Chipotle Mexican Grill

I would not even give this place 1 start I went in to get a bowl and I was being served by timmerey she served such little amount of of chicken that I asked for more and she gave me a ugly look and said that’s all she had to give me rudely so I asked to speak with the manager and she said that they only had to serve me a small portion don’t not come here unless you wanna get fed like a BIRD!!! BEWARE

I went on a Saturday right within 30 minutes of opening time. There was no line, and the process went smoothly. Workers were friendly and ready for me.

The WORST Chipotle I’ve been to. Rude employees. Extremely small portions even when you ask for more. They almost always have an attitude especially Dominique. I thought the first time was an off day but no, she was like that again. Maybe she shouldn’t be the first person customers interact with or maybe some customer service training. Anyway I definitely won’t come back here. I’ll stick to Rancho.

The worst thing about this location other than the parking is the lack of care and rushed service they provide with your food. I went in today and there was no one in line and they guy who greeted me literally asked me what I wanted in my entire bowl at once, I felt very rushed and he just threw everything in the bowl so fast and it was also the smallest portion he could have put. I am vegitarian so I had to ask for more lettuce corn rice and beans. I just wish they slowed down when making your food especially when no one was in line and I wish management could acknowledge this problem.

I am a HUGE fan of Chipotle, but this location is not my favorite. Parking is difficult to find, the atmosphere is not as friendly and inviting as other locations, and the food is not as impressive. Chipotle is known for their generous portions, but at this location I am always left asking for more-​more beans, more salsa, more cheese, etc.

This particular location seems kind of soul less, the interior design is cold and un inviting and not as clean. Food is just average and nothing out of ordinary, the steak on my burrito had to much fat and it doesn’t taste the same as in other locations. I think gavilán is much better and generous on the portions.

Chips are always stale and super small portions, especially for the price. Steak is mostly fat. Rancho and Montclair put this location to shame.

Piece of shite…2 bowls and 1 burrito, all arrived cold, overfilled with lettuce, tomato, and guacamole. Give me a break, 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. What a waste of money.

Food is great, as Chipotle ALWAYS is (but I can agree with other commenters– the portion sizes are significantly smaller than any other location I’ve been to). But a closed mouth literally does not get fed, so just ask for more of what you want.
Staff at this location deserves some sort of recognition for smiling while enduring the peculiar array of rude and aggressive attitudes from patrons. The staff members were kind and enthusiastic while either being berated themselves or having to listen to their coworkers be berated by multiple patrons who I can only assume were having bad days.
I picked up dinner from here while driving home from work. I thought twice about it, given the location, but proceeded because, well, it’s Chipotle & it’s in a decent looking shopping center. I felt the same discomfort in the parking lot as I did inside the restaurant. Again, I commend and thank the staff who works here for their positive attitudes & GREAT SERVICE. I don’t see myself coming back to this location. Next time I drive past, I’ll stifle the cravings until closer to home.

First time I came here, it had just opened and you could tell. So, I decided not to review til they had a chance to settle down. Went in today with my wifey for some burrito-​fixin and it was pretty good!
Didnt get sick lol, which is big right now with Chipotle. Was excited to see they sell beers here, good selection of bottles but no draft (supposedly coming soon).
Good sized burrito, and hey, remember, if you got to ask for more, DO IT!

Just recently visit this Chipotle food is great but wish the workers would be less rude and pay attention to our orders. Definitely hasn’t been the first time.

I am a huge chipotle fan but this specific place never has their meat cooked well. I’ve gone twice to this location and had the same experience! I will never be coming back to this specific location.

I recently went to this chipotle location and all the workers were extremely rude and in a hurry.
Jerry/​Jerod, not sure what his name was, he didn’t have a name tag and the cashier Carlos was in to much of a hurry himself to speak slowly and tell me his name, was n such a hurry to throw our rice in the bowl and ask me what I wanted
I asked him if he was in a hurry and he just repeatedly asked me what I wanted…
So rude and the customer service there is a joke
I will not be going to that location again
Very disappointed

First experience: I found a hair in my bowl
Second experience: I’m doing the cashier job instead of her she asked me what I order when it’s her job. The manager are nice that the only great thing!
I RATHER DRIVE TO CHIPOTLE IN RANCHO!

I went to Chipotle because the line for In n out was long. I walk through the door and the line was a little long but moving fast. The employees were having a good time joking with each other while working and that was a pleasant sight, to see employees enjoying themselves at work.
They were out of carnitas, but that was not something I wanted. Two of my burritos tore while rolling and the employee quickly re wrapped the burritos.
Chipotle is always delicious and I will be back

I finally decided to give this location a try. I arrived and there were no lines and just a few diners. I was welcomed with two hellos. I ordered a barbacoa burrito with the stuff I like adding to it. I don’t know if it’s the way the burritos are rolled but they look small. However, you get full. I also ordered a large drink and a side of chips and guacamole. The food wasn’t bad, I just wish they would add more meat. The food was not piping hot and the chips tasted a bit stale.
I’ll return again and give this place another shot. If the food is not hot, I’ll skip this location and go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I have been to many chipotle locations. This is the worst chipotle we’ve ever been too. I highly suggest not going to this place. This location opened up not too long ago, but that is no excuse for poor management, bad customer service, and bad reviews.
My boyfriend and I came to this location yesterday with high hopes that it would be a good experience. Nope. We were wrong. We had an African American gentle men whom did not even greet us, asking how we were doing or asking what we would like; nothing. All he did was give us a blank stare and waited for us to speak. Then the second gentlemen with a piercing on his face, we asked for rice and all he gave us were half of a spoon full of rice. Many many chipotle locations we’ve been too would give us more then a spoon. The second gentlemen spoke in a low tone and didn’t bother looking at his customers directly. Instead he looked down. The chicken was burnt. Tasted horrible.
After our experience I called the manager, April. Let me tell you, what an unprofessional person to speak to. She will talk back, she will cut you off while you’re speaking, she will keep giving you excuses as to why the location has such bad reviews. Just because you guys just opened up it doesn’t give you a reason to just use it as an excuse. She’ll probably tell you they have good reviews that are given through their emails but it be nice to know if they really do or not. I would give this location zero stars, since I can’t post without rating, I guess one star will do. Anyways, I’m just going to give this location a couple months until I decide to come back and give it another try.

The parking lot is a complete clusterf***. Its squished into the In-​N-​Out parking lot, In-​N-​Out puts up all these cones that wrap around the parking lot and force you into their line. If you get in that cone-​zone there is no way out unless you get out of your car and move the cones like I had to do. Then if you finally do turn down the aisle that doesn’t have cones you get cut off, one of those that has no outlet at the end so you have to reverse out of the lot to turn around but naturally you’ll end up with some moron behind you honking… seriously the most frustrated I’ve been with parking in a long time.
We parked across the street eventually and walked to Chipotle. As the other reviews have said, long lines, cold food, small meat portions. I was excited to have a Chipotle in my hometown but it might as well not exist cause I won’t be going back.

Since the first time I have tried this location when they first opened till today, this location has improved overall! They are pretty quick at moving that line unlike the first time I came here.
Good job Rialto location keep up the good work!

This place is poorly managed. To go orders are 30 min late becuase they have 1 employee making them all and 5 guys making walk in food. Do not place an order online. You will be waiting way longer than if you just stood in the line going out the door.
Been here twice and had the same experience. I will not be returning a 3^rd time. Terrible.
