Horrible, rude people and broken machines called and asked if they had western union before I drove out here they said yes but neglected to tell me machine was broken so I drove out here for nothing, and the only person up front is so rude just sitting there on a chair by the photo counter

Horrible service here. I called to get something held up front, when I come in, they say they had no recollection of it. Anytime I go in there the staff is never helpful, and can never answer any questions, and have no knowledge of any products or even where to find anything. This place is a total lost cause and I refuse to go here ever again.

I went for a passport picture and the guy told me he would be right with me because I was the next customer. Instead he went to the register side of the store and opened a register for the customer ahead of me. This was fine until l realized that I had stood at the photo counter for 10 minutes while the man helped customer after customer after customer. I eventually left. Horrible experience that I really don’t understand because there were two other registers open for the customers. He could have returned to the photo counter after helping his one customer.

I love drugstores and Walgreens is my favorite! This one is cool because it is down the street from me. Checkout is super fast and employees are friendly. I like their bogo deals and that they are right off the 210. I recently moved to Rialto from rancho and this is the only shopping center I like, locally.

The only reason to go this Walgreens in an absolute emergency. Even then, you may save some time driving the 10 minutes to Target @ Summit.
Firstly, ALL Walgreens are extremely overpriced. Its absolutely amazing that they are still business with the amount of price gouging. EX– small bottle of Delsym cough syrup at Walgreens is the same price as the the large bottle of the same product at Target! How do they get away with that?
Secondly, the staff is either rude/apathetic or completely incompetent. Be prepared to wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time for your over priced merchandise. That is, if you can find someone at the register. You may have to hunt a cashier down, in which case they will be sure to let you know how put out they are.
Save some time, money and frustration– drive the extra few minutes to another store!
