* Consistent Cleanliness
The indoor eating area, including the seating, counters, tables and floor do seem to be consistently clean and debris free. It’s a nice feeling walking in being given this initial impression.
* Convenient Location
It’s located in a large plaza with a supermarket, small stores and eateries, so parking should be plenty and access to the Subway store convenient through major streets (Tampa/​Saticoy).
* Plan on Taking Out
Unless if you don’t mind eating in a small area with crowded customers lining up next to you, this may not be the ideal place to sit, eat and relax. Keep in mind that they do not have a public restroom for use as well.
Nonetheless, if you’re ready for a quick snack, late lunch or dinner, you can’t go wrong with this Subway store.

Sooooo disgusting .no lie, my friend found a cockroach in her subway. this place is dirty as hell. The health department needs to shut this subway down.

Hmmm I was expecting fresh, not frozen veggies! I saw frost on the side of the containers. I usually get cucumbers and lettuce but I saw the lettuce a bit on the brown side…

Thanks for the lousy sandwich cut with a dirty wet knife. All that shit water residue left my sandwich soaked. Maybe if the employee wasn’t too busy ignoring me and took a break from talking in who knows what language with her friend/​fellow employee who was seated in the dining area (in uniform) my sandwich wouldn’t look and taste like a five year old made it.

Got old tomatoes and cucumbers in my sandwich, gross! Had to spit them out and throw out my dinner, very disappointed subway

Great location, plenty of parking and great service!!! «The subway girl» was on point.

Very bad service…
I walked in and made myself to the counter,
There was a guy standing by the back door talking to the other associates.
As I’m waiting for him to come over, he makes eye contact with me but turned around quickly and continues to talk to his coworkers.
Finally after waiting for a while, an associate with the name of jassy comes to the counter and just looks at me.
She didn’t make a party comment or greed,
I asked for two foot longs, the first one jalapeño cheddar with turkey and pepper jack cheese, the second cheddar and herbs, both toasted.
As she started with the first one, the guy that had ignored me the whole time comes over to help jassy, he didn’t make a party comment ether.
Finally I am ready to pay, I made my way to the other side jassy makes the final steps on giving me a bag for the subs, then she completes my transaction. I graves the subs and both were completely cold… I turned around and made my way out, nether of the associates made a comment or said «have a nice day».
Never coming to this subway!!!

Has Dr. Pepper and Green Tea with Honey. No restroom though. :)

Subway isn’t my favorite sub place, but where else can you get a $ 5 footlong? Can’t complain about their fresh ingredients or their customer service here either.

Customer service at it’s finest. It’s not Burger king but I definitely had it my way, and not even a weird look shot a t me while getting it! haha.

Perfect sandwich just they way I like it…

I am a war veteran and went to this subway on veterans day to get the advertised 6″ sub which was advertised nationally as free for veterans on veterans day. The manager of the store said «Oh Yeah, we don’t do that. No free sandwiches.» I contacted my friends and they had all gone to various other valley subways with no issues, so apparently since this guy is a non US national he was trying to make some sort of statement. Adding to the irony was their ads up all over saying «We support the troops».
Nice.

This is about as good as Subways get. The people who work here are very friendly and fast. In fact, I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I feel like its ‘my’ Subway.
I’m not comparing Subway to other sandwich shops, just to other Subways. If you’ve got a hankering for a Subway sandwich, this is definitely a good one to go to.

The employees here are very friendly and FAST. This location can get crowded during prime eating times, but they are a well-​oiled machine over there cranking out sandwiches. They can get you in and out pretty fast. All Subways I’ve ever been to have very fresh ingredients so this place is no different from other locations, but its the quality staff that gives this location 5 stars.

I call this place Clubway or Noway, their sign is always flashing like they’re clubbing/​partying and if it’s halfway dimmed out or not lit up at all, it’s Noway. Best Subway ever.
I love the employees here, especially the two male ones who are usually there. They’re friendly and make your sandwich the right way. I get the plainest sandwich ever (extra turkey on white with lettuce and avocado), and whenever I’m disappointed that they’re out of avocado, like the first reviewer said, they go to the back and make sure that I get it on my sandwich. They’ve even let me feel and taste the avocado to make sure it’s ripe enough and how I want it. I know that most Subways are the same but I prefer this location.

When rating a Subway all I can do is compare them to other Subways. When compared to other sandwich shops any Subway will get 1 or 2 stars. Since a lot of the employees of Subway work their tales off I feel bad giving them 2 stars
I like this Subway. The folks that work there are friendly and quick. When I asked for avocado on my wife’s sandwich, rather than give her brownish avocado, he cut open three avocados looking for a nice green one. That right there is commitment to the customer.
Aside from that the vegis were fresh, the store was clean, and I left with a full belly.
