This place is pathetic I ordered a buff chicken bacon pizza and ended up getting an thai pizza or something after an hour wait. I call them and ask them to send the right one back and they say another hour. Hours go by with no call back or anything. I get off the phone with them the next day and they refuse to send another. Completely unprofessional and rude. I ended up puking later also, just skip this place. Unless you’re just getting booze, can’t screw that up!

I ordered a small pizza and chicken wings. I’ve been inside Woody’s, Home of the Giant slice, so I was hoping the small would be a tad bit bigger than what I got. None the less the pizza was awful, and the wings were the worst wings I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. 50% of the wing was not chicken it was fried breading. I will never be ordering from here ever again. It’s the worst food I’ve ever tasted, so many other places in Revere I could have spent my money better.

Chelsea and Revere unfortunately don’t have a huge selection for deliveries or good pizza. When in need of pizza I pick Woodys! Not only do they deliver food, but they also deliver alcohol. I enjoy the white sauce pizzas personally because of the garlic crust. However, I only gave 3 stars because 2 or 3 times my pizza hasn’t been as good as most times. Also, the menu isn’t up to date so when you see something that sounds amazing they sometimes«don’t have that anymore». I will say they try to accommodate you if they no longer have what you wanted from the menu. The staff has always been super friendly also! I go to their liquor store when I need to and they have carried my purchases to my car many times. Woodys is my go to when I want a pizza delivery! I know with better organization, consistency and commitment they could be recognized locally as the best place for pizza. I hope to write another review for them with 5 stars in the near future!

Came here to order some pizzas, saw they had 2 large pizza deal for 12.00. The cashier was saying it was 16.00 although there sign right in front other wise, he ended up fixing the price and said it would take 20 minutes tops since they were busy(which they were not). About after 30MINUTES, my boyfriend went to ask how much longer, only to find out the had not even start making it because they miss placed the ticket. We were the only people in there, and the whole time they were talking in the back. We also ordered fried Oreos while we waited, they were cold and soggy from sitting out We canceled the order and got our refund. WISH I COULDTELLYOUHOWTHEPIZZATASTED!

You people surely cannot be serious. I ordered a pizza for delivery last Friday night. I live about 2 minutes from your establishment. After a very hungry hour of waiting, I finally called back to check on the status of my order. The gentleman who answered said, «Oh, you wanted delivery? The pizza’s just been sittin’ here.» Why did you even bother taking my address if you didn’t think I wanted a delivery. And, you asked me if this was for delivery. And I, of course, said YES! So, when the delivery driver finally arrived, he sat outside of my house taking a phone call for approximately 4MINUTES before ever getting out of his little car to deliver my pizza. And, hooray! The pizza was nice and cold! Just like everyone likes their pizza! And after reheating it… hooray! It wasn’t that good! Thanks for the pizza Woody’s. Unfortunately, it did not leave me with a woody.

Ordered via Grubhub app, and called Grubhub 2 hrs after order was placed(ETA on order was already over an hour on a Monday night). Grubhub tells me that Woody’s said they called me because they didn’t have the ingredients to make my simple pizza. First they never called me, and had the same phone number as Grubhub. Second, that ETA was ridiculous anyway given that they are about a mile away from me. I cancelled the order(and thanks to Grubhub for a coupon from the hassle which was entirely Woody’s fault), and they lost a potential customer.

When we were told we would be getting Pizza from a Liquor store we were weary. But it was unwarranted, we got three pizzas. One Hawaiian, one bacon and then one which was half cheese, half onions. They were all delicious. Thin crust with tons of cheese. The Hawaiian had large chunks of pineapple which were juicy and not over cooked. It could have had a bit more ham but the flavors were strong.

CRAZYFRICKINBIG! Get the Cray Big Pizza! The prices are excellent. The liquor store has a great selection! Getting back to the pizza… it’s made just right. I love it, as it is basically a perfectly cooked pizza, no odd seasonings, not undercooked, not overcooked, it’s just perfect. I used to live in revere for quite a while and this is probably the best pizza place in the area. Now that I am in Methuen, I make it a point to pick up a pizza if I’m visiting friends or family in Revere. So good… try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Dont order from here if you have any self-respect. I used to take advantage of their deals, until one unfortunate day with the incompetent witch of a manager who works here. I had ordered a pizza and beer deal. They showed up with only the beer, I called and asked about where my pizza was, they said that the deal had actually changed-so why hadnt they indicated this when I CALLED and placed my order!!! I said well I dont want it then, Im not paying 30 $ for an 18 rack of some crappy beer. They said they couldnt give me a refund-even though i paid in cash, so it wasnt like they needed a card or anything. And I hadnt opened or touched the beer either. the second the delivery guy showed up I whipped out the cell and made the call. I said I was going to call the police for theft and false advertising, because they needed to either make me a pizza or refund me since I clearly didnt want this sham that they were offering. She told me she would refund my money but not to order from them again. I said, dont worry, theres no chance of that ever happening! Wow, talk about how to NOT run a business!

