Charged my card initially for a Termite treatment that was to be put on the HUD-1 at closing. After closing, they still have not bothered to refund my card even after repeated emails. Don’t want to go through a dispute with my Cc company, but it looks like that’s the case. They’ll never get my business again.

After 9 years of inspecting and warranting my home for termites, I called on Hughes to do an inspection when I was selling my home. Unfortunately I had forgotten to renew my warranty last year and to my surprise Hughes found termites and other issues. I was outraged and asked them to do the remediation for the cost of renewing the warranty. They refused. So I asked another company to inspect and they found no termites. Pretty interesting, huh???

Danette in Customer Service is professional, prompt, responsive and makes an unpleasant situation easy to deal with! After getting a confusing quote and non-contract«contract» from Terminix I contacted this local company for a rental property I own. They were exactly the opposite– clear, pleasant, worked with my tenant directly for treatment options, billing was clear and timely etc. If you are calling an exterminator, you are not happy. This company does a great job trying to make the experience as painless as possible!
