Horrible.
Today I I took my three year old to breakfast. Everything was fine at first. I took my daughter to the restroom and left our jackets behind so it didn’t look like we left and once we came back our food was piled up on each other our things were three to the same on the floor and our table was cleaned up. We only got thru half the meal and didn’t even get to finish our food. Our breakfast was ruin. And now my daughter is still hungry !!! Grrrrrr !!!

Very disappointed in the changes at this location. Menu was different and the prices were higher. Asked if they accepted coupons and was told not this location. The food was ok but likely won’t be returning to pay $ 13 for a cheese burger. The place was fairly empty and we were there in a Wednesday around 6pm normal dinner hour. Would have rather driven 9 miles to Red Robin!

I get to go here with my hubby on our days off and Salma is outstanding every time they are always super packed on Monday and Wednesday, and with wonderful service like hers. I can tell the male Hispanic Manager I don’t know his name always runs a good shift people are always in the right places and on point when he is working went her on a Tuesday and that will be the last manager wasn’t seen and the service wasn’t good… So we always go to see salma when she is working always remembers our drinks and she is super friendly and always on point with her service !!! I can’t say enough about this server! Being a general manager of a restaurant myself and my husband also being a restaurant great service is very important and we are always happy to spend a great breakfast here! Thank you Salma

Love panckakes anytime of the day so when i dont feel like cooking Ihop i head to. They have such a variety from breakfast, lunch & dinner. The food is cooked to order so its fresh. I am giving them a 4 star for todays visit just because I ordered an orange juice and I never got it. Sure it was an oversight. Will definitely be back.

Good morning I call my family to have breakfast at IHOP in Fontana it’s on foothill and Sierra so we got there they told us it’s going to be a 25 min wait so I’m like cool. 25 min past I went and ask again the manager told me 10 min ok cool 9 min past Sr your table of 10 it’s ready defently coming back to this place

Another disappointment at this establishment… Ordered chicken with waffles asked for pecans cause it comes with them. Waited other ppl came in after me and my family and they got their order. Waiting food comes out and my waffles comes out waitress says she’s gonna get the pecans… Comes back with oh well no pecans. Yeah not a happy customers she knew there was no pecans. I do not recommend this IHOP to anyone not a happy environment and Dont have the rt ingredients to your meals. I would have chosen McDonalds rt about now and I dislike McDonald’s. Very disappointed too bad theirs no –stars…

If I could give zero stars I would, I just attempted to have breakfast with my mom and daughter and ended up walking out. As we were waiting a cockroach was crawling on the wall, we alerted a server and she came and killed it. Then after we were served another cockroach appeared. Never once did they offer to move us nor did any leadership such as management approach us to apologize. I’m so disgusted! Worst breakfast experience ever!!!

I went in there today, took my mom and sister for breakfast. The service was excellent, food was great, and ohh the girl who sat us at out table… wow she was beautiful… young Hispanic chick. Have no complains about this spot.

IHOP Franchise office contacted me after my last negative review 2 weeks ago, I received a «standard» «…we apologize for the unsatisfactory impression this visit left with you…» letter and included a ‘complimentary meal pass’. So I went back & tried another dish, Italian Pasta with chicken with a bowl of delicious chicken noodle soup.
Sorry IHOP… the chicken was over cooked and hard the same way the turkey was… it must be just the way your company prepares these items, which I do not like and your fantastic soups are still being served with the same «old, stale crackers».
In conclusion, I do enjoy many IHOP menu items and since we live nearby, will most likely return, however, I will just not order certain selections.
When I came back on Unilocal today to post this follow-​up review I noticed IHOP has posted 100+ promotional pictures of their menu… was this to «crowd out» the 2 pictures posted by customers??? … I wonder.

Good for a quick and cheap bite. Summer special with 2 specialty pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon on 6.49. Seated me quick. Served me quick. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the lemon cream cheese in my pancakes. I’ll go with the peach cobbler pancakes next time or the original. Nice peaceful atmosphere. They let me drink coffee and read without feeling rushed to leave.

Horrible service I always try to place my order over the phone so that when I get to the restaurant is reafy, but it’s always a trial the girls always put me on hold and at least I have to call back 3 times, like today was a record left me on hold four times the last one was the manager on duty this morning, horrible and then u get attitudes need to improve on customer service IHOP!
The one and only positive person and always very helpful is Andrew very polite and prompt to attend to the phone and even when we eat here he’s very attentive!

Horrible!!! Drank half my hot coco to find something in the cup that shouldn’t have been there, my daughter ordered a kids hamburger and it came out with mold on the bun. The food didn’t taste right and there was something strange in my hash browns. We will not be back!!!

My new go to spot for a quick meal with the wifey. Its better than most resturants near its location and they accommodate for my sons car seat. Its probably not the best place for impatient people who think they deserve special attention because they are spending a few bucks. If you are nice the employees will be also.

Won’t come to this IHOP again. Waitress was rude and kept helping other customers before us. There were people that came in, ate and left before we were helped. I know thy were busy and all… but still not cool.

Came in today and was greeted and seated very promptly. Now places like this are a dime a dozen. I could of very well made my own pancakes, eggs, and bacon. I believe that places like this get judged solely on their ability to have quick service. Today they nailed it.
Not only were they quick to seat me. But were also quick to get my food to me, even though the place was packed and not one table was free the entire time I was there. The server was also extremely nice, as well as the host.

My friends and I have breakfast there every Sunday morning and I must say they are always packed and the service has always been excellent. We tried Red Hill Coffee shop across the street and I would not step foot back in that place. With that being said hats off to IHOP see you Sunday !
