Not happy. Went in and purchased two IPhone 6’s under the BOGO sale. Clerk ASSURED me that the promotion included a case, screen protector and car charger at no additional cost. I asked several times just to confirm I would not see additional charges on my bill for these items as I would normally buy accessories through Amazon. Just looked at my bill and there are the extra charges! I’ve already talked to customer service and will be contacting the store manager today. Lying to customers is NOT the way to increase sales.

I just recently switched service from Verizon, my experience of t-​mobile so far has been great ! this store was nearest to my work so I stopped into setup service with t mobile thinking I was going to be in t-​mobile for awhile considering i needed my info from my old phone to my new, it actually was quite quick of a process the guy who helped me out was very informative with my new plan and phone it made switching for me a lot easier then i anticipated. I also got a warm welcome from the manager, it made my experience very comfortable and welcoming knowing if i ever have a problem or question that i can just stop by thanks guys! if your thinking of switching to t mobile definitely stop by this store!

Super shady. Husband thought doing my upgrade for me would be a good mothers day gift. He got me the wrong phone so I went back to return/​exchange the phone 30 minutes after he picked it up. I was told there would be a $ 75 restocking fee for a phone that had never left the packaging that I had in my possession for 30 minutes. When he went back and asked to speak to a manager, they said no. They refused to let him speak to a manager. Luckily when I called t mobile to ask about this fiasco they refunded my money no problem. It was so easy, makes me wonder why the Jerks at the store refused to do it. I’m still with t mobile and ive heard the covington store has good service, so I guess next time I’ll drive on out there…

Bad staff!!! When I purchased my iPhone 6 we wanted to put a down payment towards our bill and the guy didn’t put our down payment down! We had to go back 7 times to this location and no one helped or tried to!!! Never go to this guy name Anthony!!! He will screw everything up! I do not recommend him at all! Especially the manager! Always telling us to come back!!! I hate this location. Never again I will go back here!!!

Best store I’ve been too, awesome customer service! Always go the extra mile. They never fail to make sure I’m set up and saved me money.

Walked in to this store, greeted enthusiastically with every worker. I was asked what I needed, so i told them. I was told someone will be with me shortly. There was quite customer service personnel on the floor but they were all huddled to someone who appeared to be a customer. But what i’ve noticed was that they we’re just talking about something that doesn’t seem related to their service. They were all laughing and looks like having fun. So I thought to just wait a few more minutes and see if someone will try yo help me. Still waiting and looking their way so they will notice that I noticed what they are doing. No one came up to me for a good 10 – 15 mins waiting there. They were just carrying on chit-​chat and laughter. I finally started walking towards the door and see if someone will ask me or try to stop me. No one did so after i opened the door before walking out i turned towards them and gave them a disgusted look. No one said anything and just stood there looking at me quietly. So i figured no one was really willing to help me. Mind if i tell you want i needed to do there? I have a phone that i need to start a line with. In short I just need a new sim card to put in my phone. I guess they figured they will not make a sale with just that so why waste their time with me right? So there you have it! Be the judge of my experience with these guys.

RUDE. These people do not know customer service. They made no effort to accommodate my needs for a particular kind of phone. When I asked if customer relations could maybe make a difference, they said, «well, you can dial them from your phone.» So I did. I was told, by T-​Mobile customer service, not a problem. When I repeated this to the group of salespeople — standing around being rude — they said, «well that’s not the policy at our store. If you want you can try the Southcenter Store.» I was floored. How can they be so utterly rude. Never again, will I go to this store or recommend it to anyone, even if I have to go to a different zip code to reach another T-​Mobile store.
