I had spent some time Unilocaling a dry cleaners near me so I was surprised with my experience with this place. I didn’t think the lady helping me was very nice or helpful. When I picked up clothes she informed me that they couldn’t get some red wine stains out of a red dress. I have never tried to get red wine out of something before, so it just may be very difficult and not so much their fault, but the woman’s attitude helping me was what was most disappointing with this. When I got home and attempted to put on a very expensive shirt I had taken in, it had shrunk so small, I could barely get it on. It’s so small and tight I can no longer wear it. I have never had another dry cleaning place shrink something I was pretty upset. I understand not being able to fix something brought in, but to ruin something a customer brought in is very very disappointing. I would never go here again.

I have chemical sensitivities, and this is the only dry cleaner I’ve found that doesn’t bother me. Almost no smell at all, and everything is clean. The woman at the desk is very nice, very good at her job, and remembers me even though I only go in two or three times a year. I’ve been going here and to the Santa Monica location for 15 years. Every time I try someplace else more convenient, I ended up coming back to CBN. There is plenty of parking in the back, though it’s a bit tricky to get in and out of the lot, since it’s wedged between a freeway and Trader Joe’s.

I’ve been coming using CBN for over 12-years and I can’t believe I’ve never written a review! Their customer service is amazing and I’ve taken everything from my husband’s work clothes to cashmere sweaters to my wedding dress here and everything they’ve touched has come back perfectly. In fact I think it was my wedding dress that caused me to try them out in the first place, and I’m glad I did! I also like that they allow me to use my reusable cotton dry-cleaning bag(reusenik) and that my clothes don’t smell when they come back. It is a bit on the pricey side but worth it for the quality and lack of harsher chemicals. Also they always have ample parking!

This is by far the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. Not only are my clothes well taken care of, but THECUSTOMERSERVICEISAMAZING! The women who works there consistently knows who I am every time I walk in even if I haven’t been there for months. I have taken many items that desperately needed to be cleaned and they are always returned in perfect condition. I highly recommend this dry cleaners! Definitely the best I have ever been to!

I used to live a block away from this place and used them for dry cleaning specialized items like formal dresses, my daughter’s beaded dress-up dresses, silks and my husband’s suits. Their prices were reasonable, I loved the fact that they were environmentally friendly(and fume-free) and the clothes always came back looking fabulous. For example, the silk dress my daughter insisted on wearing to Disneyland, then got covered in beignet sauce, powdered sugar and ice cream dribbles — it came out looking like new. The friendly service was just a bonus. I’ve moved a couple of miles away, and it’s much less convenient for me to go there now but I can’t find a dry cleaner that does as excellent of a job every single time without fail. Oh, and whoever does their alterations there is AMAZING. They’re *expensive*, I warn you, but you’ll never be able to tell that they garment was altered at all. I had a pair of expensive jeans that had to be cut down(because I’m 5 foot 3 and not the standard 5 foot 9 that they apparently make their jeans for) and they even cut off the distressed hem and replaced it on the shortened jeans. They looked flawless, but it did cost me $ 26. If you’re picky about the quality of your alterations and you’re not tight fisted, consider trying this place.

My wife comes here and she likes the place. She has pretty damn good taste in quality and is pretty satisfied with this establishment. I havent heard anything negative from her about this place and I believe she has been taking her clothes here for roughly 3 years now. I do recall her mentioning that the lady/employees were nice. Which is a plus. Very close to home and located next to Trader Joes… which can be a blessing or a nightmare. Of course depending on if you need to go to Traders, or not.

I have taken my clothes there for a total of 3 times. The third time they absolutely destroyed a white button down shirt. I didn’t notice this til later because of the colored bag they put over the shirt. I took the shirt back, still in its bag and all and they wouldn’t take it back. They wanted me to pay another $ 5.25 to have the shirt cleaned because it was past 30 days. I totally take responsibility for not checking the shirt sooner but the notion that they would sacrifice a long lasting customer for a mere $ 5.25 just boggles my mind. The manager said she would have the owner give me a call… he never did. Avoid this place at all costs. If they mess up your clothes, they will avoid all responsibility if not in their window. I’ll be taking my shirt to another cleaner that sends me a $ 10 gift certificate every couple of months.

Lou’s experience is totally anomalous. I’ve been going to CBN for 2 years, and they are awesome. The clothes are very clean, there’s no surcharge for being green, and it simply couldn’t be more convenient. Berta not only knows my name but pulls my clothes and has them waiting for me when my car pulls into the lot – and I go like maybe once every 2 weeks. I’ve been to Scott’s at Louise/Ventura and Regal at Haskell. Both are just fine. But CBR is exceptional.

In my years of trying out different dry cleaners and having said dry cleaners ruin countless shirts(burns, stains, smell, etc.), I was reluctant to try someplace new. The previous place I went to was a bit out of the way(just a mile) and I wanted some place close to home. or at least on the way to work and vice versa. I’ve passed by this place numerous times and thought nothing of it. I honestly thought that this place would be expensive, just judging by the«environmental nature» of the place. Turns out that the prices are reasonable, parking is ample, and best so far in customer service. I’ve been coming here for about 2 months now, once every two weeks. The last time I went there, they knew who I was! It’s such a small gesture, but it’s big in my book. The previous place that I went to hardly knew me… even though they had my business for over two years(and roughly over $ 100 every two weeks). This spot is cheaper and friendlier. Because they’re environmentally friendly, they have less waste and even encourage you to recycle your old hangers, plastic coverings, etc with them! It’s awesome!
