Terrible customer service! The man at the front with the dark hair and the 2 lip piercings is rude and doesn’t even greet customers. They folded a very expensive dress and wrinkled it so I had to have them re-​do it and come back. Price is great but service is no Bueno. Will not be coming back!

Recently took a white skirt, that marinated for at least 6 months with splotches of red wine, to Excell Cleaners and they did a pretty darn good job! I am satisfied with the finished results. THANKS Excell ! :)
Reasonable prices… BTW, you prepay for their services on dry cleaning. I didn’t mind that.
I’d definitely take my dry cleaning here again.

I usually don’t do reviews but I felt I needed to do. They’re very reasonable and do great work. Very friendly and
conviently near where I live. Took a couple long sleeve shirts in to have the sleeves cut short. I figured maybe a week to have them done… nope…done in a couple days. Fabulous job! They even pressed out the shirts that I didn’t expect. What a treat.
They’re #1 in my book. I’ll continue to take any alterations there and recommend them.

Came here to get one of my white dress shirts cleaned. There was a HUGE make up stain on the elbow and natural dirt around the inside neck collar.
I made sure to point out these spots when I dropped off my shirt, and was told it would be available for pick up in two days. Two days passed, and sure enough my dry cleaning was ready.
My shirt looks completely BRAND NEW and there aren’t any signs of damage to the material itself. I am extremely pleased with my first experience here and will more than likely be coming here again in the future.

I called here yesterday to have my bra top for carnival fixed. Carlos was very nice, and told me to take it to the other location on Corbin. I drove over there and the ladies were very nice. Lupe is the alterations lady, and she definitely fixed it up. Thee top was made for me but definitely would not hold up the girls through a parade of walking and wining.
It was pricey at 18.00 but maybe because I needed it in one day. They really care about their customers, that is for sure!

I rarely send my clothes out for cleaning, but I had this expensive dress with a rather large wine stain, and that was’t something I could clean at home. I was a little worried taking it to the dry cleaners. But they did a good job. The stain was completely removed, and my dress was intact. Their prices were reasonable too.

TOTALLY DISGUSTED! My jacket was RUINED.
Had a VERY BAD experience with Cavalier Dry Cleaners of Reseda! My new jacket turned out to be a 10-​year old ravaged jacket AFTER they dry cleaned it. What is worst is the owner would not accept his fault that he made a blunder by telling me that the jacket was dry cleanable. And he went to pass the fault to the manufacturer of the jacket. He insists that the material is dry cleanable and wants the manufacturer to pay for the damages .He said he’d call the manufacturer to refund my jacket. After almost a month of calling Cavalier, the answer was always that the manufacturer has not returned his call.
I would not recommend Cavalier Dry Clean of Reseda. Once you get problem with the clothes, they won’t accept their fault and I just have to REGRET that I trusted their incapabilities.

No dry cleaning experience here, but I had a pair of jeans hemmed here and the result was pretty disappointing. One leg was longer than the other, and both legs in general were much shorter than I had requested. DON’T get stuffed altered here.

quality dry cleaning at a great price. that about sums up this place.
i don’t know how some places manage to charge 15 bucks for a suit, over here all items are at a flat rate of 2.25.
its not a ritzy ditzy type of establishment, but the clothes always come back clean and i haven’t experienced any problems which is more than i can say for a lot of other cleaners i’ve frequented.
the location is a little more west then i usually like to go, but if worth the extra couple minute drive to save what adds up to be a considerable amount of dough.
its definitely worth trying if you’re in the area!
