First they got my order wrong and had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay 2.16 additional for their mistake. So I had them crest me a receipt for that difference. I started to pay with 216 pennies or place it on my credit card. After 5 additional minutes I finally got my receipt and left. Poor customer service experience. Smh

Services was for shit! for the first time I feel like a fucking minority. Not once was i offered a refill, napkins or anything I had to ask for everything. And all Cutlery cups and plates were left in my table while other parties had their tables cleaned on a regular. Very fucking disappointed the food was delicious though.

This is not somewhere I come often. I do like the salad bar and the Malibu chicken along with the cheese toast. I came here on Thursday and what a disappointment. I got the Malibu chicken and the salad bar. What a waste of money. The salad bar was empty and no one was re stocking it. The food that was there was old and dry. I had to tell the waiter to bring out a few items from the salad bar, which only two items made it. No corn fritters available. It’s sad because the salad bar is not bad when fresh and stocked. The food for the most part has been tasty. It’s sad when a business becomes careless and lazy. I don’t understand how an establishment that is allowing you to purchase a meal from them is allowing this. There was one waiter for the whole restaurant, so if you needed something either you get up or wait until he came around. My Malibu chicken looked different then what it usually looks like when I’ve ordered it in the past. I ended up leaving most of my meal. Just didn’t taste bomb. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

This Sizzler is my new favorite place family friendly and always provides the best customer service. The food is delicious and the cashiers are always friendly. Clean salad bar and restaurant.

HORRIBLE. Manager is rude and sneaky, over charging us.(Double check your recipet!) Hot food in salad bar was cold and disgusting. Burger took forever, it was burnt and half of the bottom bun was missing. lol. Our waitress was sweet, prego and about to pop. Wish her all the best. We will not be returning here.

This place sucks ! They don’t care for the customers manager does not care about the service. Messed up on both plates and didn’t give a refund all he did was argue back and fourth. Never coming back here sad to say because I was a regular

I have enjoyed going to Sizzler’s with my family since I was a boy, and have fond memories of their great friendly service from the moment they took your order, to the waitress who brought us their famously delicious warm cheese toast that melts in your mouth, to their juicy steaks, baked potatoes with melted butter sour cream and chives. Mmmmm… Siiiiiizzzzzler…remember the commercial? Lol The endless salad bar that had so many fresh choices as well as a clean environment have me craving lunch or dinner there to this day. Fast forward in time and not much has changed, but somethings have unfortunately. I have dined at all the Sizzler’s in the Inland Empire and not all are the same, trust me. This one is the best one of all in my opinion. The manger is very nice and friendly and will take time to talk with you, which is rare these days. I have found there are good and bad servers in all restaurants this one is no different. But I when I have brought my issues to the manager he always would apologize and offer to remedy the problem with out being defensive. Really love their flavorful 6⁄8 oz steak here. I order mine medium, so juicy and tasty. The salad bar is kept fresh clean and stocked. And when I’m done with my meal, have to end it with a little bit of their ice cream bar with some of their banana nila wafer pudding. So yummy! Are they perfect? Of course not, who is? No they are not on the level of other big name steak houses or restaurant chains with all the décor and ambiance. But if your looking for a great place to take your family or co workers out to enjoy some good food and service for lunch or dinner I definitely recommend eating here. They also have brunch on Sunday’s with a taco and omelette bar, and a very good variety of food, which you can’t beat for the price and convenience of location. Sometimes just don’t want to drive all the way down to hospitality lane, or go to the gardens. I will continue to come here and enjoy their food and service as long as they keep the Sizzle at Sizzler’s that I remember with fond memories as a child with my family.

Super friendly, very attentive and clean. Our bread got there within 2 min. Our food within 10. Salad bar maintained. Customer service was great. Checked up on us constantly, kept our table tidy, answered any questions. Definitely coming back.

Stopped in for lunch. Both husband and I had the endless salad bar. 11:00 and find hot items were cold. Our green salad was ok. A lot of items to add were not even out yet. We had to ask for mushrooms. The soups were warm and the chicken noodle looked disgusting! Noodles were thick and hard. Stock was a green color. I couldn’t bring myself to taste it. The taco shells were stale and meat very dry. Pico de gallo was old… tomatoes were too soft and squishy. This is not one of the better Sizzlers. I don’t think we will be coming back. There are better Sizzlers elsewhere

I’ve been to several Sizzler restaurants in my life. This is not one of the best. It was clean, but the food was very bland as was the décor. Will not return to this location again.

Had the all you can eat ribs buffet with my co-workers. Brought three little pieces of ribs at a time. Then the guy has the nerve to ask if we want more. Didn’t we pay for the all you can eat? Then he tells us it will be 20 minutes before he can bring us ribs. I don’t understand why because if this is their promotion, shouldn’t they be ready? Well when he finally brings them, it’s one rib cut in half, and they are not traditional ribs, they’re short ribs which is not what was advertised. Two of my coworkers got sick.

