Had a margarita, but no alcohol was in it, pretty sure. Food was not good. Was excited for this place to open, because they had been working on it for so long and the food at the Burro Loco is so bad, but the food is not good. Do yourself a favor and if you really want Mexican go somewhere else. It sucks that there are such icky places to eat on the mountain, I wish we had better restaurants to choose from but we don’t.

This is one Good place! The shrimp and rice is MAGNIFICENT! it was so tasty that I ate ALL OF IT! I wanted 10 more pounds! The beers are served in frosty giant mugs and the service is super attentive. The Tacos are like a onion, cilantro, carne EXPLOSION OF EXCELLENCE. This food tastes home made and delicious. The salsa is super good as well. I just love this food! I think I will go back in 5 minutes!

As a native Central Californian, I have had a hard time finding Mexican food that doesn’t have weird things like broccoli and potatoes in their dishes. Fiesta Jalisco is where it’s at. Authentic food, and great prices. The server who is usually there is super nice too. We will most definitely come back!

The food here is excellent, authentic and homemade. I think my family and I went through four bowls of their salsa. The food is more of the authentic Taqueria style, not the Americanized Mexican stuff. The place is new and not known too well. Definitely worth a stop after a hard day on the mountain.

The chicken burrito was awful. I threw it away and would rather go hungry.
Ordered the pastor tacos as backup and it was very good. Not greasy but still very flavorful.
I’d give the chicken burrito 1 star, but I’d give the pastor tacos 5 stars considering this place is really far out there.

So happy to see this place open! This location has many businesses including a day care center! We love Mexican, so decided to give it a try on a Monday night. The waitress was super friendly and our food was perfect. I got a wet burrito and it was just as expected. My hubby got the Diablo shrimp. He was sweating with the spice. That’s a good thing! We each got a large Margarita and they were yummy. And big! A pleasant surprise was the shot of tequila/​sprite/​cinnamon that the waitress brought with the bill. Nice touch! We will be back.

Great mexican food! Great enchiladas, rice, beans, chips, and salsa. Service was very good. The waitress also gave us complimentary tequila/​grand marnier shots because they didn’t have any flan (it was still being made). Margarita was pretty good, too.

This place is a welcome addition to the mountain dinning scene! The fajitas are good and the chicken enchiladas are better than most. Chips and salsa really fresh and tasty. They use really fresh vegetables and the chicken is very tender. The service is really good and the owners/​workers are friendly and really want you to enjoy your food. This is are new goto Mexican restaurant on the mountain

I’m a local of the area and was happy to give this new place a try. The service was fast and friendly. We had chips and homemade hot salsa in no time. My husband likes his salsa much hotter and they had two others for him to try. He was happy with his chicken carnitas and I loved the shredded beef enchilada and chili peppers both with rice and beans. We will be back!

The tacos were incredible and the avocado salsa the owner made us try was really tasty! Warm, fresh chips with spicy delicious salsa. Got there as they were closing and told them no problem I’ll go somewhere else but they insisted we stay and were really friendly. The food came out quickly and all in all it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
