Seriously, one of the best torta’s I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the menu was entirely in Spanish, so I asked the waitress for her recommendation, and she definitely hooked me up right. The torta had 3 meats, two of which were ham and carne asada. I’m not sure what the third meat was, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out on my next visit. The place is larger than it looks from the outside, and it’s clean and spacious inside. I intend on updating this rather weak review after I’ve had the chance to visit it a few more times. **Update 9/20/07** Okay, I managed to go 2 days without coming back here, but I broke down and decided to bring some food back for some of my co-workers. I ordered my «usual», and I noticed that the 3rd meat item was something called«lomo». Unfortunately, the counter person had no idea what lomo was, and as it turned out, 2 people back at the office who claimed to know Spanish had no idea what it was, either. Unfortunately, one of the 2 said that she thought maybe lomo had something to do with the head area, thus striking fear into my heart. Much to my relief, my friend Lauren did some sleuthing and found out that lomo was actually«loin», or more specifically, pork loin. Mystery solved. Thank God! I can eat more of these things with a song in my heart!
