Disgusting food and rude staff. Spend your money where they deserve it. Perfect example of why most people think minimum wage workers don’t deserve a raise :-(

Very rude. Stood there to order, they saw me, kept waiting, no response. I suppose they didn’t want to work today.

*today* Couple weeks ago I went here for the 1^st time my burger tasted 3 days old. Tonight I thought I’d give this place a second try again tasted like 3 days old and as I type Im nursing a stomach ache so terrible I can’t sleep 2 bottles of mineral water, tea and ginger ale later 10hrs after eating. Currently thinking I should be able to press attempted murder charges. The only thing good abt this place is the server with dreads was super courteous on both visits

Three stars for friendly staff. After 9 pm don’t go. Drive-​thru is… at least… 20 minutes! The speed of making the food is bad. But they have never messed up a meal, always accurate. Their vanilla frosty machine is always out or too watery. I’m not a chocolate fan so that’s a bummer.

Ok food, bad service at the driveway. Don’t go there after hours.

Very poor customer service. The cashier, Jocelyn, was very rude. Didn’t even greet us for about 5 mins. Then started asking about our order as if she is going somewhere. The crew was busy and nobody wanted to even look at us. Jocelyn asked about the sauce for my pulled pork sandwich as if i know what they have and seemed frustrated when i asked what they have.
Overall experience was horrible. Please management, teach Jocelyn to be polite a little bit and crew should have costumer service to start. More training to your people!!!

Food is fine for fast food. But why do i have to pull out of the drive thru and park everytime I use the drive thru? How is this fast food if I have the park everytime I order anything from here. And they never apologize for making you wait or make up for it. I’ve waited 10min for my food in my car. Not worth it for how much more they cost compared to other fast food places.

When it comes to good food and good service. Wendy’s is the place to be.
Since the beginning of my high school days, I would always love to come here and have a bit of their burgers. Probably would die eating all of their burgers.
One thing is for sure, this place has great things to offer. Service was plain good, they are well organize and well trained. Kudos to the management.

These workers are so rude. We got a black long hair in our fries and they were talking about us while we were eating and staring and pointing because I have long hair that is not black and they thought we were trying to get free food. Even though they didn’t even give us anything free.

My granddaughter and I drove though one night after my class. The service was speedy and food made really well. And the man running the drive thru even gave us an extra frosty, because the car in front of us happened to take a long time moving forward after they ordered. Overall: Very pleased with the service and employees.

The drive was so slow I had to wait 15 mins before having my or order taken! This never had happened anywhere Else!!! I used to work for fast food for 2 years so I know how hard it is but still is no ok! When I tried to turn around and go somewhere else there where two cars behind me already.

So fast food is fast food. but the new sandwiches look so darn good on the signs! Well forget it people! I got a pulled pork cheeseburger and it had what I’d say a TABLESPOON of pulled pork on top of a single! Then maybe a teaspoon of hard, une die Cole slaw on top of that! Sad way to spend $ 7 and some change, Wendy’s used to have bombast meaty square burgers too. They keep shrinking… so no more Wendy’s sorry

Mmmm… Frosty the best! So tasty and thick! Dont forget to ask for a spoon! You will need it with Frosty.
Only down part is that their dining closes at 9pm… Too early!!!
I live close by i wish they stayed open a little more longer. I don’t drive so i can’t use drive-​thru :(

Great for fast food. they dont always mess up orders but when they do they fix the problem right away. the workers are always friendly and keep the place clean. the chiefs know what they are doing. For value burgers they taste better then Mcdonalds big macs.

I’m giving a 5 star rating because of the service. It’s not that often that you go to a fast food place and give a five star rating because of the food or experience. I want to commend Sabrina who put on a smile and gave excellent recommendations on what I was craving. The food was like a fast food place but that’s ok because the smile made my day… Thank you Sabrina for being such a Rock Star.

The petit girl at the register is happy and friendly but didn’t get my order right. The offered to re make my wrap, but the cook didn’t understand what was wrong. From the counter she spoke loudly asking what I wanted. I told her a grilled chicken Cesar wrap. A few workers looked confused and was wondering what dragging i wanted. «CESAR? WHAT?»
I then repeated myself again. A Cesar wrap but grilled. «Oh! Cesar wrap! Ok! «
The cashier bright it over, which was kind of her to do, but the proceeded to tell me that I didn’t speak loud enough. Um, no. I clearly said chicken Cesar wrap, but with grilled chicken. She then proceeded to tell me that I was incorrect. A grilled wrap has honey mustard and doesnt come with Cesar.
I then explained that I wanted a Cedar wrap but with grilled chicken. Again she said she didn’t hear me. Smh she skeg me too double check the wrap she just brought over to make sure it was correct. Sure enough, it was crispy chicken. She offered to remake it, but at that point I said forget it. I was hungry!
I top of that, they ran out of apples for the kids meal. But one of the staff was kind enough to give me the fresh chopped apples to replace it since my 2yr old wanted them.
A few minutes later a lady came in with kids meals to day get order wad incorrect as well.

This Wendy’s is always empty which is pretty cool. Service is good and get your order right. It says open late on the weekends but not really.

Atmosphere is nice. Burgers are cooked well and service is good. only problem is that the the fries have mucho salt on it.
