My friend and I have been trying to find a bootcamp we would both enjoy, is convenient to us and affordable, and well it’s been found! I look forward to coming to class which is very hard to do for me since I almost always talk myself out of going. But Angie’s great and so are all the other lady’s in the glass! We all have fun and encourage each other and if Angie sees you struggling she encourages and shows a modification! I have tried to do a «guy» push-up for ever and have never been able to do it. But since I started going to Angie’s class I can actually do it! Can’t wait till I can do more! She has a different routine every time. There is always some body part getting worked out that the next day I can feel! I love that and heck I’ve done a TON of workout classes and never had any work out before hit so many different muscle groups and leave me sore in places I didn’t even know I had a muscle to work out in! It’s easy you just pay $ 7 bucks a class whatever day you show up and get an hour of sweat on and feel great about yourself afterwards! She has classes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Like I said she mixes it up every class so you can’t skip leg day if you happen to hate it! So girls get ready to have everything feeling good, body and mind for a fun filled hour with girl power!

I have finally found my holy grail fitness routine! I am one of those girls who lacks motivation and although I eat very healthy, I hate to exercise. I’ve done it all: boot camps, gym memberships, DVDs, classes, etc. I have finally found what works for me and my fitness level. Angie the instructor is absolutely amazing! She is welcoming and very motivating(without being annoying). She knows just what to say to push you when you wanna give up. To sum this class up… A welcoming, non threatening setting with women only that have all different levels of fitness. The class is challenging and you will definitely get your sweat on, yet it is not impossible. You bring your own weights, yoga mat and exercise/stability ball. Classes are a combo of strength training and cardio — legs, abs, arms, and full body work outs. The classes are always different which is something that I love since I get bored with working out. I always look forward to going on the days we meet, which has never been the case for me. She plays great music and the entire group motivates each other. Classes cost $ 7 each and you can pay as a drop in, which I have NEVER seen with a boot camp! She will also take your measurements, BMI and body fat % if you want to track your progress, all included with your $ 7 class. If you are looking for a great way to work out with other women in a welcoming environment, give Angie’s boot camp a try and you will not regret it. You have nothing to lose but weight!
