There is no place else that is this much fun while having a good fun work out! Burn calories laughing, and then some from working out. You wont be sorry.
Ownership is on hand, small busness owner, personable knowledgeable cares about you as an individual and not just your membership. Try it on a friday night, Its Ladies Night. And only 2.00! Or try for a week. You’ll join for a month. Its a party after work!

Great people! Lots of fun! I’ve attended 3 sessions and I’m hooked! The time is right because I’m not rushing from work. It’s close to my house. And, THE PRICE IS PERFECT! Thanks for disquising exercise!

Excellent calendar of classes to choose from and the price is right. I’ve been three times to the Zumba classes. They last an hour and I felt like I got a good workout. I wish they had early morning classes, but the timing for their current classes works really well. Classes include Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Sentao and boot camp. Nice big clean room, well laid out.
