Dry Clean Express

This business is operated by a sad, sad man who shows absolutely no respect to any of his customers. One customer after another, as I quietly waited there, I watched the owner treat each customer with the utmost disrespect. Then it was my turn, he took the sheep rug which I kindly asked for to be dry cleaned, when I received it a few days later, I went to my car, checked it (under sunlight), and saw that it was untouched, uncleaned, and the same as before. Walked back in, dropped it off and asked the young lady to take it back and rewash it, and so she did. That night, I receive a call from the owner and he is yelling calling me a liar. He accused me of replacing the sheep rug with another «dirty» sheep rug. No, sir. It is not «another dirty sheep rug.» Your staff clearly did a dirty job. Never coming back. And DEFINITELY stay clear from this piece of crap owner and his sad, sad business.

Terrible service. I came here for the first time and the owner, with a serious face, gave me a rude attitude. I let that slide and came back a couple of days later. I noticed that my items looked nearly the same as they did when I brought them in. Thank you, but I will not be coming back.

My family and friends have been coming here for many years. They do good work at reasonable prices. The owner is a bit on the serious side but he is very professional.
