I think the oil is bad. The chicken is hard and oily I don’t know about that other thing … Not good

All I have to say is wow!!! 10 minutes to get to the window and they still did not have my order ready. I had to pull to park in the reserved drive thru spot but they already had others parked there. Never again will I come to this McDonald’s because they are bad at getting orders out. Waited an additional 10 – 15 minutes just for an iced coffee. Not sure what there deal is but someone needs to be taught how to run a fast food restaurant. Piss poor management.

Well I seen alot of negative reviews. All I can say is I had a good experience eating here. My food came quick and fresh and taste good. It was clean and maintained. I’ve been to some nasty McDonald’s. Thumbs up.

Wow i was surprised for the first time that they refused to give me water cup that i kindly asked for. I dined in with my son on January 25, 2016 and I just simply asked for water cup and i was told by a crew that they don’t have water cups anymore. I never had any problem before asking for water cup for all the years I’ve dined in at McDonald’s. A multi-billion dollar company can’t even give me water cup!!! I’m shaking my head!

This location has a ridiculously unorganized and rude night crew. I went thru the drive thru, literally minutes ago and after waiting for a good 5 minutes at the speaker, someone finally answered, I ordered, and was told to pay at the first window. I waited behind another car who was paying at the first window. I pull up to the first window and no one is at the window. During the 10 minutes that I waited at the window, 2 – 3 employees walked pass, 1 even standing next to the window, all failed to tell me that the register was closing. I finally pulled ahead with no given direction from anyone, where I was rang out for my order. I told the cashier that I waited there for 15 mins, to which she replied«it was not 15 mins» okay so then regardless of the actual wait time, which is was 15 mins, that means that someone was aware that there were orders waiting. What did you think I was back there doing? Holding a prayer circle in the drive thru? The manager on duty, also completely clueless, gave responses that«oh they just didn’t know» and«we always close the 1st window after 10».which is interesting because as you recall the car in front of me paid at the 1st window, where again I was instructed to go. And even if it were my mistake, let’s say that my mid –20 year old hearing ability is fading, perhaps ONE of the THREE employees that walked passed, or maybe, just maybe, even the one employee that actually approached the window, could have opened it and said«miss please pull ahead, no one is going to help you here.» Useless ass group of people.

I work across the street & I decided to come in for the 1st to order a few item the dollar menu and with a total of $ 5 spend I asked for a cup of water. The comments that came next where unbelievable, «due to the owner decision we no longer give water» really this is how this McDonald’s expects to win customers. I can gladly say I will be taking my business elsewhere, where my money is welcome.

Their service is horrible I’ve only gone three times in those three times I had left and not even gotten my food there drive-through sucks their employees are retarded as fuck they need to fire all of them they never get my order right how hard is 10 piece chicken nuggets with large fries and a drink with barbecue sauce on the side it’s not that hard I guess that’s what happens when you hire dumbasses who never graduated high school

If it weren’t for the fact that i was craving a mcflurry while out shopping at Food4Less i never would have stopped here yesterday. This location is a constant disappointment. How have things not changed since my last review? Came in yesterday around 2pm, The cashier was quick to take my order. A cheeseburger and Snack size mcflurry and then he was soon after sent to take care of the drive thru window and make hot chocolates. My order was on the board for an entire 15 minutes being overlooked by TWO workers(one of them being the manager) and she STILL blamed the poor guy for«forgetting about her customer» Neither of the two people taking care of the orders even apologized, instead they scolded the cashier and had him apologize to me. Guy, i don’t know your name but it wasn’t your fault. Management. Take responsibility for your lack of customer service. I appreciate that you gave me a regular sized mcflurry, but that isn’t what i wanted. I wanted to not have to wait 15 minutes for TWO items that should have taken less than 2 minutes.

Horrible first time experience here! I drove up to the drive thru speaker and no one greeted me so i just started to order after waiting 5 mins for someone! Then i get the the pick up window and the guy starts giving me my food my happy meal didnt have a toy so i asked him why there wasnt a toy he said i dont know and shrugged his shoulders like a little kid! Then he goes to get the toy and i asked for buffalo and ranch sauce this idiot gives me a bbq and ranch like really you cant read! I will never go there again!

Lets just say they are lucky my daughter loves the hotcakes and sausage otherwise i would never attend McDonalds. I was happy to see a new building being built and thought hey maybe its Sonic, Chipotle, Fazolis, but nope, another McDonalds, as if Rialto doesnt have enough as it is. I think that makes it 3 or 4 not including the ones in Wal Mart. So this experience I go to the drive thru to order some breakfast and an Oreo Frappé that is on the menu, then the employee tells me we dont sell that anymore, well take it off the menu then. I get to the window and my order isnt ready to go park at the designated drive thru pick up spots. Well those were taken by customers who i guess dont like to walk an extra few feet and park in a normal parking spot or dont read english. So now i have to park in a spot, wait for them to leave then go to the drive thru pick up spot. I wait a few minutes and finally it is brought out to me by just handing it thru the window. No Hi, sorry about the wait, anything else i can help you with, have a good day, nothing, what a joke! Then i get home and the bacon looks like dog treats, burnt to a crisp, my dog didnt even want to eat it. Drive to Rancho or North Fontana if you want good food.

This is a fairly new McDonald’s that recently opened up close to where I live. Everything is ok except for the drive thru which took 17 min for them to finally take my order! And to make it worse they got my order wrong! So ridiculous! Save yourself the hassle and just walk inside instead!
