The egg roll. i get the same frozen ones at ranch 99!!! the soup. I paid $ 2.00 extra to change egg drop soup to won ton. the broth was really good. had a good flavor, however the 2 bucks i paid extra was for the 2 won tons they threw into the egg drop soup. I went to pick up the food and the dining room looks nasty, the table i put my stuff on while i was waiting was sticky. the kitchen looked gross. I will not be coming back. Panda express is up the road a little bit and i would rather go there then waste my money again here. I could not even eat half of what i ordered because it just tasted bad. I may call the health dept because there is no way the chicken got(that i didn’t order) is fresh. oh and no fortune cookie… they want more money for those.

This was honestly the nastiest«food» I have ever been served at a restaurant. Like most people who probably order from there, we chose to order from them because they deliver and left us a pamphlet on our door. We ordered vegetable chicken and Mongolian beef. I tried the Mongolian beef first, it was so bland and tasted different than any Mongolian beef I’ve ever had. The vegetable chicken literally tasted like garbage, it was the most fowl thing I have ever tasted and we immediately threw it out. I also threw out the Mongolian beef because I was too scared to eat it… On a side note, the delivery driver was also very unprofessional. He called me beautiful and then leaned over into my house and touched my arm. Then when I gave him the signed receipt he stared at it too see what the tip was right in front of me.

Actually a zero star is what this place should be rated. Just ordered off Grub Hub and sorely regretting what turns out to be an expensive mistake. Honey walnut prawns and chicken chow mein, both were room temp when delivered. Chicken chow mein was bland, no real flavor, and had mostly filler of cabbage and I’m assuming some sort of bamboo or water chestnuts and onion. I would not recommend this under any circumstance, no matter how hungry you are… this is awful. The honey walnut prawns were primarily glopped with a sweet mayo sauce(not exactly what I’m used to but ok) and only 4 itty bitty bits of broccoli that were also cold. We ordered an appetizer of the cream cheese wontons and even that was cold and tasted like old grease. I’m pretty lenient with local hole in the wall«Chinese» but this is not food, it’s slop. So disappointed and nothing I can do since its delivery and the gal answered the phone conveniently keeps repeating back to me what I’m saying and telling me it’s fresh and no way it could’ve been cold. Um, yeah, I’m the customer and I am telling you it’s cold. So if you call veggie fillers, cold, bland food good then by all means – this is the place for you. As far as Chinese goes, this is just plain awful. Save your $$ and go to Panda Express for mediocre«Chinese», at least it’ll be warm. Hopefully I don’t get sick tonight.

Love this place. I always prefer from them. Their Almond Chicken is my favorite! And the Shrimp friend rice!

We just moved to the area a month ago and decided to find a replacement for our favorite Chinese take-out back home(Green Tea Kitchen in Vancouver, WA, the best!). I was a little wary as this was my first experience using the Eat24 app, and I have had bad experiences ordering online before. Pros: — I can set my delivery time. I set it(at 4:45p) for 6:00p, and the food showed up about 5 – 10 minutes early! — The food was hot! — The food was overall pretty good. I ordered prawns in lobster sauce and lemon chicken for my daughter. — I like the option to pay with PayPal. Cons: — The entrees did not automatically come with rice(isn’t that a standard with Chinese food?). This wasn’t a huge deal; being Asian, I always have rice on hand. It was just a little inconvenient having to wait another 20 minutes for rice to cook. They should make this clear on their online menu. — The delivery surcharge seems a bit high to me($ 6), but maybe that’s because everything in the Seattle area is a little more expensive?

I ordered through Grubhub. When the driver got to my house he pounded on my front door 3 times. When I got to the door, I was greeted with an older man who had filthy dirty, hands, pants & reeked of cigarettes. His fly was open and he just grunted asking me to sign the receipt. I had a cash tip in my hand and all he was looking at was the money. I have never experienced a delivery person so dirty. The sauce from my dish had spilled on the way over and was leaking into the plastic bag. The food itself was subpar and I’ll never order or eat there again. Avoid it!

First off, I realize he’s a delivery driver, but I don’t believe wearing a shirt that says«fuck your selfie» is appropriate. The noodles weren’t cooked all the way in the lo mein, the rice was really dry. It just tasted really greasy. Pretty pissed I spent $ 40 at this dump. Never again. rather go to Panda Express, which is saying something.

This is the first negative review(possibly only) that I’ve ever written, but due to the awfulness of this experience I decided I must write a review. I would give this place negative stars if I could. We honestly thought a joke had been played on us when our food was delivered to my home. The Kung Pao chicken was awful. The sauce tastes like it had raw flour in it(it probably didn’t, that’s just how I would describe the taste) and was very bitter(possibly had been sitting out for a week and went bad). The cheese fried wantons were burnt to a black crisp and were inedible. The chicken chow mien was the only potion of our order that we ate and between the two of us we couldn’t even finish that because it was subpar. We were expecting an average meal with golden wok, nothing spectacular, but what we got was laughable. We didn’t contact the restraint after reading reviews of customers with similar experiences as are’s, and having no luck at getting a refund. Even with the limited amount of restaurants that deliver in the Renton area, don’t bother with this place.

After receiving a take out menu on the door of our apartment, we decided to check this place out. The ONE time I don’t check the Unilocal reviews before we dine somewhere… I’ll never make that mistake again! Very small, very dirty. The tables were sticky and there was trash all over. We were presented with the lunch menus and quickly decided on the Broccoli Beef and Almond Fried Chicken dishes. Each item came with an egg roll, pork fried rice or white rice, and hot and sour soup or egg flower soup. We both got the pork fried rice and egg flower soup. The prices are reasonable. We had to ask to be served tea, which is normally brought out with waters at most Chinese restaurants. The soup came out quickly and was actually pretty good. The entrees came out freakishly fast. Both of our rice dishes were cold. The chicken… meh. It lacked in flavor, was drenched in gravy, and the breading was terrible. My boyfriend said the broccoli beef wasn’t much better. The egg rolls were very bland as well, tasted as if they came from a frozen box. Also…no fortune cookies?! Really?! Needless to say, we will be continuing our search of a new favorite Chinese restaurant.

The food was subpar at best. Too much sauce, no straws and no napkins. Also, there was a creepy man who — instead of speaking to me — stared at my friend and asked her weirdly invasive questions. Like…I paid for the food so give it to me and go away. And stop creeping out my friend. The iced tea was great, though!!!

I wish they had negative stars because this place is really bad. My dumplings was so undercooked I was surprised it wasn’t still moving, seriously, the pork inside was still cold it was repulsive. And when I called the store to tell them they simply said that there was nothing they could do because they always cook them like that. So unless u like raw dumplings, don’t eat here, please.
