Customer service isn’t the number one thing you think of when entering a gas station but some common sense is. When entering I was searching for alka seltzer and was ready to pay. The cashier, Alex I believe was his name, was trying very hard to work with a customer on paying for her things. Totally understandable. But a line starts to form and at least 6 people waiting in line now. So I step up to the counter and ask if I could just pay as I was in a hurry. And he very rudely responded with a «can’t you see I’m helping a customer.» Really? I’m definitely never one to comment on mediocre service. But this is extremely poor, rude, and unnecessary. You think there would be the decency of at least acknowledging the customers and stating he would be with them. BUT not even that! At least taking a customer at the opposite register because he knew he would be taking a while. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for. But then again some people just don’t have the decency or common sense that business is business and how to manage themselves. But hey, that’s what he’s getting paid the big bucks for huh?

I stopped by to get 2 energy drinks with a total of $ 6, I only had a $ 100 and they told me they had no change. I understand and would not make a big deal, but when I went to get a smaller drink since I had a few dollars the gentlemen ahead of me put $ 60 in cash for gas. I asked the worker I wanted the drinks since I notice they had change now, she responded by saying they could not break my bill for ONLY the drinks I had. I really hope profit margins start to decrease and chevron notices is due to the lack of service they deliver.

This dude literally turned off my pump because my phone was in my pocket. Honestly I think the staff could be more polite. I doubt that I will be going to the gas station ever again
