Revere House of Pizza

This place is great for delivery, and quick at that ordering from Chelsea. Never had a problem with the food quality-​everything is always hot and fresh. The only complaint I would have is last time I ordered, the driver left the order on the front porch while I was in the shower, when I checked my phone he had only been waiting about 5 minutes. When I finally realized he had actually left the food at my door, it was raining and there was no way I felt comfortable eating it hours later. I understand they did not want to wait for me and this is partially my bad, but I might as well have had not even ordered.

They are so Rude, specially the Owner, he don’t have Any pacient to talk at the phone.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a pizza place. I could ask for better at Dominos. First off they take forever to deliver to my job, which is only 5 minutes from the place. Yet they took over 40 minutes to get there, only to find out they charged me for a small fry that was never ordered. My friends and I asked them to split the order into two separate orders but have it be delivered together. Simple request, but they managed to screw it up. They put the orders in separate but put everything on the same bill, plus adding in that extra dry no one wanted. The guy was so confused about us saying no one ordered it and no one was gonna pay for it either. Secondly, if they had just kept everything on separate checks like we asked it wouldn’t have been the big deal that it was made out to be. My salad came to be $ 7.75, so I just gave him $ 10 and he said he’d figure it out. My friend, I feel like got jipped the most though. What should’ve been $ 13 and change plus tax and everything, she gave $ 18 and yet he still couldn’t figure out why we wanted to send the fries back (those pesky fries). Now on to the food. In all honesty, my antipasto salad was mediocre. Yes it came with a lot but it definitely wasn’t the best antipasto I’ve had. The description said it came with pickles, and I worried it was going to be those gross bread and butter ones, but thankfully it was the tart ones I like (I think dill) which made it better. Later on, one of the people who work here called back and asked why we sent the fries back and had a really hard time understanding why we didn’t want them. If it was such a big deal, he should have given them to us for free for crying out loud. Probably will never order from here again.

The mixed reviews had me wondering but, I took the word of a couple reviewers… Big mistake! I’m a 6min drive from the business and I waited 45 minutes and when my food got here… Cold, cold, cold! The wedges where cold and old the calzone was good but it was huge! I’m at the hotel for only one night! No way I can finish it. It’s good but, the sauce is gross! Good thing I paid for an extra one… The buff chicken wrap was so soggy the breading was like paste in my mouth and to top it all off I paid 27 $ for food that the flyer said would be almost 10 $ cheaper! Not worth it! P. S it’s time to change your flyers since you told me the prices changed 2 months ago! Wish I could give it a zero!!!

We’ve been ordering from this place for years and years pushing ten almost lol. At least once a week from home and maybe once a month from work. A few years back new owners or what seemed like a new owner took over. At first they were really nice and the food was still awesome. But slowly it started to fall off. The service changed big time! For example, we ordered a cheeseburger plate the burger was raw in the middle. Not rare, raw! And the fries were burnt. When we brought it back they seemed upset almost, as if we didn’t buy our food. They always had a friendly greeting when you walk in but not anymore. Even when you call now none of their voices sound pleasant. And the food changed also. I used to absolutely love their chicken caesar wraps, but now it’s kind of fatty and bland (the last 3 I ordered all terrible). Not to mention their prices went up as service and quality went down. Delivery times have never been a problem for us (despite maybe once or twice that you expect like on a game night or bad weather)
Overall, not bad for something quick on a night you don’t want to cook. But they are no longer our first choice.
UPDATE: I felt bad after leaving my last review and 3 stars. So we gave them another shot. And they got worse! So much worse! We were put on hold 4 times (at the 4 min mark we hung up each time) when we got there nobody in the store and the employees were talking to each other and watching tv. We tried three times and each time was very similar. Put on hold, not busy, employees chatting and eating. Like damn we want our food too lol. We definitely won’t be going back

Tonight was my second time ordering delivery. I moved to a new apartment about 7 months ago and have been trying different pizza places around the area looking for a good calzone. I’m pretty picky when it comes to calzones and I finally found satisfaction with the calzones here. I ordered here for the first time last month and was happy with my order. However, it was tonight’s order that drove me to write a review. I was a little disappointed that it took an hour and a half to deliver (when they told me 45 minutes) but the food definitely made up for that.
I ordered a chicken broccoli calzone and their 16 pc chicken dinner special. The calzone was good, as expected. Most calzones that I’ve had had hard, tough, dry dough (that gets even more dry and hard when microwaved) but the dough for the calzones here is soft and it’s topped with a bit of cheese on top. The bottom of the dough gets a bit soggy but I don’t mind it. I do, however, wish that there was a bit more filling but overall, I’d still give their calzones a thumbs up over a dry calzone with dough that’s tough to chew. Moving on, what I was impressed with this time around was the fried chicken. The pieces of fried chicken were huge and really crispy! I live about 20 minutes away and was really impressed with how crispy the chicken still was when it arrived at my door. The dinner came with potato wedges and cole slaw too. The cole slaw was oddly packed into 4 separate 2 oz. sauce cups and the potato wedges were huge too. They were coated with the same coating as the fried chicken, which was interesting but still good. The wedges were so big that after eating just two, I felt full. Each potato wedge was about the size of a third of a potato.
Overall, I was really happy with portion size and it was reasonably priced for what I got. This place is now my go-​to spot for «pizza» deliveries.