My wife & I decided to go to the Sizzler on Baseline Rd. & Riverside Ave. in Rialto. We’ve been there before and haven’t really had any problems there until today. We ordered the All You Can Eat Ribs & Salad Bar(my wife had the Salad Bar & I had the Ribs). When the Ribs finally came, there were 2 or 3 small pieces AND very little sauce. We already thought that was odd(in a bad way), but we tried it anyway. The Ribs were dry, over-cooked & just not good! We suffered & picked thru it thinking that maybe this was just bunch. After we ordered another serving, they brought us 2 small pieces of Ribs this time, and these tasted not only worse, but had even a lesser amount of sauce. My wife immediately called over the waiter & told him(his name was Alam) that she wanted a refund. He complied with no problem, had us fill out a form(for refunds) and gave us our money for the Ribs. If this was it, I’d have no problem, and I even thanked them for being gracious & compliant about our refund, but it went further… They asked us if we wanted anything else and we said no. We decided to finish the Salad Bar and our drinks. While we sat there eating thru it, the waiter came back to us and asked if he wanted us to charge us for another Salad Bar. We ere puzzled at the question and said no thank you. He then said, «Well, you’re both eating of the Salad Bar, and it’s not free!» I was appalled, but then asked him can I not eat off my wife’s plate? He said«No!» I then realized he/they were retaliating against us about getting a refund. So I said that in Customer Service, since our order was so bad & got a refund on it, they’d not make an issue of me eating off my wife’s plate(since I didn’t get to eat the Ribs, I was just taking a bite or two of her stuff. I didn’t get an entire plate of anything from there!). He said that was too bad, and that I couldn’t eat off her plate, period! We then got up and left. The customer service was okay up to this point, but the end of our stay was a game changer for me. When I asked for the manager, «Alam» told me he was the manager at that time & wouldn’t give me the actual manager’s name, but instead gave me a card to fill out a survey for store # 0779.

I haven’t been to a Sizzler in over 20 years but this experience has changed my perspective. They open at 10am, we were a little early. The omelette bar is very good, made fresh to order with an all you can eat buffet, we will be coming again. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thumbs up.

I went to the Sizzler Brunch this morning to sample the fare. The price for brunch and coffee was $ 15.64. Basically they added an omelette and waffle cooking station to the existing salad bar. I had a vegetarian omelette and a freshly made waffle both which were very good. The cooking station chef was named Eddie and he prepares the omelet made to order. They offer all of the veggies as well as shrimp, crab meat(imitation), sausage, bacon, and cheese for your omelette. Chef Eddie should add a tip jar to his table to pickup a few extra bucks. The pancakes were in a warmer tray and didn’t look they were fresh or warm. The pastry selection was slim as they only offered two types of pastry and slices of pound cake. My coffee was hot but weak. The breakfast food filled me up so I didn’t hit the salad bar. Everyone who works in the restaurant spoke Spanish and English. The wait staff was attentive as they kept my coffee cup full and supplied me with clean replacement plates in a timely manner. They start serving brunch at 10 am and I recommend you get there early. Hometown Buffet and Sizzler are the only places in Rialto that serve brunch(that i know of) and I suspect Sizzler will fill up with families looking pig out after church services once word gets out that they have a Sunday Brunch.

My Rialto Sizzler is improved for several years ago. The Sunday brunch was pretty good for a Sizzler. but during the week. I am still inclined to by bypass this one and drive to the in on Waterman in San Bernardo. Rialto Sizzler needs to work harder a keeping the salad bar looking fresh. Stir the dressing, soups and the sauces every once in a while. Toss the leafy greens and mix thing up more often.

So we decided to stop here on New Years day, our mistake. Im guessing that because it was very slow, they felt no need to keep the salad bar stocked. I had to complain to our wonderful waiter Eddie, who apologized and quickly addressed the problem. If it were not the delish cheese bread and fantastic clam chowder I don’t think I would go back. Everything else included in salad bar was yucky.

Stopped by one day with the family not really wanting or expecting to eat at Sizzlers… just kind of «in the moment thing. We were just so hungry at the time and this was the closest spot. Wasn’t even expecting the food to be that great but the food was actually better than expected. It had been so many yrs since I’d been to Sizzlers that I honestly forgot how there food was like. I got a steak that was nice and juicy and the wife got a shrimp plate that she commented was good as well. The service was good and the place nice and clean. I Would rate it a 3AND A HALF because I felt the food was a little above average but since I can’t then 3 it is. Good enough that I wouldn’t mind going back!

Okay, normally I wouldn’t write a review for a chain restaurant that pretty much everyone has been to at least once in their lifetime. BUT, I came here this morning for brunch and had to give them kudos. They have an omelette and waffle bar that is really, really good! They also have a lot of other American and Mexican breakfast items. Also, the service was amazing. Every person who worked there was polite, friendly, and attentive. Never thought I’d be so impressed with Sunday brunch here, but you should really try it…

Sitting on the corner of Baseline and Riverside, I’ve driven right on by this place many a time, but in the background, I could hear it calling out to me, like a Siren’s song to a sailor. Finally, last week, I mustered enough courage and decided to heed those calls. As soon as I go in, who do I see? It’s the manager of the Sizzler I used to go to in Ontario, and he recognizes me, even asking if I was going to have my usual, which was«Steak and all-you-can-eat Shrimp». It was very cool being remembered like that, I have to say. For that reason alone, they get the extra star! As far as Sizzlers go, this was pretty much the same as all of the others, but it’s cool to go someplace where they know you, even if it is only Sizzler. Plus, it’s nice to have a place in town where I can get something that even resembles a steak, because where I work, there ain’t nothing like that in town. Hey, I never claimed to be a gourmet, so back off!
