Gotta give a 5star review for a few reasons and here is why: Before I went to the store I called to see if they had mlb the show 15 for ps4 in stock which they did so I went off and put it on hold for me. After arriving I was greeted and helped very quickly, Carla was the one who I spoke with on the phone and made the transaction when I got to the store. She also helped my niece find her game for the wii U. I’ve been to other game stops before and their service really sucked since they are always busy on the phone and often seem distracted, but today’s experience was good. Got my game so I’m a happy camper! If I was to give you some pointers to customers. Either go to the store when it first opens or is gonna close… Not the last minute but like 30 minutes to avoid all the little kids who are in there causing a mess. Overall service was fantastic. Part of the problem with Unilocal reviews is that people often only leave them when they’ve had a really good or really bad experience, and that skews the results. My husband and I have been coming to this store regularly since it opened, and have overall had very good experiences. Are the associates perfect? Of course not, but we’ve never had one be rude(and the way some customers treat them, I admire their ability to stay polite). Often they’ve been very helpful, even in ways that may cost them a sale(like warning us off a bad game). Yes, sometimes the wait on them answering the phone is long, but on the other hand some people complain if they’re in the store and a clerk picks up the phone while working the counter, so no matter what they do someone will gripe. The size of the store can be an issue sometimes since I often use a wheelchair, but I’ve been in bigger GameStop’s where I had less room to maneuver because of the way displays are placed. On the other hand, it does mean that sometimes we end up going to stores in Fontana or Redlands to get something that the Rialto store doesn’t have in stock. Most of the time, though, it’s not an issue.

Horrific Customer Service! I called(909) 820‑3283 and wanted to speak with the store mgr about an issue. Jesus answered the phone and said he is the mgr. After asking him a few questions to find out he is only an ASST mgr. He argued that ASST and regular mgr are the same. If so, why his title is only«ASST?» His salary is less than a regular mgr. Jesus is too argumentative, provoking, combatant, and incapable of handling my issue; he has wasted my time. I had to repeat the same when the regular mgr is back. Being egoistical and bully, Jesus is the worst kind in customer service, low-leveled, a loser; but why would he care! He receives paychecks anyway. He has no respect to customers and has just lost my business. My family and friends would never shop there. Strongly not recommend!

Never answerrrrrs the phone dammmmmmit. The workers honestly always seem lost and they’ll just stare at you and not say anything lol, goodness, and its super tiny, prob the smalled ive been too

Like the other guy said the cashiers are assholes. The cashier Andrew is the very worst but the one black guy that works there is ok. If you really must go there — walk in and see if its a black guy — if not then RUN!!!
