i would give this place a negative 5 score if there was an option to. horrible place! didn’t fix anything but made the problem even worst than it was! trust me, do not trust this place to fix anything! they can’t even explain why or how the problem got worst with our karaōke machine! it’s no wonder they have no business or any customers!

The service at Ultimate Sound & Lighting was amazing. We hired them for our daughter’s Sweet 16 in March of 2010. Their package included the photography, video, limo, DJ and state of the art lighting. The quality and service surpassed our expectations. Using one company for all of these services, was not only very convenient, it was extremely cost effective. The expertise and customer service level was beyond excellent. The photographer took 600 pictures. After the album and video were complete, I was given the dvd with the 600 pictures as a gift. I highly recommend you view their work. Their video montage, flush mount digital photo album and slide show will blow you away. My daughters Sweet 16, impressed our family and friends and we saved money! Since my event in 2008 I have recommended this company to friends and family and everyone was very satisfied.

this company sucks at event planning, bad customer service from his owner, they are too expensive, especially at photo and video services, they charge too much and they dont give you a lot of photos, also they ask you to pay in advance and if you need to do any change they refused to do it, and they kept your money, its better to get an event services at any other place, they will have better service, quality, and you will always get more for your money.
