X10 changed my online order and overcharged my credit card without my approval. The customer service is bad as well. Update: They refunded me for what they have over charged me after I reported their such practices and«Refund or report to California Consumer Department/FTC/.» notice.

Don’t ever take a job or do business with these clowns. They outright stole a software solution from one of their service providers and were sued for millions by them. Their executives are a bunch of drunks and one of them killed three high school kids while driving drunk. Their products haven’t changed in 10 years and their development team are a bunch of lazy slobs.
