I get what everyone is saying about the staff, but most of them are just apathetic not necessarily rude. Newer hires are more friendly and helpful, selection is great, and they have 99 cent rentals with student ID! I like this place.

Selection is weak and worst staff I have ever encountered, with their attitude I am assuming they get paid very little, should just shut it down.

If I could give a zero I would. Just because I am tattooed have a Mohawk and WHITE I am going to steal your DVDs? Oh wait, I am not from Rialto? Oh wait and I not fucking brown? I make more and service more customers in a better manner and so does my store… That means I can’t rent from you? I work down the street and here Monday they Friday and would return your shit! Please, rude bitch fuck off

RUDE STAFF! If you want to be treated rudely, then Planet DVD is the place to go. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I’ll stick to Redbox.

This place has a good variety of new movies etc. but sheesh the staff that works there is beyond rude! One girl actually that God forbid you ask for assistance, I’d rather go to redbox if it means dealing with this sucky customer service

Wow its ridiculous that I was asked to bring in proof of address just to sign up to get a freaking dvd. Staff is super rude everytime me and my husband go there… went 3 times never again!

Will never spend my money in this place ever again… In the past one of the female employees has always been rude to my wife on a few occasion. So my wife has never stepped foot since but I looked past this because I always support local shops. But just recently I purchased the 3 movies 2 popcorn and 1 soda deal… Well I didn’t open the soda till the next day and it was expired and flat so when I dropped the movies off that next morning I told one of the employes about the soda and they told me no I can’t exchange it out and gave me attitude like I was stupid and trying to get something for free… Planet DVD if you want to survive in this market place you need to work on your customer service ASAP. You have failed. The only reason u have one star is because it wouldn’t let me put negative stars