Do NOT purchase the Unilocal voucher. I live in Revere and I usually order from Woody’s a lot, but that might change moving forward. I tend to order from them because their prices are reasonable and they are easily accessible, but one thing that definitely turns me off from spending my money somewhere is poor customer service. I am writing this long message here because the website has no way of contacting the manager and when I tried asking for the manager in person I was not given that option. Yesterday I ordered the Unilocal Voucher«$ 15 for $ 30 Deal at Woody’s Pizza & Liquors» because it sounded like a great deal. I always read the fine print whenever I make a purchase such as this in order to avoid running into any issues. This voucher specifically said«Deal must be honored according to terms on voucher. No additional restrictions may be added at time of redemption.» That said, I read the rest of the voucher and found no restrictions other than«Promotion lasts for 1 year from date of purchase. After that period, your voucher is redeemable for the amount you paid, less any value you may have received. Not valid with other vouchers, certificates, or offers. Only 1 voucher(s) can be purchased and redeemed per person. Up to 3 can be purchased as gifts for others.» I decided to pick up my order instead of delivery to avoid any issues and unfortunately that plan backfired. As soon as I presented my voucher to the girl at the front counter she said she did not know about this deal and that her manager was not there so she showed a few of her co-workers. I told them that I wanted to buy $ 30 of pizza and liquor(as I usually order), but they told me that this voucher was only redeemable for pizza(additional restriction #1). I asked them how that is possible and they lied telling me that the pizza and liquor are two separate companies(hmmm, the name is called Woody’s Pizza & Liquor and I have bought both together in the past). I then went into the liquor side of the store to ask another employee about the voucher and he told me that I need to talk to the manager(the girl at the front counter who told me the manager was not there). Eventually I decided to just forget about the liquor and told them that I’ll just take my pizza(total of $ 20.60), but they told me I must make an order of over $ 30 in order for the voucher to kick-in and that I have to use the full amount of the voucher on one purchase(additional restriction #2). Even if this additional restriction holds true, it should be written on the voucher that clearly states«Deal must be honored according to terms on voucher» At this point I simply gave up and figured I would contact the manager when I got home, but there seems to be no way to do that. I would have completely understood if the employees would have just told me“hey sorry, the manager isn’t here and we are not familiar with this deal so can you hold on a few minutes while we contact him/her” but instead they kept trying to lie. I always shop here so a little customer service could have gone a long way(especially for something as simple as a $ 15deal). Unless they change the terms on this voucher or make the terms more clear I suggest that you not purchase it because they are not honoring it.

Waited 1 hour and 45 mins before calling back and they said the driver tried to call, but my number was out of service and they didn’t know the room number of the hotel I was staying at… asked how long it’d take for re-delivery, and was told over an hour… needless to say I cancelled my order.

AWESOME. There’s no other word to describe Woody’s in Revere. The only thing that sucked was something is wrong with their phone, and it literally took 5 – 6 minutes to order 2 items for delivery. After repeating myself literally 6 – 7 times, I finally got the order in. I wouldn’t fault the place and take away any stars unless I called again and it was still a problem.

Found Woody’s when searching Unilocal for delivery pizza near the BOS airport; turned out to be a fantastic choice. Based on user reviews and menu descriptions wanted to try the Virginia Reel Pizza, with mozzarella and pepperoni stuffed crust. However, we also wanted to try the Krystal Pizza, a pizza with a blue cheese base paired with buffalo chicken and ricotta. We wound up requesting a partnership of the two pizzas: a Krystal Pizza on the Virginia Reel crust — the outcome surprised us and was glutinous dream. The large pizza was beyond enough for the two of us, and we barely finished three(extremely large and filling) pieces between the two of us. Pair this with wine delivery and it was a perfect pizza/wine night.(even for a hotel delivery!) All of this was delivered in about 30 minutes and customer service was great.

Last week we went to Woodys on the recommendation of my Dad. He’s only ever raved about one other pizza place and its the same one he’s been frequenting for decades, so when I go to visit him I always ask if he wants us to bring him a pie from«his place». I was shocked when he requested something different. So we obliged and picked up an XL mama Mary pizza. My only regret was not picking up two. It was really great, fresh mozzarella and basil, garlicky without being overpowering. Great crust and the sauce wasn’t too sweet which I hate. We will def be back, looking forward to trying some of the other original creations on the menu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is this first time I have been yelled at for buying something at a store. The guy behind the counter was not only the most ignorant guy I’ve dealt with in years, but rude as hell. I place beer on counter and hand the jabroni behind the counter my debit card and he asks to see my ID. He rings up the beer and puts it in a bag and takes a phone call. Transaction should be over right? To make sure I ask the other clerk; he asks if I want a receipt, I say no and leave. I walk to my friend’s car. At this point the rude clerk comes running out to the car yelling at me for leaving without paying for the beer. Truly unaware, of my «wrongdoing» I walk back and pay for the beer for what seems like the second time. The entire time the guy is saying these shitty snide comments to me. Asked me why I left without giving money or a card. If you recall, the first thing I did was give him my debit card and he rang up my stuff and bagged it. This place used to be okay, but after that experience, I will never be caught dead here. Plus they only sell shitty beer. It’s dead to me.
