I have been to this location twice and had the same stylist. She is very young and both times she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t really speak to me so it was a tad awkward. On my last visit, I told her I wanted some choppy bangs and showed her some pictures. She didn’t even wet my hair and started chopping away! It kind of hurt when she was ripping through my hair. When she was done, it looked horrible and it still does about a month later. If you go to this location, don’t have the little blonde girl do your hair, you will not be happy.

Do not waste your money! I have had two bad experiences here and I will never go back! The first time the stylist I had had on dirty sweatpants and a dirty t shirt, was not presentable at all and when I get home after the hair cut I realize she had cut a chunk of my hair at the top 1 inch long and so when I styled my hair it stuck up in a tuft. Today I had yet another bad experience with the quality of their work which resulted in me leaving with only half of my right eyebrow. I was in tears when I left the shop today.

The service in this location is horrible. My stylist was transferred to this location and suddenly became too busy to handle my appointments because she was constantly picking up the slack for her coworkers who were lazy and slow. I don’t recommend a salon named «Saturdays» but closes at 8 pm on Saturday.

This was a decent trim but the service was a bit awkward. I had the feeling that my stylist was straight out of the aveda institute or something, and lacked the confidence you get with a veteran stylist that’s worked around for a while.
Nothing wrong with the price and cut though, so I might return to check out another stylist.
