Best place in the WORLD! Do you know that 711 now has their own app and you scan for rewards and savings which is pretty cool. 711 has finally caught up with the times. I’ve been knowing the staff here since I was in my teens. They’re always helpful and have a smile on their face. Since I’ve known them for a long time, we chat for quite some time. The store is always clean and coffee is always available. Which is a plus for all the coffee heads.

I will never come to this 7⁄11 again. I was recently there and I’m pretty sure I was ignored by the clerk just because I’m a woman. I saw and heard him great the MAN who was ahead of me. When it was my turn I said hello and the clerk just looked past me. No hello, not even a smile, & no telling me how much I owe. I then told him thank you and have a nice night. Still nothing. How rude! I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be working in customer service if you think you’re above women and won’t speak to them. I respect people’s beliefs but if they interfere with your job and prevent you from helping customers find a new career. I’ll be telling all my friends to never come here. It’s a shame too cuz it was a convenient location. Guess we’ll go to the one on Ventura Blvd.

I am usually a fan of 7 eleven for their astounding selection of items and their usually wonderful and pleasant service. This particular store has the good service and courteous attendants but something caught my eye at the coffee table. The coffee was fresh and decently delicious but there was bread rolls out all over the counter. I don’t see this as a safe practice since some of the coffee customers were able to just pick up a piece of sweet bread, sample it and then place it back on the pile. On a good note, The soda and beer cooler looked well stocked, clean and organized. The floors were clean and the overall condition of the store was in excellent condition. There were two male attendants taking care of the morning rush hour of coffee, cigarette and the munchies crowd and they did it with good spirits and expediency. I did notice that on the outside, there were 2 pay phones but no Red Box for movies, DVD’s and games. The parking lot was ample and the location provides quick access to the freeway.

This is sort of a smaller and hidden store. It’s just passed white oak. The parking is actually ok, the way they planned it makes it super easy to get in and out. The store is dirty and the staff helpful and nice. Never had an issue here. They don’t have a huge selection, but they have most of the popular items. Don’t like coming here later in the evening, a weird crowd tends to hang out front and honestly it’s just not worth the risk.

I have been coming to this spot for over 12 years as I used to live right across the street. I never had a complaint until today. As I’m buying 3 money orders, the main guy counts my money everything is going as normal and then he looks at me with disgust and says, you were here on Friday and you walked out with 3 burritos and didn’t pay. This while there are 10 people waiting in line. I told him, you got the wrong person, I wasn’t here Friday and I don’t eat your food, I come for drinks or money orders so you got it wrong, he kept pointing at me and saying, it was you. Now I’m heated!!! I told him to check the cameras, took off my hat and everything and he said, I checked them, it was you. Now I wanna burn this fucken store down I’m so fucken heated, I told him call the cops and have them look at the video it wasn’t me. If you’re going to accuse someone, have the back up, have the cops come but don’t just point fingers and embarrass the fuck out of me for no reason. Dumb shit! If I needed to steal burritos, 1. I wouldn’t come back to where I stole them from and 2. I gave you a substantial amount of money for these money orders so obviously I have money to buy your 20 cent burritos or whatever the price is. Atleast accuse me of something that is worth more than your fucken burritos! Fuck this place!

this place is very dirty and they are very rude! the coffee is never fresh and they check you bills over a twenty for an hour before they accept it to be real. WTF??? I go to the 7 – 11 on zelzah in encino which is out of my way. There is much cleaner and fresher coffee

Convenient, quick service. Isn’t that what 7 – 11 is about? I’ve never had a problem here from anyone, fellow customer or staff. Then again, I don’t hang around at 2AM looking to score drugs. I can walk to it, if I need to dig for a penny in my wallet the owner is nice enough to say, «don’t worry» and sends me on my way. That’s pretty good service if you ask me.

Screw this place, 7 – 11 is good for one thing only and that is to score dope, I never seen so many drunk driving mo-foes in one place at 1:59 am on a Saturday morning, and the bum turf wars are nuts, I think this place is actually a part of Juarez, Mexico, I think prostitution is legal here by the way. Don’t be surprised when the guy behind the counter starts frisking your pockets looking stolen bubble gum, if you can’t fight make sure your lady stays in the car. I say stay safe, pink dot your mid night needs, you will thank your self for this, and flip a quarter at Tweeky Dave mean mugging you all the way in if not not your car will be on blocks when ya come back out. Be careful you might get shanked in the redbox line make sure you got your boy on the corner with his .22 watching your back, The slurppy machine rocks, parkings not so bad either.

Besides the random homeless fools and the random yelling coming from the 7-eleven parking lot… from drunk retards in the middle of the night, Id say this 7-eleven is decently ran. The employees/owners can be cold, but I think that is just the way they are. It is well lit even at night and they did some remodeling recently so it looks a little better inside. Wish they would re-do the exterior because it looks outdated. A more modern front/face would enhance the streets appearance. It can get busy from time to time. The parking lot is enough, but can get crammed. At least they always have freshly brewed coffee and some pretty tasty snacks. Not that I eat here all the time, but every so often, I like to «shop» at 7-eleven…lol. They have a lot of things one would need. It is like a mini-grocery store… sometimes I get surprised when I go there in hopes that they have what I need… and they usually do. So if they dont have what I need, I get surprised.
