Outstanding shrimp scampi on vegetable risotto, good music, friendly bartender. What’s not to like?

First of all it’s a pub not a restaurant that being said the food is excellent. It’s small and mostly locals. Chicken Parmesan was to die for made the right way. Only been there once but nice people.

This place is great! We arrived late on a Monday night in January and were immediately welcomed. The space was small, but well-designed and decorated in a clean, sophisticated manner. Lynn, our very personable server, quickly approached the table for our drink order and to review the specials. After a few minutes, we ordered an antipasto(prepared perfectly by the owner), eggplant rollatini(filled with sweet ricotta and served with a tasty sauce and fresh basil), veal Marsala(rich and very flavorful), and a chicken/pasta dish with a light cream sauce(full of mushrooms, spinach and just enough garlic). Seriously excellent, freshly-prepared food and nice-sized portions. One more thing: the people who work here and the customers were incredibly nice. We were just a couple of travelers who wandered into this place. But, we were treated like regulars. Thanks.

Me and my Fiancé just recently moved to Revere and we were looking for an Italian restaurant one night and found Sebastian’s. We have eaten here a dozen times in the last 5 months. The ambiance is great, it’s small but very cozy and has a very authentic neighborhood Italian spot feel, the service has been outstanding every time, very courteous, knowledgable, fast and always willing to make any changes you need to a dish Now on to the FOOD review, I have a philosophy on Italian food for it is my favorite cuisine and am marrying into a huge Italian family that eats ALOT and so I say If an «Italian restaurant» can’t make a good chicken parmigiana then they shouldn’t be called an Italian restaurant, well let me tell you something, this place makes one of the most delicious chicken parm you will ever eat at a restaurant, the sauce is REALSAUCE, the chicken is thick and juicy and not thin and frozen, I often just call and pick up an order when I get home late from work and don’t have time to eat in at the restaurant The rest of the menu is just as delicious, my fiancé often gets the chicken Marsala and she has a Gluten allergy and they have gluten free pasta which is great because they can make almost any dish gluten free for her. They always have dinner specials which are always great and are often fresh seafood If you’re in the Boston area and you want a real Italian meal then you need to check this place out, you will not be disappointed

Amazing food(Chicken parm, pumpkin ravioli, fish, and one other ravioli)! Had to spend a little too much time waiting around for service and the bill but the food made up for it. If you have time to spare, the food will knock your socks off!

We were looking for some nearby good Italian food while visiting the boston area. Stumbled on this place, and according to the reviews, we had to try it. It gets 4 stars for the food alone. The service wasn’t horrible, but a little more professionalism could have gone a long way. They were maybe out of the ingredients to make a few different appetizers, but they weren’t totally sure if they were, which struck me as odd. I passed on the app since they were serving bread and olive oil anyway. I ordered a Diet Pepsi, and my date ordered a glass of moscato. The soda tasted funny, but not undrinkable. The wine I’m told was delicious though they charged a higher price for it than the menu stated. There was a male waiter there that was very attentive, but at one point while taking another a tables order he was leaning his hind end on another family’s table. This made me cringe. Also, it’s a restaurant near boston, and I didn’t see any sam adams or harpoon… Not a deal breaker, just strange. The food, the food was awesome! We both got a chicken pam, one with penne, one with linguini. I can’t say enough good things about it. Its a must try. I hope the establishment reads this, and uses it to improve a few minor things to make this an easy 5 star place.

This place has good prices to begin with, and has great specials on several weeknights. My wife and I went there tonight, they were offering 2 for $ 25 meals! Huge piece of chicken parm, which was super tasty, over penne pasta, with extra marinara. They have a good drink selection, so we ordered a margarita, which was a nice treat. Service was great, price was too good to be true, food quantity/quality was top-notch. We’ll definitely be going back to this place!

Fantastic little gem hidden away in Revere… if you haven’t been here, change that. The food is very nicely prepared, nice selection of wines. Perfect place for a date and quiet conversation over a superb dinner.

We showed up on a Monday night, found most of the tables empty, but the bar nearly full. It’s a small, one room establishment. When you walk in the door, you’re standing right at the bar, and everyone stares at you. I don’t mind being stared at, in fact, it ads to the experience here, so no points off. But I got the feeling that if it weren’t a Monday, we might not have gotten a seat. I suggest reservations. We waited just a little too long for the waitress to bring our menus, and just a little too long to have our orders taken, and we didn’t get bread until after we placed our orders. And the bread was just two small dinner rolls, one for each of us. The roll was fresh and fabulous and served with olive oil, fresh Parmesan and pepper flakes. Made me wish I had two. Our food was served promptly. The steamed little neck appetizer was delicious. My son had the chicken parm, big portion, yummy sauce, chicken and pasta both cooked just right. Every once in a while I take a risk and order risotto at a restaurant. I have always been disappointing, and I always kick myself for not learning my lesson. Even in high end places, it’s always bad. I know it’s difficult and time consuming to do risotto correctly, so I guess I’m stupid to expect it. Like an idiot, I ordered the Salmon with vegetable risotto, and it was… Awesome! Thank you Sebastain’s, for proving that it is possible to get good risotto in a restaurant. The salmon was glazed in agave and the combination was heavenly, possibly the best salmon I’ve ever had. If the service was just a little more prompt, and we were given four rolls instead of two, I would give five stars. Maybe on our next visit.

