Frank and Angie couldn’t have made it easier for me to break up with my old cell phone carrier and transition to Metro PCS. Gave me discounts, and treated me with respect while I asked every question I could think of. Better phone, better plan, and better price. YAY. Thumbs up to this location.

I was on my way to the south center Metro PCS when I saw this one by my house. I stopped in to see about getting a new phone and plan. The girl the was so super friendly and helped me find the right phone for me! She let me know that one phone had a terrible camera, the others speakers were not so great, and one had shitty memory. She was honest and up front and i left very satisfied
