My first week of Cycling training at CCD Richardson location with Richard Wharton has been successful. I have been road cycling for 16 years and the training thus far has opened a new path to improvement — in my pedal stroke and training approach. More to follow after 8 – 12 weeks of winter indoor training.

I am relatively new cycling and have been going to the Cycling Center Dallas for 3 months now and have notice HUGE improvement. I’ve definitely gotten faster from the cycling classes. The coaches are great, really knowledgeable and motivating and really encourage you to push out of your comfort zone. I also invested in a professional bike fit at Dynamic Bike Fit(inside the White Rock studio) and I was perfectly fit on my bike where I was comfortable and could maximize performance. If you have not gotten a professional bike with and if you are recreational or serious cyclist or triathlete, I highly recommend it. Craig is best in the DFW area. CCD and Dynamic Bit Fit are two of the best investments you can make for yourself to become a better cyclist!

I usually attend the south location near White Rock lake, but Richard Wharton knows his stuff when it comes to relating power on the bike. Great energized bunch of trainers and coaches at the DCC. The south location also offers off the bike strength and core training.

I have been improving my cycling through training with power for the last few years. I have improved greatly with the training I get here. Triathlon, rallies, and ultra races have all improved since I started training with Richard. I attribute my sub 6 hour IM bike time to training at the CCD.
