I don’t know why they have such a low score, their pizza is great and their pastas are pretty decent.

After nearly 2 hours I call and you tell me you don’t deliver to this address? First off, we have ordered here several times. Second you tell me you tried to call me a couple of times. That is incorrect, the below is the correct number. We have no missed calls and no voicemail. Further, why would you not respond this email? I will be posted my dissatisfaction to every site I can find. You don’t treat customers like this!

After having delivery Chinese last night, my daughter and I decided to give delivery Italian a try! I ordered through the Eat24 app(which I am loving!) an hour and a half before my desired delivery time. The delivery driver was right on time! We ordered the mozzarella stick(10) appetizer and the baked fettuccini formaggi. We love the mozz sticks. They were battered not breaded, which is my personal preference, and came with a good amount of marinara sauce. The fettuccini was delicious and super cheesy, and the garlic meatballs were a nice touch. The portion was large and will leave a lot of leftovers for tomorrow! It came with a piece of garlic bread and cup of minestrone wit oyster crackers. All in all a really good value. My only complaints(and the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5) are the temp of the marinara sauce(everything else was hot upon arrival, the sauce was maybe room temp) and the minestrone(mediocre and a little on the tart side).

I love getting pizza here. If you want pizza that’s better than domino’s or pizza hut, then this is your place. They make really big pizzas. A medium is the same size as a «large» at domino’s. To be honest, pizzas should be the size they make it at romios. They really layer the ingredients in a way that makes the pizza really unique and delicious. Also, I love their salads. So tasty!

Review is based on the pizza. Really greasy, soggy crust, and whatever cheese blend they use gets really dry and nasty about 5 minutes after the pizza comes to the table. People were friendly, but the service was not very good.

I have eaten at Romio’s before and thought I knew what to expect when ordering delivery but oh boy was I disappointed. I ordered a whole garlic bread and what showed up was 4 soggy slices of bread. Not thick hunks of garlic bread but rather small(about the size of a deck of cards) even tiny slices of bread. And they had the nerve to charge $ 4.29! When I called to inquire if they accidentally sent me the half order I was put on hold for almost 8 minutes. When I did get to speak with someone she insisted that I was sent a whole order. Since I had her on the phone I inquired about the hot pepper flake packets I had specifically requested. She told me, «Well I can’t send a driver out for packets, you should have asked for them.» I did ask for them! To make matters worse I open up my salad and they only gave me 2 dressing cups for a whole salad(to feed 4 people). The dressing cups only hold an ounce! I will never go back to Romio’s again!

We received two gift certificates $ 10 each for this restaurant. They refused to honor the gift certificate stating that they had changed ownership. Extremely disappointed. I’ve ordered Romeo’s numerous times for my work address in Bellevue they have been more than accommodating great service at the Romeos in Bellevue unfortunately the Romeos and written does not honor their gift certificates or the responsibility is extremely disappointing considering the great service I’ve received in Bellevue unfortunately I will not be using the Romeos in Renton. Clearly zipcode makes a difference.

Decent food but nothing spectacular. I enjoyed what I ate but wasn’t super impressed. It’s not a place I would recommend someone to go to but wouldn’t turn my nose up at it either. Good environment and service.

Went by to get some order for family at 945pm, but the cashier told me the kitchen is closed at 930pm that means they are not serving customers anymore because kitchen is closed but their open sign was still open and I was went inside thought they still serving. What a waste of my time and disappointed. So everyone would be turned away if their kitchen was closed at 930pm but the business is closed at 10pm. Doesn’t make sense to me. I felt I was lured into to their business and turned me away. What a waste of time.

Worst customer service from the owner. I placed an order of kicking bbq chicken pizza. The pizza was over sauced by the bbq sauce. I took a bit of the pizza and noticed it has a lot of sauce on the pizza but I was hungry and took another bite. It was so much bbq sauce on the pizza I had to spit it out. I am so disappointed on the owner tone of voice when I called and complained. She said I ate a slice of pizza so she cant do anything about it. She was completely rude. I would never go here again. I been going here for the last 5 years and never had I been so disappointed with them. I would definitely not recommend going to them. No customer service at all and over priced pizza.

