This place is actually pretty good. Unfortunately the crowd during lunch doesn’t allow most people to actually come here. The drive-through line is ridiculously packed and so is the inside. That being said, don’t come here during lunch on a weekday. Now, the weekends are much much better. The staff here iswonderful and they are quick. The drive-through line on the weekends goes by very quickly and isn’t much of a wait. Inside is also very nice. They do have a Mccafe menu. It is open late as well. Great place as long as you don’t go to during the week at lunch. Lunch hours which are usually packed or 11 to 2.

Every other time we come here, they either give my son a «girls» toy or they forget his Happy Meal toy altogether. We always seem to make the toy discovery upon arriving home and then have to drive back for the correct toy. Upon our return, we never get any sense that they feel the least bit of remorse for our inconvenience, they treat us like we are inconveniencing them. It sounds petty to complain about such a thing but the toy is the only reason we come here. Seriously, how hard is it to differentiate between a Barbie toy and a super hero car? Actually, how hard is it to provide the bare minimum of customer service?

This McDonald’s has gone down hill over the past few years. Maybe an owner change, or just bad hiring. Used to be a very pleasant experience(for a Mcdonalds) but not anymore. Place is dirty, service slow and the beverage station is a mess.

I’ll be honest, I give out one star ratings like they’re candy. But this McDonalds is on point. They’re fast, despite the HORRIBLE lines in the morning. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything to complain about with the food, or the service. My only complaint is that they always put this nice lady on the drive through to take orders, and I feel like she knows who I am because I go there so much, and she’s silently judging me. …For the literal ones of you, that was sarcastic. Y’all are great, thanks for being exceptional.

Went this afternoon for a snack after my daughters basketball game around 4pm and won’t be back. We pulled up to the speaker to order and she said«What would you like?» Not welcome to McDonalds how can I help you or something nice. We pulled to pay, she took my card and as the window is closing she mumbled something. We ordered an ice cream cone and a couple hash browns — daughters favorite. They made the ice cream and it sat there until finally I waved my hands to someone and she handed it to us and said this isn’t my area — window closed. No one there… Finally a lady came to the window and said pull into number 2 and pointed. We pulled into the spot and waited and waited unit my daughter had almost finished her ice cream. A different lady came out with our hash browns and said her you go. They could have cared less if we were customers or not. No thank you for coming, thank you for waiting, have a great day, nothing, nothing…

Now this McDonald’s is always a go to, cheap, good service, good management, clean and of course good food. I always make my appearance there with my friend when we’re really really really cooked because who doesn’t think McDonald’s when your cooked Right? Whenever we pull up to pay for our food the cashier asked us 3 different times when we were visibly hurt«hey man you look a bit tired, be careful, you need some eye drops?» We lost our shit lmao but the management is good and fast service. I recommend the mcchicken with no mayo.

This particular McDonald’s is moderately busy this time of day. For lunch, I have had the hot cakes and sausage platter with a medium sized Orange juice and it sure tasted very good By The Way. The place was clean and well organized as well as the management and staff. :) Yesterday, I had some lunch here after my workout and I personally felt that the workers behind the front counter were not super«CRUDE» and disrespectful like some fellow customers had recently said. l respectfully and politely disagree with Yosselyn M.

I went to the Drive thru with my significant other and waited at the machine where we put our order in. We spoke into it multiple times and waited for a response, but we didn’t hear anything at all. We drove up to the Window and requested what we wanted. There we met the drive thru Cashier by the name of Fernando. He was very rude, we told him what happened and he told us to go back around and make an order. We asked who’s fault it was after waiting as long as we did and he smirked and responded in the rudest tone it was ours. We requested for the manager, but he denied us our request so we drove up to the following window where a customer would pick up their order and requested for the manager on duty. The manager was kind and without hesitation gave us our order like it was no big deal and it wasn’t. Fernando was the rudest cashier and I will make sure to file a complaint with McDonald’s higher ups. As long as Fernando is on cashier this McDonald is not worth it

This mcdonalds is a hot spot during lunch time. I have to commend them for keeping the drive thru very efficient for us lunch hour workers. My food is always hot! I recommend thinking of what you want before reaching the menu. They have workers clobbering you for your order beforehand. It’s annoying but now I’m used to it lol

After my exercise session at the Sports and Health club in Issac Newton Sq. I usually went thru the drive thru and got a large decaf coffee. They have had a promotion for coffee any size for $ 1.00 it seems forever. There is a huge sign proclaiming the $ 1.00 price for any size coffee right before you place your order. Three times this week the clerk tried to overcharge me. The first two times the«, manager» intervened and assured me that the price was still $ 1.00. Tonight, I refused to bother with the«manager». I waved to the«manager» as I pulled out without getting my coffee. I’m enjoying a freshly brewed decaff coffee at home while saving aggravation and money. So long McD’s. What a way to generate repeat business!

