Horrible customer service. Management doesn’t give a F About his employees CLEARLY. they are always short staffed and they are not afraid to tell you! We went in on a Friday afternoon and I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was soooooooo over cooked. Super hard and I ended up telling the manager about it and his response was«oh, the cook over cooked it? He did that? Oh wow» I was like«are you serious, be professional and don’t put the fault on your employee» he should’ve took care of it instead of making unnecessary comments. The sever was nice but she was handling like 5 tables on her own. She was running all over the place. They need new management ASAP!

I called around 1:30 am to place a ‘to-go’ order… the lady that answered was speaking but I didn’t quite hear what she said so I asked a question cuz I wasn’t sure… she right away told me ‘hold up mam’ in a impatient-rude attitude and put me on hold for a while… I hung up, called again… the first thing the person that answers(guy) says was ‘we don’t do phone orders’ in a tone that was«annoyed» so I told him ‘thats weird” …only because I have placed to-go orders several times in the past! After that, the dude hangs up on me… !? Overall experience: Very Unprofessional. «0» stars.

This must’ve been the first Dennys I’ve been to that had horrible service. This was my first time coming here and maybe my last. My family and I waited for our food for almost an hour. By the time we got our food it was cold and my order and my mother’s order were wrong. 5 minutes passed by and we finally got our order correctly. As we were half way done with our breakfast the waitress stopped by and I asked her for a refill. I didn’t see my refill till we were already leaving. She said she didn’t charge us for it but by the time I got it I didn’t even want it anymore. When I walked out to our car I took a sip of my iced cappuccino and it tasted sour. I wouldn’t recommend this Dennys to anyone. I would rather travel 30 minutes to get better service than this.

Got there around 12:30 am and was seated immediately, I’ll give them that. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks taken because according to the waiter ‘he didn’t see us sneak in’. Rude. We got our drinks and the place started getting more customers, but after an hour and a half of not getting our food we started getting impatient. Nobody even came to our table to check on us or give us an update on the food. What made us walk out was the fact that other tables were getting their food regardless of getting there half an hour after us. Bad management and service. It takes a lot to make me give a bad review, but this just wasn’t acceptable. Definitely not going back.

Came in here for dinnner with my kids on Saturday night. Service took forever… I had a waitress who was truly husseling, but when you have only three waiters and a full house(wasnt when arrived buy by the time we got our food it was) you have some problems. There was a guy waiter who stuck to his corner on the other side of the resturant and didnt try to help out. Then the rest of the resturant was full with one waitress who was taking her sweet time and our waitress who was trying to do about 10 full tables by herself. It took about 45 minutes to get our food for four people, then another 15 to get my plain olé’ coffee. I mean come on, help the poor waitress out and get her some help. The only reason I gave this place two stars was because the girl deserved one for the effort its not her fault this place is understaffed. Needless to say I wont be coming back here. Stay AWAY.

My bf and I had been waiting for over 25mins before we even got asked what we would like to order. At the time of arrival there were only three tables with very minimal amount of people. The manager had verbally told us where we could sit instead of guiding us. During our wait, several young teenagers had arrived and got their order taken before us. This is the SECOND time we have came here and had bad service. I stared at both waitresses hoping one would notice that I was trying to get their attention, but I got no response even after they walked by us. We literally got up and left before we even got asked what we would like to order. As we were walking out, the manager had ask«did they not help you?» I told him«No. We never had a chance to order. It’s fine.» I thought I’d give this location another chance, but I’m never coming back here again. I’d rather drive an extra 15mins before I come back here.

Got here at 8:35pm it’s now 8:50pm drinks brought and order taken. Let’s see how long it takes. Drinks were brought quick lets hope the food is the same.. .to be continued.. .Okay food brought at 9:01pm very impressed. Keep up the good work.

Waited over an hour for our food while people who were seated after is received there meals first. Then when we finally received our food it was stale and Luke warm. By the time we took a bite it was cold. My French toast was so burnt I couldn’t cut through it and all a nearby waitress said was«oops». The service isn’t terrible. Im convinced it’s the cooks. Clean yourself up Denny’s, this location makes me not want to eat at any of them.