I wish there was a 0 star option. I came here with 2 friends of mine and found an eyelash on my pasta. The owner yelled saying it’s an «Italian herb»… Like lol no. It’s an eyelash. Sorry that this bitch is blind and can’t see. She later came over to my table and demanded I show her the hair and she freaked the fuck out and grabbed the plate and stormed off, followed by a nice long glare from over her shoulder. I am so displeased with this customer service and feel incredibly uncomfortable while I sit here waiting to pay. Definitely not coming back.

Upon arrival, it smells pretty good. The waitress gives us ample time to order, but not too much where I become impatient. I get a side salad with my meal, I order thousand island dressing. When I get to the bottom, it’s really watery, and I’m not sure why. Did they rinse the lettuce and not dry it off enough? Was the salad mix frozen before putting it in the bowl? Either way, not a fan of that. My daughter gets the kids Alfredo, which has quite a bit of pepper, which I don’t think is super appropriate for kids. It was actually too much for even my standards. But she seemed to enjoy it none the less(mostly because I added shrimp to the order) I got the 4 cheese baked spaghetti, it’s pretty good. I wish there was cheese iiiiin the spaghetti, but that’s just because I’m a cheese fiend. The portion is huge, I only ate about half of it, and I’m a big girl. All around, pretty good meal. You get what you pay for.

My review is strictly on the pizza. I like all types of pizza, thin crust, wood fired, deep dish etc. This isn’t any of those, but it is cheeeeeesy! And that’s exactly what I was craving, a bunch of ooey, gooey, stringy cheesy deliciousness. My boyfriend and I shared a small Samos, which is essentially a Hawaiian pizza, and added mushrooms. The pizza was good. Was the crust the best? No. But again, I was all about the cheese on this night… and it was spot on. Our server was nice as well. I didn’t catch her name, but she was pleasant and smiling and chatted with all the tables. I would go back again anytime I’m craving some good cheesy pizza.

Had friends from out of state who just moved into the area. We went over to visit and have pizza as they unpacked and were unwinding. We saw there was a Romio’s near them and, since we had been long time customers of a couple different Romio’s in Seattle since the 90’s, we instantly went online to order. First, they have a coupon that says Dine In or Take Out– Buy Medium Pizza and get second of equal or lesser value for 50% off. Sweet! No, not really. As another reviewer noted-there is NO way to apply this virtual coupon to your online order. So, I called in our order. Two pizzas for us, two pizzas for them and mentioned the coupon. Now, hey, I was in an upbeat mood, really nice, no problems… and the girl that took the two orders was as rude as she could be. If I wanted the discount we needed to PRINT the coupons. They aren’t really printable coupons but we found the printer, hooked it up and printed them off for each order. She gave me a total for all four pizzas and I said, no. Two orders and it should be 50% off the second one on each. She insisted that she had already applied a discount. Now, I’m looking right at the online order we were going to send and her«discounted» amount was identical to FULL price. I quoted the prices to her and she said those prices were not correct-the correct prices were on their printed menu. Again, and I wasn’t being aggressive. I just couldn’t understand upping the price and not honoring the posted prices online. Said we’d be there in 20 and get it straightened out. Oh, how I wish I could post a full size picture of the printed menu. But a small one is shown. I am not kidding-Their full size, full color fold out 6 page menu had every single price blacked out with a sharpie. This would be the printed menu she was quoting prices from. We ordered two 16.95 pizzas that became 17.95 each. Our regular 11.95 cheese pizza had magically become a «specialty cheese pizza» at 17.95 and the other 16.95 pizza gained a buck also. She refused to break up the order although it was two separate orders placed and here we were, one representative from each family brandishing our own credit cards for our own orders and coupons for each. That would be Reema at the till. Unyielding, unwilling to bend and rude. Oh, geez, almost forgot about THEDISCOUNT. 50%?? Oh no, not 50%. She said«I took $ 6 off your $ 77 order; that’s all that’s allowed». The receipt has a line that reads exactly thus [up to$ 650% OFF Medium]. In Renton Romio speak that means-screw your buy one medium get 50% off the second medium. In Renton Romio speak that means 50% off is only $ 6 no matter the price we dream up at the time you order our pizza. We are done with Romio’s. All Romio’s. And it’s all because of this Renton location where screwing and abusing customers is king! Oh, we found hair in our pizza too. Just freaking sad.

