ordered one thing and get a complete other. this location is the most convenient but will go out of my way to go to another. also they didn’t give me a receipt so couldn’t go back and return it. called to let them know and said no that’s what you ordered and how can i dispute with no proof. horrible. oh and fries are old so they do not make when you order.

I’ve been to this Jack in the Box about 7 – 10 times now. And I have to say the drive thru is usually quick and the staff have always been very friendly. Great job guys!

Son unos codos con las papas! I ordered the minchie meal and they gave me very minimal fries. All the other jacks ive been to they are not this greedy. And also i got a peach tea and it tasted disgusting. I had to ask the lady to add more peach flavor. Not a great place to eat. The tacos are great thou

Our whole order was wrong, most likely due to their muffled speaker and the attendant rushed us. Had to go in to get the right stuff and we were charged incorrectly. And my iced coffee was filled only ¾ of the cup and the sprite was bitter. Just really unorganized

Ordered 2 #30 with bacon and got sausage. Parked, went inside so they could fix my order and they gave me 2 breakfast jacks. order was still wrong. Had to go in again. Serioysly it takes u 3 tries to get 2 breakfast sandwiches done? I’m never going back there again.

Drive-they customer service was good. No complaints there. Curly fries are bomb, but the ultimate bacon cheeseburger wasn’t the greatest. The patties tasted old/too frozen. It could have been my body rejecting red meat the way it has been for the last few years. Probably will stick to getting chicken from now on. I wish they would bring back the .99 chicken sandwiches from a few years back.

First time l had an item missing from my order. I called them and they were openly apologetic for the mishap. I was offered any item on the menu for the inconvenience at no cost. Food has always been fresh and good service.
