Dairy Queen

Ran by fucking crack head high school dropouts who don’t know how to deliver good customer service, don’t make the food/​ice cream as advertised, and clearly don’t give a shit about their job. Good luck with finding another job when this DQ location closes because its the shittest DQ ive ever been to. At least deliver good customer service if you can’t do anything else right.

This place is awful. Not a Dairy Queen, something much worse. Despite it lying and saying «Dairy Queen» on the building. Ugh. Completely botched our order from the very start in the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru seemed to be slow and could not complete the tasks. My wife is deathly allergic to onions so we very carefully and specifically asked for a burger with no onions. The burger we got had them and she didn’t notice until she was finished. The receipt says no onions. It wasn’t even the type of burger we asked for. They took SO long with our order we felt bad for all the cars behind us, and are watching them make their blizzards inside and sit there… Melting… While we block the drive through. So we asked them if we could just pull around and wait in the parking lot to let the people behind us go, but they looked at us confused and she said «let me check on your order.» What? Is anyone in there actually working? We paid $ 21 and got three large fries which we didn’t eat and threw away. Because we didn’t want fries. Be better DQ. Going to give you a break for awhile.

Super slow service and they charge you for any sauce you want. The place is also dirty. I think they only stay in business because of all the desperate people traveling down the mountain after skiing.

I love this Dairy Queen they’re very friendly employees their food is very fresh they have a good turn over and lots of parking and again I love their fast friendly service going to be back soon.

Very disappointed in this place. The place is messy & the cashier is guessing stuff on the register & waited over 20 mins to find out our order is wrong. Staff is not really friendly & just wasted our time waiting for the wrong order. Normally if it’s the business fault, there would be a compensation for a horrible business, we’ll not this one. Our supposed quick stop for banana split was a complete waste and walked out empty handed and really wasted our time.

I hate this Dairy Queen. I got a corn dog and it was frozen in the middle. It was like Mt Hood in the middle. So I asked for another one and that one was cold too. I got one more with the same result. So I just asked for my money back. And the. My friend ordered a Butterfinger blizzard and got, what she describes as, a «dandruff of Butterfinger» in her blizzard. It was real baren up in there. Don’t go to this DQ

We go through the drive through about once every couple of months when we’re in the area. The service could be better (can be slow), but we’ve had some pretty nice people working the window. The candy in the Blizzards could be fresher, but if you really need ice cream, then this place is pretty good.

Place is very clean and little old lady at counter was very helpful. Even brought us out coffee to the table. BUT THEY DONT HAVE FRY SAUCE!!! and wanted to charge for mayo to make sum.

I was apprehensive about stopping in at this DQ after I read the reviews from other Unilocalers. Granted, we only had ice cream. It’s kind of hard to screw up a chocolate shake and vanilla cone dipped in chocolate.
The service was fast, our order was correct and it hit the spot. Not sure about the cleanliness questions. Maybe it’s one of those things that I don’t want to know the answer to. The drive up was clean and my cone was perfect. It’s all puppies, kittens and rainbows, baby!

I love DQ and this location is great. We like to stop up on the mountain on our way home and have ice cream.
This is the worse DQ ever. I would never order food here. The place is disgusting. So dirty. Even the cashier had dirty hands. Dried hot fudge and who knows what else on his hands. I was grossed out. He is also the one who made our not mixed well blizzards, and falling sideways off the cone dipped ice cream cones. I was shocked at how dirty the floor was and pick up counter. Disgusting. Health inspector please pay this place a visit.

I stopped in for a quick dinner this evening and was not at all pleased with my experience. I spent a little over $ 28 for myself and my two daughters to eat there. I ordered the shrimp basket for $ 5.99 (which did not include a drink) and requested something other than a side of cole slaw, and the girl behind the register told me she could substitute a salad. I agreed, but when we got our food, the ¼ cup of slaw accompanied a measly amount of shrimp and fries. When I asked for the salad I was told that it would be an additional $ 1.50! I was shocked! The amount of food in the other dishes that I ordered were some of the smallest portions I have ever seen served at a Dairy Queen Restaurant. I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

We stopped for some ice cream cones. Sounds simple– right? 1 childs chocolate cone w/​rainbow sprinkles. Sprinkles??? They couldn’t figure out how to add the sprinkles to the cone. The end result was a small medicine sized cup with 1/​8″ of sprinkles in it. Thumbs down for DQ. Workers there are like robots. Can’t comprehend anything. They said they couldn’t put sprinkles on a cone. Only in a cup.

What a dump. These people couldn’t make a bowl of cereal. Two people in front of me brought their orders back to the counter because something was wrong. One lady’s grilled chicken sandwich wasn’t even grilled. During my 20 minutes standing there for my to-​go order 3 people brought orders inside from the drive-​thru. There was a 16 year old boy and a 80 year old lady working the registers and had no clue what they were doing and I’m guessing, the lady who must have been the manager, was running around from the front to the kitchen like a bunny on crack. I got the wrong burger but I didn’t feel like being there any longer. I really didn’t want it in the first place so that’s what I get for eating crap I don’t need to be eating. Two words: keep driving… I should have just pulled over and ate some grass on the side of the road…

I love Dairy Queen and everything she stands for. I know the true Dairy Queen is carved in butter at the end of every summer at the Minnesota State Fair.
The service is quick, even with crowds and the dining area is clean. I wish my small cone was dipped several more times in Chocolate, like other Dairy Queens, but I guess that will do.
