MDR Solutions

I have been to MDR in Pickerington a few times recently (Jan 2016) due to iMac and iPhone issues. I have to say I have never been more pleased with a business in a long time. The issue i had with the iPhone was taken care of in my opinion properly, professionally and expedited very quickly. They are saving my iMac from being recycle material, which I am more than thankful for.
The staff are always extremely friendly and always treat everyone with respect. They listen to my issues and concerns and never for one moment make me feel bad for my goof ups. Life happens right?
My advice, don’t try to repair your own iPhone screen, just go in to see them and they will take care of you. All the internet videos in the world cannot help you actually do this if your an amateur. It takes special skills and special tools (UV Lights) that most of us do not have.
I will return here for any future needs. Thanks for restoring my faith in small business!