Great little hole in the wall. Super food, great service and friendly faces are where it starts. This is definitely a locals place as we quickly found out as many people entering were greeted by name and their typical drink. Menu is pretty broad, the stack eggplant was fantastic as an appetizer. For entrees we had the salmon and mushroom ravioli. There were nightly dinner specials that sounded great as well. If you are any where near this restaurant you need to stop in.

Food was very good. Loved the bread to start. So warm and went great with the olive oil, crushed red pepper, and cheese. Plenty of specials on the menu. Everything sounded and looked great. Started with eggplant appetizer. For meals we went with chicken parm and veal marsala. Everything tasted great. Very small inside. Not noisy like some small places. Service very slow. One of the waiters was really hustling.(Not ours)

The food was EXCELLENT and the service top notch. Very friendly and made you really feel welcome. I ordered the salmon with potatoes and spinach. The salmon was seasoned just right, very moist and tender,

This is definitely a neighborhood gem! Loved the food. We had the chicken/eggplant parm with penne in marinara and the salmon special. The salmon was topped with a citrusy wine sauce and it was light, fresh and filling. The parm was breaded and seasoned just right. The chicken wasn’t dry and there was the right amount of cheese on top. It was so good I had to make myself stop eating because I was already really full. I don’t know if it’s an Italian faux pas or not, but sometimes, especially with a parm, I love to add extra marinara to my bites. There wasn’t enough sauce on the plate and I wish there was more, but because I was getting full, I didn’t ask for more marinara. I had the parm with the house chianti and it all worked out well. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I suppose you can have a romantic dinner here and not need to dress up at all. The restaurant had a good amount of regulars and the staff were quick to welcome them in. The restaurant is a little bit on the narrow side, so a big party walking in, may not have luck getting the big table in the back. I’m thinking their weekends can get pretty packed. I’m glad that our fellow Unilocalers found this place and gave it such great reviews. It’s a really good find.

The hype is certainly quite legitimate indeed! This place is nothing short of phenomenal. This hardworking blue collar satellite city, which produced the late great John Cazale has a LEGIT old school Italian American heritage and this place honors it magnificently. It is easily the best red sauce joint if found anywhere around Boston the cuisine is spot on and ever so slightly elevated. The rigatoni with spicy sausage in a pink sauce was wonderfully reminiscent of the time of dish I often make at home for a special dinner. The must order however is the LOBSTERRAVIOLI, a benchmark of New England Italian cuisine. Quite simply, the version here topped with a flavorful tomato sauce are the best I have ever had, and Ive sampled quite a few all over, as you might imagine. The service is warm and perfect as well, both with the many regulars who seem to pack the place nightly and a new customer like myself. Perhaps no higher praise can be bestowed on a red sauce place anywhere than this, but this establishment undoubtedly deserves it; This place could open and would be considered excellent in any of the five boroughs of NYC!

If you are staying close to Boston Logan and looking for dinner you can’t beat Sebastian’s on Broadway. It is the quintessential Boston neighborhood bar but with absolutely fantastic Italian food. The service was flawless. Complimentary bread with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and dried red pepper is warm and comforting. I had the chicken Marco and ate every single bite. I even used the leftover bread to sop up the left over sauce. So good. Almost everyone in the restaurant knew each other and seemed genuinely glad to be there together. A key board player played music and sang songs in the corner for ambiance. It was like a neighborhood celebration and they let a couple of Okies crash the party. Loved it!(The music may just be a Thursday evening thing). To finish it off we shared an almond cream cake with coffee. You simply have to try it. I don’t come to Boston often but I will definitely hit Sebastian’s on the next trip.

Homey-Italian Dinner and large portions! I was kinda wary about entering this place after reading other reviews. When my family and I first walked in, everyone did seem to stop what they were doing and stare. It may be because the place is so small that you naturally turn to look who enters? Or maybe they don’t see asians very often. This is really is a gem in the small town of Revere. After getting over the whole entrance scenario, I really felt like I was in an authentic Italian restaurant. The waiter, who I found out later was related to the owner, was very friendly and helpful in our food selection. The complimentary bread was delicious! It came with oil and parmesan/red pepper. At other Italian restaurants we always had vinegar and oil. We were so confused on what to do with this and our waiter was nice enough to show us what to do. I was surprised how good the bread tasted dipped in the cheese, pepper and oil mixture. Arugula Salad – I love arugula and this salad definitely hit the spot. The arugula was very fresh. However, the dressing could use a little more flavoring. This is a great starter salad to share. Chicken Marco – mushrooms, tomato, chicken, artichokes, prosciutto, ham, and olives in a white wine sauce. This was really yummy. Pasta was cooked just right. Special Pasta of the day – Homemade spicy italian meatballs, tomatoes, snap peas, peppers in redish cream sauce. It had a great flavor! The pasta did seem a little hard. It was a spiraling one that I have never seen before. I don’t know if it was just that type of pasta which made it hard or if it was slightly undercooked. Cajun Salmon – great size for the price. I didn’t personally try it, but my dad really enjoyed the fish. ALSO, this place has a bar and a live pianist and singer! This would be a cute date place :]