Please run, don’t walk, and eat some food from these fine people. Seriously tasty foods here. I am not a local, so I don’t know the other Italian eateries about, but this is some of the finest Italian food I have had outside if Italy. I am pretty sure the marinara sauce should be bottled and sold just on its own. Or at least I should be given the secret recipe! Is that really too much to ask? We had a large(12) party that included 3 children. The server took their order first as the kids were rather hangry. Their small individual pizzas were out quickly and cooked perfectly. One if the kids is such a picky eater and we did not hear a peep from her for the rest of the evening, she cleaned her plate. The adults shared a variety of entrees from calzones, to pizza, to lasagna, eggplant parm, and the spinach cannelloni. The food was brought out hot and fresh! The first thing to be fully consumed was the lasagna followed closely by the cannelloni. The portions are plentiful and leftovers abound. I found the price reasonable for the amount and quality of food. My one and only complaint was that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke, but that us just a personal preference. The ambience is super low key casual. I was surprised that the location was not more packed for a Saturday night but I did notice a large amount of delivery happening. My assessment: skip the chain Italian options and choose Romio’s instead. The next time I am in town I will for sure be back!

Even though I drive past this place at least 4 nights a week to get to work, I never noticed they deliver until today. I was especially excited to see they had online ordering(yay, less human interaction for me!). I should’ve read the Unilocal reviews first. Stupid me. I ALWAYS check Unilocal first but it just didn’t cross my mind this time. Now I feel so disappointed. The star rating is totally based on the food. I ordered the fettuccine formagi(it said the«boat of cheese», and I do love me some cheese). It had meatballs and alfredo sauce. It came with garlic bread plus a side(I got the Italian wedding soup). I also ordered the tiramisu cheesecake. The meatballs in the fettuccine were good but the noodles were pretty rubbery and sticky, and the alfredo tasted weird to me(maybe because I make some damn good alfredo). The garlic bread was good. Haven’t tried the soup yet as I’ve kinda lost my appetite. The cheesecake is pretty weird, doesn’t really taste how I expected. I wish I had ordered pizza from here or just ordered from somewhere else. I didn’t order pizza only because in the pics on the website it looked pretty thick and bready, and I prefer a thinner crust. The girl who delivered was super sweet and friendly… not to mention gorgeous, but anyway. I ordered at like 9 pm and she arrived at 9:20 which is amazing. So Romio’s, if you’re reading this, your staff are awesome but your food is kinda crappy. Maybe I’ll work up the courage to order pizza from you sometime and be able to change my rating, but don’t hold me to that.

Came in for dinner last night & ordered a chopped salad & a pizza. The salad was either kept in too cold temperature or it was old because it was wilted & translucent. I mentioned it to the waitress & she argued with me saying they cut it fresh everyday & it was the dressing. I’ve had this salad many times at the Factoria location and I know what it’s supposed to look like. This salad was nasty & there was no way I was going to eat it. She reluctantly took it back & asked if there was another salad we wanted so I got a Caesar since the lettuce is different. She was kind enough to take it out of our bill so we tipped her more than we would have. Also wasn’t impressed with their pizza. The dough seemed like frozen pizza dough. The cheese and toppings were nice. But after we boxed our leftovers, the pizza pan was left with a lot of oil. I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back to this location. I’d rather go to Round Table or Romios in Factoria. Maybe even Papa Johns.

WOW. I rarely write a 1 star review as I tend to avoid conflict but I sure do have a good reason. I was gifted a $ 25 certificate. I had to chose a restaurant before I could print it I chose Romios. The certificate has alot of restrictions, no coupons and you have to spend at least 37.50. I didn’t even try to use coupons and I called in my order 45 min ahead of time I called in for a pick up and mentioned that I had a certificate. Nothing was said. When I arrived, there is a hand written sign that says restaurant.com certificates are good for dine in only. I didn’t know that, it says it no where on the certificate. At first she wasn’t going to give it to me and I was a minute from leaving without my pizza. Then she reluctantly gave it to me. I advised that I mentioned it on the phone and the girl who took the call said that I didn’t. They were so rude. I was in shock. If it were listed on the certificate then I would find that valid argument– but it wasn’t. If they hadn’t been shockingly rude then I would have left a small tip but no tip for you. Which is probably the reason that they want people to «dine in». I will not likely ever get anything from here again, it was a terrible experience. And they have decent pizza. I thought the blue cheese on the salad looked a little fuzzy so we didn’t eat it, but the pizza was the typical Romios goodness. I did nothing wrong and yet she acted like was trying to pull one over on them. They need to improve their customer service. ALOT.
