7-Eleven

I have to say one of the nicest staff I ever found in a 7-​Eleven. Most of them the people are rude or taking on their cell phones. When I’m in the area I come to this 7-​Elven. Not one time I ever had bad service. Whoever owns this store really cares about their customers.
This location is in a strip mall on Reseda and Vanowen. with plenty of parking. I love the fact this location always staffed with nice people. If you live in the area I highly recommend coming here.

Three stars cause the staff is friendly, but the products in this store are very disappointing. I have gotten the name brand vegan cookies here before. They were hard and stale. It shouldn’t be my job as a client to check expiration dates. This morning I went there as a last resort because I skipped breakfast. I got a Chobani yogurt (this time carefully checking the dates on each yogurt) one read April 28 and we are already two weeks into May. I found one dated May 16 and decided that one should be ok. WRONG. Got to work, and the yogurt is spoiled and lumpy and just DISGUSTING. And smelled sour as well. It obviously wasn’t transported properly or sat out for a day or so. Very disappointing to buy spoiled food. This is a health concern and definitely needs to be addressed. This goes against many health code violations honestly. Please update your inventory. And clean the dust off your products. Very disappointed.

This location is close to a friend’s house so I hit it every now and then. However, the parking lot is smaller than small.

It’s amazing the kind of knowledge one can have bestowed upon them in an unassuming 7-​Eleven on a Monday afternoon in 117 degree Summer heat…
