Let me know less than 24hrs in advance that not only will I have to get my trailer from a different location than the one I reserved, but I can’t get it until 5hrs later than my reservation time.
I ended up having to move into my new place a day later than planned, missing a day of work.
The best part? When I asked, it turns out the trailer had been sitting there all along and they don’t know why the reservation was moved later.
F*** Uhaul!

Unless you want to be treated like a moron look to another U-​Haul location. The trucks and trailers were perfectly fine. The Management needs to be replaced. Extremely rude and insincere. Took them 2 weeks to partially resolve my honest complaint. I will not return to this location.

Michael, the manager, is awesome! Michael assisted both times we came in, first to pick up the truck and then the next day to attach the auto transport. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend coming here as long as he’s there.