My boyfriend and I were trying to purchase a sweet tea with half of it filled with lemonade, yet that simple request was rejected. And for what reason? Are you too lazy to fill it with lemonade? My boyfriend works at a mcdonalds and he even said they could do it if the customer asks, plus it wouldn’t make a price difference since all soft drinks of all sizes are only a dollar. Not only that but they lied to us saying that they don’t serve lemonade anymore. We are not super pissed about not having the half lemonade with the sweet tea, we are mostly pissed about the disrespectful and dishonest attitude of the staff.

Breakfast. M — F emphasis on FAST. Get your order, get $, get your food(right) and get you on your way. Kind of feels like you are on an assembly line(not a bad thing). Sat a m different crew & different story. Ordered decaf with cream and reg coffee black no sugar. Got two coffees with cream and sugar. Maybe it is a cultural thing. On Sat check order before leaving. M — F I give five stars. BTW forget Starbucks. McD coffee is the BEST!

I pretty much use a standard ratings system for the fast food /chain establishments. The goal of any chain establishment is consistency across the brand, so theoretically my star rating should be the same for each branch of said chain establishment. Of course, it doesn’t always work that way … if a particular location is notorious for poor food quality or service, I’ll knock them down. And if they excel over their counterparts, I’ll bump them up. Whether we like to admit it or not, almost all of us go to McDonald’s, and we all think it’s «OK». Otherwise we wouldn’t come back, no matter how convenient it is. McDonald’s is a 3-star kind of place. But I’m giving this McDonald’s an extra star because they are amazingly fast. This place gets slammed pretty much all day from all of the nearby Reston offices. During the week, the lines for lunch can be 10 – 12 cars deep. But no worries — regardless of the weather, they have extra personnel outside taking your order, getting you through and back to your desk to slave away for the man. Even at 2PM there will be a line here … but your food is ready as soon as you have paid and hit that pick-up window. No fast food establishment is error free, but out of about 50 times I’ve been here, I can only recall one time they made a mistake. A 98% hit rate is, in my book, pretty darn good. This Mickey-D’s is a shining example of excellence for the franchise.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times now before I decided to write a review. Overall, it’s pretty mediocre. More often than not I have a sub-par experience here. Now this is McDonald’s, so I’m not expecting them to roll out a red carpet for me, but I do expect my order to be correct, to go through the line at a reasonable pace, the food to taste consistent with other McDonalds’, and to be treated as a human being. The majority of times I have gone several of those expectations have not been met. Here’s a list of things that have happened: — Employee grumbled into the drive-thru box, so I said«Hello?» and he impatiently said«Yes can I help you?!» My bad. Didn’t know your garble sound meant I was supposed to order. — Paid for my order in cash and was not given any change. The employee who gave me the food tried to give me cocktail sauce when I asked for my change(she was not the cashier). Eventually the cashier gave me the change, but it was for the wrong amount(didn’t notice until I drove away). — They almost always fill the fry box halfway and you have to ask them for more fries. — Usually at late night, they take your order, but don’t ring you up until you’re at the window. Several times I’ve had to re-order for them or correct the order they thought I placed. — I’d say 9 out of 10 times when I say hello or thank you to them, they say nothing back. Not a you’re welcome, not a thanks for coming, not a hello back. I’m not asking for a conversation here, but it’d be nice if you acknowledge that I’m a person trying to be polite. Look, this is McDonald’s — nobody is expecting to get top-notch service and, frankly, people don’t really care. They just want cheap fast food and the taste of McDs. But this McDonald’s consistently fails to provide even that basic experience to a level that is satisfactory.

Is it too much to expect that McDonalds employees say, «thank you» when making a purchase? Apparently it is at this location. As a brand Mac’s has suffered from uneven products. The only thing this place is consistent with is their indifference to their customers.