I just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap off grub hub and it was delicious. Delivery took a while and after waiting about 45 minutes my boyfriend called and they apparently brought it to the wrong address. Instead of 118 they brought it to 18. When the delivery driver came to my door I could tell he felt bad and I knew it wasn’t his fault for the mistake so I didn’t mention it. He ended up telling me he brought it to the wrong house and I said it was okay. I was just glad it was here! The wrap had definitely cooled down a bit but it was still delicious. I have ordered from here before and have always been happy with my food.

Ordered from here because my 2 go-to’s close at 10 on weekends. Box felt light when handed to me so my expectations were already gone. Cheese was burnt and tough. Worst of all they have absolutely no sauce on their pizza which is where half the flavor comes from. Outer crust was good, but not enough to save the burnt sauceless pizza.

My girlfriend and I live on the beach and usually order from some of the other places right on Revere Beach Boulevard. We decided to mix it up and try RHOP for a calzone and sub.
I placed the order on Foodler no problem. Kristina wanted a custom calzone, I went with a Steak Bomb and Fries. The delivery came through in 45 minutes and the driver was super friendly and appreciative of the tip. The food was piping hot upon delivery.
Kristina’s calzone was phenomenal. Definitely one of the best calzones we’ve ordered in Revere. I imagine their pizza would be equally good as well.
My sub and fries tasted off. The steak bomb had a strange taste to it. I couldn’t put my finger on it, and it wouldn’t be fair for me to speculate publicly as to why. The sub itself was well-​stuffed, so it was a bummer that I couldn’t finish it. Bonus points for that neat styrofoam sub container, though! The fries also had a strange taste. The fries were really thick steak fries, which I love. However, they were a dark brown color and not cooked all the way through.
We will definitely order from them again. I’d like to try a Chicken Parm sub next. Given the other recent positive reviews, I may have just caught them on an off night. I will upgrade my review after our next order.

Ordered delivery from here twice while staying in Revere. Great pizza, wings, subs, and burger. Reasonably priced and quick service!

Just has a calzone the calzones unbelievable their pizzas r to my sisters on our way to get food now I’m glad to know there’s a good place like this where I live

Her service is enough to give this place 5 stars alone! It’s because of workers like her that I will continue to give this place my business. BTW the bbq chicken Pizza is amazing!

Ordered their pizza it’s pretty good not the best pizza I had but it will do. Their delivery was pretty quick considering. Nice customer service. They are on the eat 24 app. That makes it extremely easy and fast.

just ordered two buffalo dinners from here. My son started to eat his and found a band aid in his food. Brought them back and they said nobody weres band aids in here then why did my son find a band aid in his food. Will nevere eat their again.

Bought a sub steak bomb soggy no cheese it was just disgusting overcooked it tasted old never going back there again I should have just knowing by their meat do NOT order any food from there seems old so I did not eat it or else I would end up

So the wife needed to eat so we walked in and she ordered a chicken parm sub. The pizza is really good has great taste and made fresh all the time. The sub was really good they toasted the bread a little to much to a point when you took a bite the bread was breaking. The chicken was really big pieces and had great flavor. The sauce was real good and wasn’t to canny. Overall good spot and always good food.

Very happy with the delivery ordering experience that I had. First off the delivery came very quickly for and on a Friday evening, only 35 minutes.
Ordered a Small Greek Pizza and it was delicious!
Fries were excellent, crispy and hot.
Red Velvet cake was enjoyed as well.
Only issue was the fried chicken which was definitely sitting around a bit too long. Majority of pieces were a bit dry.
All in all I was very happy with the order and excited about trying more things!

This is one of my favorite pizza place in Revere, and I’ve tried almost all of them. Their pizza style is similar to most «…House of Pizza» are. Average sized crust (not thin nor thick), nice sauce flavor, and ample amount of cheese without being overwhelming. I can’t give it 5 stars because it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had (nor would I say it’s amazingly good) but it has earned it’s spot as my go-​to for Revere.
I always order delivery and it’s always gotten to me on time and hot.

Ordered delivery to a local hotel. Delivery was prompt and on time.
The «Extra Special» large was quite possibly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. I can’t recommend it enough. I thought the out the door delivery price of under $ 20 was well worth it.
I look forward to ordering pizza from here again soon.
