Brian Koepf is exceptional. He is not afraid to call it like he sees it to anyone, including agents and contractors who may happen to be on-​site and trying to mislead you. This is a testament to both his character and professionalism.
He is knowledgeable, intelligent, easy to talk to and he breaks down explanations in layman’s terms.
His detailed and well-​documented inspection helped us to avoid a home that was in substantial disrepair under the surface.
We hired him a couple months after the first inspection to look at another home… he spent a great deal of time inspecting everything and even gave us a discount because we had hired him before.

After researching for the most reputable home inspector, I’m pretty lucky to find Brian Koepf. He was extremely thorough and detail oriented while he was inspecting my townhouse. He noticed a negative slope going towards my backyard foundation where pools of water can collect, trickle down, and could potentially cause damage to my basement walls. He gave me helpful advice on regrading and keeping water away from the foundation walls. He answered countless questions I had about my insulation, vents, and drainage to the point I was satisfied & now have the knowledge to remediate several issues in my house. The report he provided after the inspection was very detailed which gave me the peace of mind knowing what areas in my house I needed to address before I put it up for rent. I’ve been already referring my family & friends to him and would highly recommend anyone to try his services out.

Brian Koepf was extremely knowledgable and spent many hours inspecting our new home. Not only did he look for potential issues but taught us how to perform essential maintenance and even how to use certain mechanical equipment.
