It is now under new management call Life Storage. I would not recommend this to anyone. I used their uhaul services not the storage facility itself, but with the customer service given I would assume it would not matter what business you did with them for the outcome. Previously when Buckingham Storage, I had no issues. My recent experience was horrific. When I asked for the management number to contact regarding my issues I was given a number to uhaul. When speaking with them, they stated they had nothing to do with Life Storage, Life Storage only uses uhaul trucks and I would need to speak with Life Storage who owns it. Finally spoke with Life Storage and they assured all my issues would be resolved, haven’t heard back since.
