I’ve been a Verizon customer for better than 10 years. There is one particular employee(George Paulik the store manager) that I’ve followed from store to store as he has been transferred over time. He has always been courteous, genuine, and extremely helpful. He seems to earn the respect of his employees which in turn make them a pleasure to deal with as well. I can’t speak for him, but I can describe him from my perspective which in two words would be «customer centric.» While updating phones for my family over the past couple of weeks, I dealt with three stores in all. The first one(Upland near Colony’s and Albertsons) was absolutely terrible and was the worst phone store experience I have ever had. If I had to deal with them again I would rather change to AT&T. BTW, thanks(he says sarcastically) to Ny(store manager) from that store for promising me she would call back twice, but never did. And a special thanks(further sarcasm) to Sandra for«slamming» our account with two services we never asked for and she never disclosed. The second store visit at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga started out horrible but was somewhat rescued by the store manager(I can’t remember her name, but she was very nice). Then I went to this Rialto store. I had to drive about 30 miles round-trip to get there(which is why we tried the other two stores first) and passed several other Verizon stores on the way. After the GREAT experience in this store, dealing with both George and Viri Dorado I’ve decided that I’ll drive 100 miles round-trip, if necessary, next time in order to do business with George and his staff. Viri was very professional, personable, and efficient. Thank you both for the job well done!

The manager Michelle was very helpful and The entire staff was very welcoming which, made my shopping experience very enjoyable. I dread going to Verizon stores but when I took my broken phone into this store I had a complete change of heart. I ended up getting a new phone and few new goodies. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and they were very patient with me as I looked at almost every phone there. Michelle was very helpful assisting me with my billing issues and made sure that I was paying the correct amount. I appreciated the extra time she took in helping me understand everything. I will for sure come back to this store location and recommend it to others aswell. The best Verizon store I have been to it was also a plus that almost all the employees there were bilingual and spoke both English and Spanish.

I like the fact that the manager comes to put your name into the system so that to insure customer order but jumps to the person who came in after you. Why ask for your name if your not going to attend to customers in order very unprofessional.

Took about two weeks to get my «Overnighted» phone, was backdated on LAST months bill, and last months bill doubled during the time I didn’t have any use of my new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone. Took me 5 customer service calls and 4 visits to the store in a 13 – 14 day time period to get a new phone. The plan that was originally quoted me was NOT honored, and when I asked about my promised grandfathering of a plan I was promised, I was simply told that the service rep had LIED to me, and said quite frankly in a oh well attitude. I feel like a full time employee of Verizon, with zero pay, zero benefits and 100% of the frustration. 14 plus years with Verizon and I feel like they treat you like a leper. Come Monday I will have to get Stephen Hawking to talk with customer service to decipher the complex accounting of what they call my bill. Verizon is a chicken hawk who takes advantage of our busy schedules with complicated billing, legalese, and scheister tactics. Beware!