I think best time to come on a Sunday morning is before 10am.. We got seated fairly fast by the hostess who listened to my request for a booth. My family and I was fortunate to get friendly, fast, and, good service by waiter Alexis. She followed up with coffee and refills and breakfast was warm and tasty.

Gosh, there needs to be another closer one. I don’t like the area. This place is small, overcrowded and slow. Came here for breakfast yet had lunch instead. Food was plain and strawberry lemonade tasted like Kool-Aid.

I like this Denny’s. I have always gotten good service. Place is clean. When I place my order. I get my food in a Very good time frame. My son loves the kids menu. Their prices are reason able. The food is good. When I am working night shifts? It seriously helps A single mom. To have good food. At very reasonable Prices to feed her child. :)

This place it’s usually my go to for breakfast. Unfortunately today, was not. Sat down for more than five minutes without as much as a glass of water. The servers were completely slammed w service, so I don’t put much blame on them, as much as I would management for not having sufficient staff, on what, I would assume statistically is one of the more busy times of the year. I ended up walking out without any service at all.

Immediately entering the premises the foul odor of ketchup and garbage entered my nasal passage. We were seated quickly and not long after, were«greeted» by our stale waiter who never mentioned his name so we will refer to him as Tom. As we proceeded to order, Tom rudely walked away and came back to us with our tap water, with a rotten lemon and once again left abruptly without saying a word nor taking our order. After what seemed like a millennium, Tom finally came back and took our order and once again left without a word. During the wait for the arrival for our food, I entered the ladies room and was instantly overwhelmed by the uncleanliness and unbearable odor. I am understanding that it is after all a restroom but being this is a professional facility I expect cleanliness to be at least somewhat maintained. I was unable to use the ladies room due to the clogged toilets and lack of toilet tissue and seat protectors so I proceeded to go back to my seat. Upon my arrival I was pleased to see my food had arrived in a timely manner but as I took my first bite I was not even surprised when I came to the realization that my sausage was undercooked, all my food was cold, and everything was extremely greasy. Predictable. My fiancé food looked average but was also cold and of course the waiter didn’t think to bring along any syrup with his order of pancakes. Once again the sluggish waiter took ages to come back to check on our table and took ages to return with the syrup we requested. By that time, we were over the horrid food but managed to consume half of the entrée during our wait time. We rushed to exit the establishment and proceeded to pay the 25 dollars for our below average meal and before completing our transaction our waiter Tom asked if we would like to leave a tip, really? That was the most we had heard him say all night. Overall this is the worst Denny’s i have ever encountered. The food, environment, and the staff were mediocre and even that is giving them to much credit. I would zero stars if I had the option.

I live fairly close to this location and decided to order to go and walk there to pick it up. Ordering was simple and the man taking my order seemed to have gotten it all correct so i was quite satisfied, as soon as i walked in the door. it went all down hill. My order was: A Classic Burger w/American Cheese and seasoned fries, Baja Quesadilla burger, Regular pancake puppies, a Vanilla iced Coffee and a side of ranch. Upon entering, the host, not even paying attention called me Sir. I realized that the man taking my order over the phone was the«manager» and he informed me they were all out of vanilla syrup for the iced coffee.understandable. Things run out so decided not to get one. He packed everything in the bag, it was COMPLETELYWRONG. The quesadilla burger was cold, the lettuce in the classic burger was browning. they gave me regular fries instead of seasoned, icing instead of ranch, and the pancake puppies were not only completely wrong(they gave me blueberry) but they were molding… I am in complete disgust and i will not be returning to this location ever again. If i could, this would have recieved ZERO stars from me.

The manager greeted us right away and was super nice. Lily was a really nice server and took good care of us. Little slow some times but really was there when we needed refills and such. Food was made really fast and was fresh and hot. Nice to see a Denny’s doing a good job. Good Job Here!
