Sandwiches are good, but a little pricy. But the real deal here is of course is the donuts. I LOVE their glazed jelly donuts, but they’re all solid, as are the other pastries. Only downside to this place is their coffee– every time I get it, it’s just not very good.

I usually do not go to donuts shops to eat sandwiches due to the fact they mostly don’t taste good! At this shop it is kind of different! They have a very nice staff here, the ladies are very nice and friendly and their atmosphere of the store is cozy, you can see the street and the park if you’re dining in. I have tried their Roast beef with turkey slices and some avocados(tastes as amazing as it sounds) and they also toast it if you ask them for it, it is my favorite sandwich from them, do not forget to ask them to give you some Jalapeños if you like spicy things«they’re too spicy for me» They also do have shakes and smoothies I guess and that Boba thing. After all I give the 5 stars for this place for having the right team, good quality of the sandwiches and the price is VERYAFFORDABLE

Donuts are average, but I’m a little upset that they keep charging me more to get a fill up on coffee. I bring my own portable coffee mug and have them fill it up and at first it was a dollar, then they started charging $ 1.50, which I was okay with, and today they charged me $ 1.75. It’s not so much about the money, but it’s the principle…

First time here. The parking situation can be difficult because ut’s located in a small plaza but if you’re lucky like me, you’ll find a spot within a 2 minute wait. Walking in, I enjoyed the clean atmosphere and the selection of smoothies available with or without boba. Although their name screams donuts, it’s more like a small café/pastry shop. Plenty of sabdwiches to choose from as well as donuts. The banana-pina boba I ordered was DELICIOUS. A shot of protein made it less guilt-filled! I’d stop by again considering it’s in my way to Perfect Woman Salon. One of my favorite spots for a blow dry!

THISPLACEISHEAVEN!!! I go to school in Tarzana and during my lunch breaks, I’ve been looking for a place thaw quick but also had good quality food/drinks. This is a 10 out of 10, I’m seriously so happy I found this place! My new addiction is their breakfast burrito! I also love their donuts… the traditional glazed is to die for. So happy I stumbled upon this adorable little café.

Neighborhood place for breakfast takeout. Love their sandwiches and fresh juices. Most importantly they have the best service you can have in a donut shop.

Good for coffee but I got sick on a BAD Turkey sandwich. It was my first time eating a sandwich from them.

Was craving donuts, so I talked my daughter into coming here, for our first time tonight. We saw the picture of the apple fritter on Unilocal, and had to try it. We both ordered an apple fritter and a glazed old fashion. When we got home we saw she gave us a buttermilk bar instead, DAMN! We were not that upset once we tried it. Both were so fresh and tasty. If you put the apple fritter in the microwave for 15 seconds, its like warm apple pie. Its a cute little place in the 7⁄11 parking lot. The woman who helped us was friendly and smiling, which is always nice! They have cute sofa type chairs and its like a cozy little coffee spot. I do not eat carbs often, but when I get my next craving 6 months from now, I will definitely waste my calories here. :)

Incredible breakfast, good prices, fast and friendly. Loved the bagel with bacon, sausage and egg for $ 6. The egg, ham, cheese and avocado wrap is also $ 6 and equally as delicious.

Cool little spot in the Valley. What brought me here was the size of the donuts that a manager of mine brought into the office. This location does a large variation of different menu options. You just can’t make it selling donuts. The sell a large selection of boba drinks, sandwiches and croissants, and their donuts. All their sandwiches are made to order. Nothing pre-made.Always a plus. My too favorite donuts here where the cinnamon roll and the apple fritter. Very good. The interior very bright colors and most of all very clean and organized. The displays cases where also very clean during my visit. The employees where very friendly, most of all a smile and a Thank You. Great Job. see you soon. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.111/100.and continuing.

Good place to get a breakfast sandwich in the morning if you are in a rush. It is better than anything you’d get at a fast food joint. Donuts are ok.

They recently revamped the place a bit. Cleaner now and the menu is easier to read. I love the Choco Croissants and Macchiato Boba! They have donuts and all sorts of sandwiches as well. This is near my place so I’m here almost every week for the drinks :)

This is a great place to go if you’re hungover. It’s small yet cute. Has great burritos and boba: also they have donuts and pastries but I have yet to try those. I like how they have huge hot sauce bottles for the burritos.

I first discovered this place about 5 years ago, I was pregnant and craving Thai tea boba and a croissant. I don’t often frequent donut places so I did not go back despite the awesome boba. Now I am acting office manager for my company and am tasked to stock our training meetings with little goodies to keep the employees awake. One of my main criteria for a place is do they take AMEX? So when I was asked if we could get donuts for our early morning training I called the little donut shop I visited so many years ago and asked my number one question, and yes they take AMEX! The donuts are great, the boba is always fresh and tender, and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing! The service is on point as well. The girls working the front are very friendly and efficient. I was out in 10 minutes after ordering 2 ½ dozen donuts, a milk tea boba and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I will definitely be using them to cater any future morning meetings and training.

Yes, it’s in Reseda. Yes, it’s next to some crappy lookin’ stuff. Yes, it does smell like poo in the parking lot some days. Yes, parking is arranged like a bad tetris game. Yes, there’s a seedy loiterer from time to time… But god almighty that breakfast sandwich is right by me!!! Absolutely comprehensive spread of sandwich options. Get your meaty eggy good time on a fresh croissant, bagel, or some thick sliced white bread. Don’t count on a bright yellow, previously frozen egg patty either. Their eggs are the real deal. Their breakfast sausage seems to be some sort of link, sliced out. Their bacon? THICK cut also. The girl is right there fryin’ it all up. As for Milk Tea, the other thing on trial for me, I prefer Boba Bounce’s formula. But I will come here day and night and night and day for their breakfast sandwich. $ 5 gets you their heavy duty Sammy: eggs, bacon, sausage, ham and swiss. They have tons of lunch-type sandwiches too. There’s also a tub of ice boasting fresh-squeezed OJ and carrot juice cups, 16oz it looks like. There’s coffee and smoothie drinks as well.
